You missed the groundbreaking and foundation of O'rlyKrazy. It's only getting better as she gets more and more aquainted with the way the courts work. Her first run-in with a clerk was the Mean and Awful Danny Bickel. She hasn't met a clerk she has liked ever since. Too bad you missed the Judge Land episode.

Yoo hoo, Dr. Orly!

You're exhausted? Already? Why this is only their opening salvo.

You have a lot of writing to do, M'dear, so huff a tank or two of nitrous and get cracking!

Of course she is exhausted, why do you think she always runs around always looking like she’s been rode hard and put away wet? Though by the time she finnnnishhes responding to this and her RICO she’ll likely look like an URP!

(URP= “urban road pizza”, road kill that is so FUBARED you can’t even tell what it was)
NADT, just a figure of speech.

Oh I hope she includes a “demand” to recuse any and all judges that are not white republicans. What a racist hose bag!

There are many "favorite lines/paragraphs" which we've picked out and there will probably be more.

I have it on Good Authority that Mr. Tepper's favorite line was in the section explaining why this wasn't a RICO, at para 37, p. 21 of Document 16:

(ignoring Orly Taitz is not among the crimes listed in 18 U.S.C. § 1962)

I really like that one too. Also.

The judges state... "Clearly, President Obama is a nationally recognized candidate. "

I guess that's all it takes. Its just a popularity contest and to hell with the Constitution, morals and ethics.

Substantial police accusations of being a major criminal who has committed many felonies for the past 40 years is totally meaningless, as far as being a qualified presidential candidate. All that really matters is that you're trendy and famous.

MS Order by the Chief Justice to hold in abeyance

Comment from Orly:

my guess is that the Federal judge Coleman will not remand. The Dem AG and the Dem party are too sure in him. He will keep the case and will probably rule for Obama, no matter what I bring forward. Typically, from what I’ve seen, these judges couldn’t care less about the truth, the evidence and the damage they cause to the country. It will probably go to the 5th. There we’ll have to see.

A positive development, is that I got word that Mr. Sorensen in AL filed a judicial misconduct complaint against Judge Leigh in AL. If you recall, she was that nasty judge, who did not even respond to pro hac vice request from me, did not allow plaintiffs ny time extensions to get a layer and respond, she attacked mr Sorensen and others with sanctions. She really deserves to be thrown off the bench. She should be also sued for violation of the civil rights of the citizens under the color of authority. There are a few judges that need to be prosecuted together with her. Federal judge in GA Clay D. Land is one of them.

If Orly is correct about Sorenson filing a complaint, I sure hope the Alabama Democratic Party decides to go after him for the costs they were awarded when his complaint was dismissed.

Wasn't Sorensen the old coot who looked like he was going to stroke out when the judge started lecturing him?

Wow. I'm speechless, in the presence of perfection.

If we are using Beverly Hillbillies analogies that one is more appropriate.

At this point, what's the timeframe for the final smack down?

Does the court have to wait until after Lena files her RICO questionnaire answers? (if she does).

I thought about using Jethro or Ellie Mae (Granny is a might smarter), but the visual of the insolent, cagey old bulldog with the shrill voice who will never die, beating her opponent on the top of the head with her frying pan while spouting her mouth off, just seemed apropos.

I, too, am rendered nearly speechless after reading the filings by Messrs. Begley and Tepper. Not only is their brief beautifully and clearly written, the amount of work that went into it is mind boggling. There are not enough words nor emoticons to adequately express my admiration for these fellows. It is an "anti birther bible".

I hope it serves to restore the faith of some of you non-lawyers out there, showing that there are excellent lawyers in the United States who actually know what they are doing.

This order presents an interesting legal question, which I will not address publicly. It looks like Lena is throwing in the towel in Mississippi though. I'll bet she's exhausted. After receiving those documents from Begley late yesterday afternoon, I am sure she didn't sleep much. Not only are her racist comments about Judge Wingate (a St. Ronnie appointee, BTW) and his magistrate disgusting, they are incredibly stupid.
