Nobody does unforced errors better than birfers. It looks like this guy meant to sue the Florida Democratic Party but instead sued each of the 234 member of the Florida Democratic Party's State Executive Committee individually and served none of them. #-o

I’ve been engaged in an email conversation with Jerry Collette about his Obama eligibility lawsuit in Florida. Today he sent me the “Amended Complaint” that he intends to file in Collette v. Obama and said, “thanks for all the help.”

That comment triggers mixed feelings. It is my firm belief that this lawsuit will be dismissed and that nothing Mr. Collette is able to do or that I could help him do could change that. I don’t believe that anything I did got him closer to his goal of adjudicating Barack Obama’s eligibility. It’s not a matter of degree: either the case is dismissed or it isn’t.

What I did do was to criticize things I found, as you may have seen in my article, MTD filed in Collette v. Obama. Mr. Collette changed some things as a result of my criticism and I guess the Complaint is less flawed than it was before. When we started he had three causes of action. Now, it’s down to two. If I could convince him to reduce it to zero, then I think the complaint would be perfect

Doc C would not be the first Obot or Fogbowzer to help a birther. But I don't understand why. All birther litigation is frivolous and founded on racism, hate, ostracism and fear.

Any guesses? There's no notice of appearance from Klayman, Voeltz is still listed as pro se, no sign of anything coming in from Klayman to the Judge. Would it be off the wall to speculate that it's sua sponte request for clarification of some of his public comments and fundraising efforts?

Maybe it is a s%$t or get off the pot letter asking if he is their attorney or not. If he is, then where is the PHV application. If he is not then STFU and go away.

Klayman is barred in Florida, so he need only enter his appearance. But, yeah, that's the likely answer: "Who are you again?"

So if he's barred from practicing in Florida, and he's actively collecting tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees specifically for the case that he's not PHV to represent.........isn't that illegal?

IIRC, he was reprimanded in FL but is still eligible to practice there.
