God must've gotten tired after saving Darren's life from the assassinators.

He didn't stick around to help the trannie hunter get through his court case.

Oh my! :o

Quote:
The majority of Fitzpatrick’s military pension has also been confiscated. He has been slandered in an FBI/TBI training program which labels Darren Huff and him as “sovereign citizens” with the assistance of the Southern Poverty Law Center. He has tried to take his treason complaint and other evidence of criminal wrongdoing to the federal grand juries in Knoxville but has been blocked by the U.S. Attorney through which complaints must be filed, William C. Killian, an Obama appointee who appeared to take great pleasure in Huff’s incarceration.

Fitzpatrick is in need of assistance in order to prepare motions before the deadline of May 28, 2012, as set forth by Judge Walter C. Kurtz, who presided at the status hearing on May 4. He has told The Post & Email that the financial assistance he needs is not for himself, but rather, to ensure that he can finish what he began more than two years ago in exposing the complete corruption within the judiciary and law enforcement in Monroe County, TN and throughout the state. He currently lacks adequate funds to pay his recurring expenses such as rent, food and telephone minutes. He is without an internet connection and has virtually no furniture in his current home.

Assistance in the form of prepaid TRACFone minutes, gasoline cards, and other gift cards can be sent to:

I thought only obots used burn-phones (ie. TRACFones) for their operations. :-

Did Huff really intend the "take over" or was he just shooting off his big mouth? While we'll never know, and Huff made himself to appear terrifying, I suspect he was little more than a keyboard warrior with a flashy truck and some weapons who got in way over his head.

And a hat tip to Carl Swensson for getting him off the street for a while.

I might agree with you had he not faced the traffic stop and then chose to continue on anyway. He had to have known the seriousness of the situation for him with that stop. Any reasonable person would have turned around and went home.

Oh well... he gets a few years at taxpayers expense to contemplate his choice. 8>

I may have forgotten :geezer: but what about that traffic stop makes you think it was a warning shot over the bow?

Maybe that wouldn't happen if those believers didn't insist on making their holy tebowing a part of every conversation.

The answer to Stern's question turns more for me on whether he believed that he had a group of buddies in Madison who were ready and able to take over the courthouse. I've never been clear whether anyone but Huff was actually involved. I doubt that even he would think that a one-man show of force would result in capitulation of local, county, state, and Federal government.

Of course, his buddies might have detected that there were LEO there in great numbers and turned around to drive back to Georgia, to promptly kick Huff out of their little militia.

I think its beyond a doubt that he felt he had large numbers of internet warriors ready to go for their "peaceful protest" with guns.

They only kicked him out because he never showed up with the party favors.

JT - I don't think Mr. Huff Inmate #32789-074 can read this blog any more.

Party favors? But that wasn't his fault. The feds seized them!

I did consider that. Sometimes it's the thought that counts. :D

I hope they gave him some space to mourn the death of Eugene Polley.
