By the way, I wonder if this has anything to do with Lucas Smith's meeting with Mr. DeJute yesterday. Do we know if it happened?

I have not read or heard anything either way, but that was my first thought as well. Perhaps if it did he "saw the light" as it were.

I take it that any reference to the POSFKBC is now out?

Could it be that Smith has picked up the money from Orly, realised he isn't going to get anything else out of her and is bailing?

Or that is he is wanted in Iowa, didn't think this case would ever see him before a District Attorney and so is bailing to cover his arse?

All of these birfer clowns are liars, Smith is lying here too as a convenient means to get out of this.

Gosh. I should tell Arlen Williams. After all, he has that post up about Orly asking Larry Sinclair to lie. I just want to help. ;;)

There is no possible witness to authenticate the document... unless Orly decides to fly in Helton Maganga from Kenya, and we all know how well that would work for her. ?(

I don't know if this is a case of (a) Smith meets with US Attorneys on Monday, who first insist that colleagues from FBI give quick lesson on federal perjury prior to Smith's submitting to voluntary deposition; (b) Smith didn't show for scheduled meeting with US Attorney, needs good excuse to present to his adoring fans; (c) this is just one more step in an elaborate long con that has been arranged to clean out Orly's bank account.

Ow, my stomach hurts. I can't laugh anymore. Please, I beg you all, no more.

Oh, dear.

I wonder about yesterday's meeting with the DOJ, if somehow this connects to that.

Any one of those scenarios works for me. I like (c) the best though.

(c) is my favorite... but highly speculative.

If (c) -- I'd guess that Smith was back in the Dominican Republic by Friday (Orly's need to fly to Georgia provided an excellent getaway opportunity for him).

Orly is very paranoid. I wonder if there is any possibility that she told Lucas to post that stuff.

The Larry Sinclair Affidavit is on scribd now. It's 6 pages long.

http://www.scribd.com/doc/19784205/0909 ... assic_ui=1

Edit: Cynthia Davis was there with Orly, Smith and Sinclair.

Is this the same Larry Sinclair who has claimed to have participated in wild sex and drugs with Obama? A credible source for all things?

I gotta tell you, I have a sudden distasteful respect for how Sinclair has played this. What better way for a liar to rehabilitate his image than refuse to lie for another person in a case that, frankly, he could not care one whit about and thus extend his own scam?

"Honor among thieves?" yeah, right!

I don't like that Larry Sinclair implied that Obama was implicated in Donald Young's murder. Can he be challenged on that?

Also, I rethought that Lucas Smith thing. Orly would never tell him to say that. She might have told him to say he changed his mind. But not that she was asking him to lie.

Boy. What a birferday.

What's the context of Smith's post? Since he's dedicated his life to running a con I would suspect that this is just a continuation of the con.

As for Larry Sinclair, he's not a very good witness with his own nutball theories.

I doubt the veracity of both of these guys and don't think it will reflect on Taitz except for the fact that she apparently originally associated with them.

Taitz has pretty poor judgment to pal around with these people, plus Charles Edward Lincoln, III, doesn't she? And palling around with Lincoln will be the primary reason for her downfall.

And while Taitz is doing this, Kreep is turning out excellent paperwork. What do Taitz's backers think about this? (Assumes facts not in evidence -- that her backers think.)

I'm not real familiar with Larry Sinclair's history. Has Larry Sinclair claimed to have personal knowledge of anything he has accused Obama of doing or being involved with -- or was it all just innuendo & hearsay?

I agree that 2 liars accusing someone else of asking them to lie isn't all that convincing -- but sure negates their possible value as witnesses for anything in the future. And the Sinclair affidavit really leaves the California Bar with no choice but to take some sort of action against Orly. Sinclair could be lying, but I think he's clearly provided the State Bar with a prima facie case. (Assuming that someone here is kind enough to make sure that the bar investigators know about this affidavit)

Sinclair claims to have had drug-fueled gay sex with Obama, and has claimed Obama was behind the deaths some suspected homosexuals at his former church.
