The procedure for being allowed to appear pro hac vice in Georgia is among the most cumbersome I've seen. It requires a lot more than a sponsoring attorney. And Taitz's sanctions from Judge Land will make it even more difficult, especially since Judge Land wrote in his published opinion that Taitz had abused her pro hac vice status. If the PHV application is opposed I don't think we will see Taitz back in Georgia again soon. (Of course, maybe she can file another challenge with the SoS and Judge Malihi will allow her to appear PHV before him.)

Perhaps the most important reason for the local counsel requirement is to ensure the adverse party will have access to a local pocketbook should it be necessary to recover costs and fees. The local birfoon will be on the hook vicariously for whatever frivolous filings Orly makes as well as liable in his own capacity for anything he does personally to further the frivolous litigation.

If Orly flies the coop, the defendants can recover from the local birfoon, whose option will be to pursue Orly for contribution.

The fact she is already stating that she intends to wait until after the election to cause maximum inconvenience and hassle underscores the frivolousness of her course of action.

This has probably been asked and answered somewhere, but I can't find it: Will Mr. Obama have an actionable libel suit waiting for him to file in 2017? Cuz, wouldn't that be neat? She'd probably defend herself.

I believe the statute of limitations for most current defamations would have expired by then. It is also virtually impossible for a President to overcome the actual malice standard.

Presumably, Orly will keep up her yabbering for the foreseeable future, so there will probably be something still within the SoL then.

I think there is probably enough to survive summary judgment, but establishing any actual damages from the demented ravings of a certifiable lunatic will be tricky.

I considered that as well. Also.

It may be her way of trying to show the FMs that she's wooing Shurf Ho to her side, while claiming that he's likely to testify (now that she's talked to him about it personally!) once he's had a chance to milk the smear for all it's worth up until the election.

Too.

This sounds like a really lucky break.

Suddenly out of the blue a licensed GA attorney contacted me, stating that he is a supporter and that he is willing to sign a pro hac vice for me [-X for the general elections challenge. It would be really funny if after squeezing out of Obama 2 nuclear plants after the primary, they will end up kicking him of the ballot in the general election, after it would be too late for the Democratic party to bring a replacement.

Barring anything unforeseeable I should be good to go with the general elections challenge in GA to be filed after the general election. :?: As it would be pretty close to the elections, there is a high likelihood that sheriff Arpaio will testify. :^o If not, I will present the transcript and the DVD of his press conference. So far so good!

She's lying and talking stupid to keep her FMs entertained...again.
I wonder if the few remaining FMs understand that Orly will never ever be allowed PHV status in Georgia,
she will never ever get Arpaio or anybody from that fake posse to testify or give a statement, she will
never knock anybody off a ballot, anywhere, and that filing a ballot challenge in GA for the general election won't result in any good coming to Orly.

BUT GO FOR IT ORLY !!

I'm not so sure...we see how Pub candidates are taking to this conspiracy in the South for votes. Could be someone running for office who want to look good for their constituents. Then again...it could be these guys

So Lena plans to file yet another suit in a state court in regard to a National election ... hmmm... the suit will merely be transferred to a Federal Court. Can we guess which judge does business at the federal level in Jawja?

Is someone trying to get Orly into a position where she can be properly sanctioned again? Was it not Georgia where Judge Land awarded her $20,000 for her efforts?
Fascinating. Well as long as Orly believes that it is 'legit'...

As to a challenge, Orly will find that people will not be voting for a Presidential Candidate but rather for Presidential Electors...

Good luck Orly!

I'm guessing she is lying and that her ability to crow to the FMs about her exploits is dwindling, with no hope in sight.
She talks about going back to Georgia because she considers what happened there to be the high point of her campaign to bring down Obama....and it was a miserable failure in every way.
Orly realizes that her prospects are decreasing fast, and she hasn't gotten nearly as many birfer bux out of the fools as have other birfer sheisters.

I urge her to file another lawsuit in Georgia that challenges Obama's eligibility - but she will have to use the same material she did before because birfers have not gotten anything new and exciting to desperately cling to.

I would be surprised to find out she's LYING about it. I would not be surprised at all to find out she's misinterpreted, misunderstood, exaggerated. But I doubt it's a full-on lie.

My guess is she will do as she has done before. She will ask a court to be admitted PHV without going through the proper procedures just as she did last time. She will then just act as if she has PHV.

Judge Land is a District Court in Columbus. She would end up in the District for Atlanta. Nevertheless, his sanctions and comments would weigh heavy against her admission and she knows it. Any lawyer in Georgia who had been paying attention would know that as well. It may have been someone trying to pull some kind of scam on Lady Liberty.

This is really good news for the cause. Once you answer the questionaire for pro hac vice in full and provide them all of the information that they require, there’s no doubt in my mind that you will prevail. It will probably be really good for the sponsoring attorney as well. That is to have someone that is so highly skilled in constitutional and civic rights law to work with. You can probably teach that attorney a lot.
