Last night in chat Allison and I discussed the need for a calendar to track the important dates for all the Birther court dates such as hearing dates and due dates for filings. Allison had a great suggestion of creating a shared Google Calendar. I played with it a bit and created the Birther Event Calendar . If you know of a date or event that should be added just send a PM to me or to Allison and we will add it. I will try to work on prettying it up when I get a chance.

But that only leave one minute for the Birthers to finally prove Obama wasn't really President for the preceeding 3 years, 364 days, 23 hours and 59 minutes. That's a lot of work to do in 60 seconds. And when Chief Justice Roberts says "Mr.President, are you ready to take the oath?", what are the Birfers going to do?

Done. While adding this I noticed that January 20, 2013 is a Sunday. This means they will do a private swearing in ceremony to make it "official" on Sunday and have the big public Inaugural on Monday. Let's hope this is for Obama's second term. BTW, in case you want to know the last time this happened? It was 1985 for Ronald Reagan's second term. It was so damn cold in DC on January 21 that they moved the ceremony indoors.

We should have a pool on Orly Taitz's disbarment. And C.E. Lincoln's imprisonment.

I say May 15, 2010 for the disbarment. And some date in March 2011 for Lincoln's imprisonment in a California minimum security prison.

Of course, they will handle their own cases, although Private All Purpose Attorney General Paul Andrew Mitchell will seek to intervene in each case (unsuccessfully).

I added the latest hearing in Barnett v Obama before Judge Carter on September 8. Could someone confirm that this replaces the hearing on the 14th?

Yes. In the judge's order he said plaintiffs asked for an earlier hearing date, so he was giving it to them!
