Even if Orly has a frontal lobe brain tumor or some other form of mental illness, why did she fixate so early on Barack Obama? I'm pretty certain that Orly's poopies emanate from her inbreed racist leanings... Is she really an American? She seems to be a traitor, supporting a foreign nation (Israel) over America.

How does that work, traitor Orly?

Orly has asserted that she is a naturalized citizen of the U.S. but has produced no documentation of that. Several people have tried to search databases of Immigration and Naturalization Service records, with no success in finding her.

The question of whether she is supporting Israel over America is not, I think, settled. There are recent postings under [linkbtn]AIPAC,http://www.politijab.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=1095&start=0&hilit=AIPAC[/linkbtn] and [linkbtn]Why the Attempts to Remove President Obama,http://www.politijab.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=1235&start=0&hilit=why+the+attempts[/linkbtn]. The hypothesis that she is acting alone against a President whose policy towards the Israeli-Palestinian conflict she fears (or that she is acting at the direction of someone) remains the best rational (in the sense of political) explanation for her behavior, I think. Inbred racism comes in a close second; a racist can be perfectly rational.

I truly cannot wait, although not so close that she lands in mental health court as a respondent. Few to no PC's there, so no more entertainment here. Regarding the source, at least in part, I never cease to be amazed that *anyone* would not recognize that the two state solution has long been inevitable. Other than the fundamentalists, of course. I always forget about them; they did not exist until recent years, perhaps even decades. But, no doubt dating myself, settling in the territories was highly illegal when I lived in Israel - as a 20 yr. old infant. ;)

In any event, Orly is as representative of Israelis as is Ms. Atlas. Most want peace *at any cost.* And I do mean ANY cost. Not to mention the 70% in the States. But Orly was/is a Russian emigre, who shares so many of the same personality traits as others raised in the former Soviet Union. Russian Jews, at least, based on my too extensive & invariably unpleasant experience as well as that of others.

A more comprehensive comment on that issue another time and place. It is one of about 3,428 posts I've wanted to write, or even drafted one finger at a time, but again . . . posting phobic pathetic person here. That one was and hopefully will eventually be in visible form in response to Tolland's observation in the "why" thread in Misc.

Sorry for the digression.

Not new to Orly's behavior but continuing evidence that a breakdown is occurring or has already occurred: she asked all her (~17) supporters to identify the county in which Everett, WA is located. They dutifully went to work and reported back, apparently after some effort, although one asked for clarification about the state in which Everett is located.

This comment will not make it past moderation:

Doesn’t it worry the supporters of Dr. Orly that she does not have even the elementary-school research skills to use a reference book (or today the Web) to find the county in which Everett, WA is located? It is the first line in the Wikipedia article about Everett, and it would have taken her less time to discover that than to bother all of you with doing her research.

The polling data in Israel confirm that observation:

[linkbtn]Israelis see Obama as pro-Palestinian and reject freeze on "natural growth",http://www.imra.org.il/story.php3?id=43823[/linkbtn] Some of these polls look quite suspicious to me. Wording of questions matters. It is also important to ensure a representative sample. IMRA is linked to from the Web site for the anti-Islamic movie, "Obsession," but that may say nothing about IMRA.

Contrast [linkbtn]Dahaf Institute Poll: Majority of Israelis Support Obama's Settlement Policy,http://israelpolicyforum.ngphost.com/blog/dahaf-institute-poll-majority-israelis-support-obamas-settlement-policy[/linkbtn]

I have not yet located a poll about Israeli's attitudes towards AIPAC itself, although the polls in Israel are covering the issues on which AIPAC lobbies Congress. Leads would be appreciated.

Does this apply to Orly yet or maybe getting closer?

What is a vexatious litigant?
How does someone get on the vexatious litigant list?
I have been declared a vexatious litigant. Can the Judicial Council remove my name from the vexatious litigant list?
Can I get a copy of my prefiling order?
What form is used to prevent individual(s) from filing new litigation in pro per (i.e., as a self-represented litigant)?
Is there a form that can be used by a vexatious litigant to request permission to file new litigation in a court?

Imagine you're Orly.

Humor me.

How do you walk away from this, after investing so much time and whatever credibility you may once have had?

I'm thinking she doesn't stop until she sees some serious consequences, be they from the Bar or from a court.

Maybe not even then.

Jsnbase, I think you are absolutely correct. Orly's entire sense of self is tied to her birfer activities. She will continue this until she physically cannot do it anymore.

