She said she got a new (just off the boat apparently) "legal assistant" that writes without screeching. The basic English seems OK, but the finer points of business letter writing/formatting etc needs to be on her continuing education list.

Declaration of candidate Obama FL

Yet again people, please focus!!! :lol:

For the millions time, it does not do me any good to stare on Obama’s DNC certification for your state without having similar certification from prior elections, such as Gore’s nomination from 2000 and Kerry’s DNC nomination certificate for 2004.

I have to compare those state by state to see if there is a difference. Did Gore’s certification of a candidate that was sent by DNC to FL have wording “eligible according to the US Constitution”? If Gore’s and Kerry’s certifications sent to FL had the words “eligible to Constitution” and Obama’s does not, than someone intentionally altered the certification sent to FL. If they are identical, than there was no tampering with the certification sent to FL.

Please, make sure to get prior DNC certifications for comparison.If I have to explain this one more time, I will have a heart attack.

Seriously. She just posted the demand that the flying monkeys obtain this paperwork yesterday (a Friday), and also said, "I need people to go to the offices of their SOS and demand the papers." With states trying to remain within budget, it's very common nowadays to see state offices closed on Friday afternoons...in any case, yesterday would have been a wash. Today is Saturday; tomorrow is Sunday. Monday is July 2; Tuesday is July 3, and Wednesday is July 4th, a federal and state holiday. Some states are furloughing all but "essential" personnel on Monday/Tuesday, in conjunction with the Independence Day holiday, when their offices will be closed. Further, Oily is demanding that the FMs visit the offices of their state's Secretary of State, not some local (to them) county office or state satellite office. So, she's expecting people to travel to their state capitol (at their own expense), hope that the SoS office is open sometime before Thursday--if not, pay for overnight lodging for X number of days, then also foot the bill at the SoS's office for the administrative and copying fees of these documents, which the SoS office may not even have on file (because any decent document archiving/destruction schedule would have seen the certifications for 2000 and 2004 out the door some years back). And, on top of that, the FM minions are expected to put their own holiday plans on hold, or cancel them altogether, just to go running off on yet another of Oily's silly and meaningless wild goose chases.

And on top of all that, she keeps calling these documents, "certificate of candidate," or "declaration of candidate." Those titles will only get the flying monkey a blank stare. Stoopid Oily, it's called a "certification of nomination" in all 50 states. It's like sending a flying monkey 400 miles to fetch you a Pepsi, when you actually want and expect a Sprite.

What a stoopid bitch. :roll:

Yup, they're quick studies all right. It only took the FMs 4 years to deduce that she's always wrong about the law and she bungles everything she attempts -- from renting an office to running for office.

I doubt there are enough FMs left to make up a full squadron.

Plus, also, this new angle which must be called Certifigate will be even more confusing than the 2-citizen parent argument. A change in wording from one election to the next signifies what? It will be along the lines of Obama not being president because Roberts fluffed the Oath of Office the first time and whether the redo was valid or not. I guess O'rly feels she is running out of venues for the BC fraud and forgery suits and is designing a grand national RICO naming everyone who has not given in to her demands. She's going to need a much larger staff. Poor Yulia.
