Earlier, we received a report from the C7 Committee related to the litigation of Phil Berg and Orly Taitz entitled - It Can Not Possibly Please the Court

Today I received a C7 Committee Report on Orly Taitz, outlining her vexatious birther litigation history (with 2 exceptions which are non-birther, I believe).

The Report is aptly titled -
C7 REPORT ON TAITZ’S VEXATIOUS LITIGATION HISTORY AND ASTOUNDING LOSS RECORD.

I was asked to forward it to Jack Ryan and then have it posted on Fogbow.

While it's entirely possible that the C7 Committee missed a few things, my review of the attached report indicates that Taitz is nearing her 100th Birther loss (counting all “losses” rather than just case dismissals). I thought you might be interested in case (a) someone has more losses that could be added; or (b) anyone is interested in a pool on the date in which she’ll incur her 100th loss. :D

I noticed that the C7 included a couple NON-birther cases. I PRESUME that they did so in order to facilitate people counting up cases for purposes of the Vex Lit statute.

That’s my guess, anyway.

Methinks that Taitz v. Dunn needs an update.

If the State Bar of California had a functioning Disciplinary arm, they'd be so proud she's still licensed to practice there.

Orly haz a madz about the most recent C7 Report.

More lies about me

Posted on | July 17, 2012 | No Comments

Quote:
Obama’s operatives continue unrelenting attacks of defamation of my character. For four years they were posting lie after lie about me. They do not stop at anything in order to kill the messenger because they do not like the message. They can’t drown my message, they can’t get my RICO cases against Obama, Pelosi, Obama for America, Fuddy, Onaka and others dismissed. [TRUE - You don't have a RICO case properly filed so one can't be dismissed] Now Arpaio is confirming my findings, the controversy is growing, so they are attacking me personally. [confirming lying crap by a liar is just confirming lying crap of another liar... means zilch]

They were saying that I lost my dental license and it was proven to be a malicious lie. For four years they claimed that I am about to be disbarred, [nope, claiming you should be... and you should, or at the very least severly disciplined for your continuous, virtually daily, ethical violations] that was a lie. Now they are misrepresenting my record as an attorney. They are claiming that cases of my voluntary withdrawal of cases with prejudice from the Superior Court means a loss for me as a Plaintiff or a Plaintiff’s attorney. [nope, merely reported what's in the record] This is a complete lie. Every attorney knows that when there is a case that goes to mediation or arbitration and it is settled, the Plaintiff dismisses the case with prejudice. I had numerous cases where I got a large settlement, in some cases 6 figure settlement in arbitration and mediation, however it does not show in the records of the Superior court, as it was settled in a confidential mediation or arbitration. [really? You were sued and you recovered 6-figures? that's interesting.] The whole purpose of arbitration or mediation is confidentiality, so that others do not learn from the case and do not sue the same people or the same entities. Due to confidentiality agreements I can’t disclose how much I got in every case that was settled. However, it is a public record that last year I got $290,000 judgment in Superior Court for Medical-Dental Development LLC , [which you can't collect] and if they want to talk to other parties and get their permission to disclose the terms of settlement and the amounts paid to me, please, be my guest. This will be to my benefit, as it will show me getting payments and settlements and will only bring new business. Please, get disclosure of these settlements, be my guest, make my day, you Obama punks!

Having never read law or case law in her life, and certainly unable to interpret it, Orly apparently has never seen Tokerud v. Capitolbank Sacramento, 45 Cal.Rptr.2d 345, 38 Cal.App.4th 775 (Cal. Ct. App. 1995), modified on denial of rehearing (Oct. 25, 1995), review denied (Dec 14, 1995), certiorari denied, 518 U.S. 1007 (1996) (action that is voluntarily dismissed without prejudice is “finally determined” for purposes of California’s vexatious litigation).

Her dismissal was "with prejudice" which is even... mmmm MORE final.

Notice: Flying Monkeys - Orly said she doesn't need your money anymore. So send it some where else like the Campaign to Re-Elect the President.

That may be the best subsequent history I've ever seen. They should put you in charge of the Bluebook.