If she loses her licence, she will continue the lawsuits in a slightly different way. Even if Orly is in prison, she will continue this. Orly is ready to be a Martyr for the cause. She will work herself to death or mental breakdown over this.

I concur with both of you. This cause has enveloped her entire life. She may be in many ways a charlatan with an over-sized paranoid ego, but deep down she believes that she's the savior of America. She isn't going to just walk away from this, even with consequences. However, I predict a sad ending for her: She may lose her license, she may face financial penalties. She may even suffer a complete breakdown. Still, in 3 1/2 years she'll be still filing dossiers #235 and #236 and posting to her blog. I do wonder if anyone will be paying attention then, or will she just be one of many unstable individuals who believe they know "the truth" about the US government, yet they can't get anyone to listen.

What shocks me is that Orly, paranoid as she is, doesn't seem to recognize that potentially her most dangerous enemies are her birther "friends". She is courting people who don't exactly like her demographic, and if she continues to fail (as she certainly must since she is both wrong about the citizenship issue and incompetent) I fear they may turn on her as scapegoat.

*nods* I've commented on this a couple times. Berg will flirt with the racist fringe and neo-Confederates, but Dr. Orly will pretty much kiss them, slip them some tongue, and at least let them get to second base with her. She doesn't realize she's making herself into the moral equal of a kapo when she does it, because all she sees is someone who hates Obama as much as she does.

She's going to be in for a rude surprise when her "friends" turn on her eventually. You're seeing some of it already in blaming Berg and calling him an Obama plant. What happens when Dr. Orly's new BFF's turn on her and start to blame the failure of the birther movement on the Jews???

It may come sooner that we anticipate. Today the judge in the Liberi v Taitz handed down some rulings which Orly (nor the other defendants) are going to like much.

The Court denied the motions to dismiss and also declined to change venue (so far) and also granted Berg's request for injunction/restraining order, so these fools will now need to STFU or face even more dire consequences. It'll be interesting to see if Ed's supposed new "real" attorney can control his big mough. There probably will be another Order or two entered soon, likely along the same lines.

This combined with her soon-to-be dismissal in the Keyes case is going to make her go ballistic!! \:D/

Pat, I have to apologize regarding a portion of the above and have corrected it in Orly's Poopies. The Orders were proposed orders by Berg,     although the Keyes case opinion still stands. I did not look carefully enough before I leapt (wishful thinking, I suppose) though I should have known better (and do). Sorry.

I like your enthusiasm , though. :-bd

For talking purposes only, if a judge ever did order President Obama to produce his birth certificate, would it not be the certified certification of live birth perhaps backed up by an affidavit from the Hawaii Department of Health? Am I missing something here? No forensic expert or any of that bullshit.

We the people seem to think that they are going to pass Obama's original BC around somehow. =)) =))

Well if the subpoena reads like Posey's bill, a photocopy of a printout of what is posted on the web will suffice...

No, I understand he'll request 300 million copies and send one to everyone.

Even if he were court-ordered to produce another copy, or a printout of the "long-form vault copy" (which is all it'll be, not an "original" as they no longer have those, it won't matter. The birthers will then just move on to the next theory, Indonesia, and since there are not records of adoption nor Indonesian citizenship, they can forevermore say AHA!!! That's why he traveled there in '81 (under his Indonesian passport, of course) to have the records erased. It'll never stop as long as he's in office...sad but true. :((

On her blog, Orly has posted the following exchange of e-mails, the first from our beloved Sheikh yer Bu’Tay.

Last night I was driving down an expressway and saw this graffitti scrawled on a bridge concrete support column.

I have tried every phone number and left messages at the Santa Anna Courthouse. If we had time before the 12th, I would encourage everyone to send letters to the court. We don’t. I now wait to see if Justice will prevail. If not, I will have a better understanding of the level of corruption in America.

“Sheikh yer Bu’Tay” is one of the people at PJ. The name is a takeoff on “shake your booty,” which is a line the kids say.
She’s playing with you.

WIth Orly it is often impossible to determine to which post she is referring, especially when she has deleted the post. But if this thread is what Orly is responding to, she prefers what the Sheikh says to the warning that her leg is being pulled very hard. Amazing. I wonder how many of her followers are in fact posting sarcasm and misleading her? Kudos to all of them.

She can't offend the Sheikh. She hasn't received the promised donation yet.

