This challenge for Diane Feinstein was recorded by a cameraman for Rick Amato

This was a spontaneous video. During a 10 minute brake in the senatorial debate Rick Amato called a cameraman and he recorded this challenge to Diane Feinstein. Our election is in 3 weeks, urge her to debate on the issues.

PS. It was a quick spontaneous interview and I did not realise my hair was in my eyes, I wish the cameraman would have told me. Instead, all he said was that I look photogenic, which of course was not the case here. Hair in somebody’s eyes is a distraction. Oh, well. I hope people will hear the message and will not be distracted, I hope they contact Diane Feinstein and urge her to debate on the issues. Lugar lost to Murdock with a 25% margin. Feinstein might not do as well as she used to during this first ever open primary, as there are 24 candidates, anyone can vote for anyone. Democrats can vote for Republicans, Republicans can vote for Democrats, Independents can vote for anyone. She used to win elections with 60%. This time her approval rating went down to 40%. She might be better off responding to questions now during the primary, than right before the general election.

Orly has finally filed her FEC report for Q1. More than a month late, filed on 5/3, but then again she has an idiot for a treasurer and deadlines don't apply to Lena.

http://query.nictusa.com/pdf/096/12020352096/12020352096.pdf#navpanes=0

Apparently -- not only AINAL, I am not a government report analyst! -- the mailing list she got was a donation in-kind from a political mailing list company called Aristotle Intl.

http://www.aristotle.com/

Her contributions for the quarter -- if she did this correctly, which is a big IF -- were $10,165. She had 4 $250 donors, and then what looks like an in-kind donation from the mail house of $2,863.09. (Really curious how they got talked into that one!) The rest were small donations below the limit for reporting individually. So apparently, the Washington Times which matters so much in California and her Sharon Angle mailing netted less than an unimpressive $7,300 -- and then only if one assumes the 4 "large" donors came from the mailing.

I am hoping that the FEC cuts her no slack for filing late -- she is too cheap to get a real treasurer and the form is incredibly short compared to a normal candidate so it should have been in on time. No excuse other than that the rules just don't apply to Orly, as we know.

Taitz also used Aristotle for her 2010 campaign.

Why would any company that is in Aristotle's line of business donate a mailing list to any candidate? They claim to serve both Republicans and Democrats; why would they risk alienating other candidates by favoring Taitz? And what company in its right mind would price a list of California voters' names and addresses at $2,863.09?

A possibility is that she asked for a second copy of the list prepared for Sharon Angle in 2010. I can see that being priced way under market, because it is rather out of date. But why would Angle's list be of any use for California voters? And I still cannot see the firm donating even an out-of-date list.

The only thing that makes any sense is that she requested this out-of-date list for the "research purposes" of one of the DOFF's. That would, of course, be a misrepresentation of her purpose.

Everything about that $2,863.09 smells fishy to me. It may also smell fishy to the FEC.

I don't think Aristotle made any contribution; I think the $2863.09 reflects net receipts from Aristotle's processing of individual donations of less than $250 to her.

Note that at least monthly, she's paying them merchant fees. Also:

  • two of her listed donations by individuals carry the notation: "Earmarked through Aristotle, Int'l., Inc.",
  • while both of the listed Aristotle, Int'l. $250 amounts carry the notation: "Total earmarked through conduit limit not affected".

I think the Aristotle listed amounts (of $250 each) are aggregate payments of pass-through donations that are under $250 each and don't have to be listed separately.

Orly made it to slate. According to her:

Orange County Republican slate

 http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/wp-content/ ... -slate.pdf

I also uploaded it here

Shocker but it's not the OCGOP slate which can be found here. OCGOP doesn't endorse anyone for senator.

The slate is really about getting their people (tea party) onto the OCGOP Republican central committee. John Webb, whose is running for Mary Bono's seat, is the only other candidate listed and endorsed,. According to everything I checked this district does not enter OC.

The "slate" is a product of SOC 912 who are "WE THE PEOPLE" who want their country back:

Quote:
We are dedicated to doing what we can, determined to go forward, alongside, or in front of, whatever obstacle we may face. We are committed to WE THE PEOPLE and appreciate all of you for your efforts, talents, gifts and resources you share and sacrifice.

We believe America and her freedom and liberties will cease without WE THE PEOPLE taking a stand, getting involved, speaking out, and voting accordingly.

The 9-12 Project:
We formed when Glenn Beck made the call in March 2009. He encouraged Americans to start gathering around the kitchen table, discuss the issues and decide what to do to turn this country around. He called this The 9-12 Project.

We base our group on the 9 Principles and 12 Values.

and the OC Tea party whose website is so out of date they are still touting Orly Taitz appearing at a 20 April meeting. They have a copy of their flier and I discovered the group on the slate are the Tea Party Seven. With such a snappy moniker they are sure persevere and prosper.

Agreed. All that shows is that she lists her work credentials as part of her signature (which could easily be a sig file that just automatically attaches itself to every email she sends.) Without any headers or even a listed email addy, assuming she's sending the mail from a work computer at Napa College is premature.

using work email or not, to use employer/ment information in an email about political matters is wrong -- doubly so when sending it a person who post severything to her web site. The fact that her employer is run and funded by the county makes it even more stupid.

it pretty much a standard of employment that you don't use your employer's name, address or phone number on/in anything which is not work related without permission -- regardless where the material was generated or mailed from. When the matter is political and your employer is government run, controlled and funded organization it can wind up costing you your job.

Easy to explain. If she wins the primary, Anderson Cooper would have her on his show letting her present all her evidence just like he did with this non-winner of the primary in NC. (However, his two fellow Congressional candidate birfers, Hudson andPendergraf, made it into primary run-offs.) It's clear her real purpose for entering the Senate race is to have another platform to smear from. Grab those microphones, O'rly!

I think the reason Orly gets so many Google hits is because she Googles herself all day long to see how many hits she got. Not to mention Googeling every poll she can find with her name on it so she can vote for herself. The rest of the hits she gets that she doesn’t do herself are probably us looking to see what kind of stupidity she’s spewing next.

My bet is that if every single Obot STOPPED hitting her website and stopped Google searching her for a week she'd freak out!

But I think if some Obots were cut off like that, even for a week they'd have DT's :((
