The sun rose in the east today, the Pope is Catholic, and Orly Taitz filed a lawsuit over her recent election loss. She is suing Obama, Feinstein, and the three Republicans who came in ahead of her in the primary.

Massive corruption, forgery, usurperating, :blah:

The case is in Orange County Superior Court

I'm unclear why she didn't also sue all the candidates -- GOP, Democratic, and other -- who came in behind her in the vote. Surely if those votes had counted for her, they might have pushed her ahead of Williams and maybe even Emken! They were ALL in on it!

Not to mention the SoS... oh what's her name? There hasn't been a good Taitz v Bowen suit in, what, weeks? Not that I would wish this crap on anyone.

I'm just happy there isn't a finite supply of "WTF" in the universe -- Orly-watchers would have run out long ago.

It is not just the law suit that needs to be tossed out rapidly. It is also this freak of a person who pretends to be a civil rights attorney and a Constitutional expert but who, in fact, knows nothing of the Constitution or of the people who gave it birth and keep it alive and strong. I would prefer to see her back in Moldova, but as a second choice, Diablo Canyon would be fine.

According to the docket, there was a hearing this morning on her petition to stay the certification of votes. I wonder who argued on behalf of the Secretary of State, who is not a defendant in this action. :-k

I don't have a degree in OrlyLaw .. but has anyone figured out why she's suing Feinstein and everyone else who came ahead of her for BEING ON THE BALLOT ?

I saw a button which let me turn off the new paginated, un-working next-page viewer, and reverted to the old all-the-pages format.