Orly's breakdown may have already come, given her increasingly erratic and irrational behavior (and that is saying something, given her starting point as erratic and irrational). If not, her utter defeat before Judge Carter may produce in open court the temper tantrum that she has shown she is capable of in other settings. Judge Carter would not be pleased. Or she may just be reduced to the incoherent babbling of the Ben Barrack show. Ideally, this would be before an audience of Birfers, probably only a few of whom would realize that she has failed because of her utter incompetence. Journalists would have a field day. Simply being told that the Solicitor General of the United States has unquestioned standing in Federal courts could be enough to send her off the brink, if she actually believes what she has posted on her blog.

Should the California Bar choose to act concurrently on her disbarment, the combination could produce the meltdown that we all expect. If she were not so filled with hate and so prone to lie, I might then feel pity for her. However, this will be a case of a very well-deserved meltdown. I am thinking Joseph McCarthy here. After his censure, not only was his career as a public figure (of vastly greater magnitude than Orly) completely over, but also he was a ruined man physically and emotionally. He died at age 48, mostly likely of the effects of substance abuse. That is what I think Orly is facing, and I still cannot work up any sympathy for her. Sometimes we construct our own fate, and she has done a fine job of constructing a fate of utter destruction for herself. She still has a choice: she could admit that she is incompetent and has lied and schemed, and stop her charade as a lawyer. That won't happen. Maybe in her next life as a horned lizard she will learn something about honesty and humility.

I completely agree; once in a while I feel a little tiny pain of guilt regarding some of what I have said about Orly. Then I slap myself. This woman's pathological narcissism, self-defeating behaviors and hatred for all things Obama reminds me that while this woman is completely incompetent, her followers are nuts and she fuels her followers hatred and racism. She openly advocates and calls for a military coups. She publishes obscene anti-Muslim extremist propaganda. I consider her an enemy to all that is good about America.

It is hard to feel any sympathy for someone so filled with hate and viciousness.

Orly is not far from a meltdown of massive proportion. I wonder what the consequences of such a meltdown will be...will any of her followers decide to take matters into their own hands?

I am [linkbtn]emailing Spencer Kornhaber,http://www.ocweekly.com/feedback/EmailAnEmployee/?to=318127[/linkbtn] with OC Weekly to remind him of Orly's court appearance on July 13th!!!

Orly would have some capability, of course, to prevent at least some of her followers from taking matters into their own hands, as in a revolt or coup d'etat. A few words might influence some people towards their better natures; she could remind them that in a democracy, there is always the ballot box. Or, as the idjits on "Freedom Force International" say somewhere near the bottom of that laughable Web site, "The Freedom Force strategy can be summarized as: Don't fight city hall when you can BE city hall."

Doing that would require a level of responsibility and civic duty that I do not expect from Orly. I think she is basically a very mean, self-centered, despicable person, and that if she crashes and burns she will not care who or what she takes down with her. Her crashing and burning will not even register on the political seismic scale of history, but it could create localized problems of real magnitude, as in rioters going to jail -- senile, drooling, praying rioters, perhaps. It's not exactly a coincidence that Freedom Force International is headquartered somewhere in Southern California; her supporters can find people of like mind very nearby. Perhaps not as many as in Oklahoma, though.

This made me think of my own reactions to Orly. I never considered myself a uber-patriot having grown up with an anti-war beatnik mother in the 60's and 70's. Maybe I'm just getting older, but my gut reaction to her is "who is this b**** coming into MY country and advocating overthrow of MY president and MY government?"

It still boggles my mind that these birfers, most of whom carry a racist, ultra-nationalist mindset (and low-class and ill-educated to boot), would never under any circumstances take the word of a Russian-sounding furriner who's a woman and a Jew!

Considering her media exposure is getting worse and worse, are we starting to see her breakdown at last?

A great deal of what has happened might have been avoided had the State Bar of California acted upon the several complaints before them. If she were actually a true member of the legal profession, she would be a disgrace to it, but she took none of the preparatory steps that others take to enter the profession -- other than taking a four-year prep course for he California Bar Exam. Still, she needs to be disbarred for what she has done to her putative clients.

The next step would be Federal charges of inciting violence and riots, sedition, and treason if it can be shown that she is working under foreign direction. Court sanctions as well.

I cannot see any chance of rehabilitation for her. She is hateful, lying, and vindictive.

Next stops: Ed Hale and Walter Fitzgerald.
