From what a friend in Oregon tells me, people growing special niche crops and running cottage industries in the forests have set deadly booby traps for law enforcement officers, which could also attack hikers and families on picnics. Those drones sound like a pretty good idea.

Your friend is correct. A good many people (including the cartels) are growing weed in our forests and some are very well defended. At one time it was Oregon's most lucrative crop.

Well, he did go to a hospital burns unit, and those are not cheap. He correctly says that he could have died. A good thing is that he did not succeed in spraying his entire back, given the burn marks shown in the hospital pictures.

A shocking Federal Security Service (FSB) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that last week an “intense” battle erupted in the US State of Michigan between military forces loyal to the Obama regime and American rebels that killed at least 380 men, women and children who had gathered to oppose their nations slide towards a totalitarian dictatorship.

After a “prolonged skirmish” between these rebel forces and Obama regime federal police, this report continues, the US Military launched a series of airstrikes, the largest being a 2,000 lb laser guided bomb that hit in the middle of those gathered at this meeting killing over three quarters of them instantly.

...snip...Incidentally, today the RAP/NESARA blog is recommending that every homeowner acquire a DeWalt nail gun -- no permit required, and you can even carry them in public.

Any particular reason they specify DeWALT? Don't get me wrong, I love my DeWALT drills and grinder, but my nailer happens to be a Pasload. Will that do? They don't say if the full round or clipped head nails are preferable. Do they have any suggestions on transporting the air compressor easily? What about the power supply? Or were these designed for rednecks sitting on their front porch with a beer in one hand and this thing in the other, plinking away at the neighborhood dogs?

Most of us have either occasionally used a nail gun or seen one used on TV or on a job site. For fast, efficient construction and general repair work, they can't be beat. The pros rely on them and for good reason. But for the DIY'er, there are several impediments to adding them to your "tool kit." One, they tend to be expensive; Two, they are often big and heavy; and Three, they require access to and are tethered to an air compressor, which cannot be easily moved around, and to its air hose.
Some months ago, we came across a Portable Nail Gun at a commercial show and have been looking at it carefully ever since. It's a "light to medium duty" tool, but for the occasional DIY user, it seems near perfect.
