Rudy says he's being targeted by ICE and IRS because he's speaking out against Obama. He says the IRS says he owes $24,000 more in taxes than he does, and he ain't gonna pay it. And, if the IRS sends people out to git 'em, he's willing to die.

Rudy may want to look into Alternative Minimum tax consequences from selling ISO stock options. They are nasty.

Well its a good thing for him that he has not recorded tens of hours of videos on youtube, case if he had and there's a confrontation, the Goverment might be able to paint him as a complete nut.

I few years ago I sold some stock that I held in my employer's ESOP plan. The idiots who administered the plan reported that sale in the wrong stock because they entered the wrong ticker symbol. I got a letter from the IRS saying I owed taxes on around $55k in income. A few phone calls and a letter got the mess straightened out. I wasn't the only one who was affected by the mistake. I guess I should have made a video. I suspect Rudy or whoever does his taxes didn't report the stock options correctly on his Schedule D. He probably didn't properly report the option price as the cost basis if he did an exercise and sell on the options.

I don't want to go all psychological, but Rudy seems to me to be an innocent abroad. He goes on a cruise and meets real people for a change and finds out that nobody agrees with him. He gets a letter from the IRS and assumes that it about his beliefs.
As Kate pointed out above, the first thing you do is contact them and have a big whinge. Not Rudy he has to make a public video telling the world and when he sorts it he will have to make another on telling us what happened.
Rudy seems to me to be a real keyboard commando. A common thread through all his videos has been his willingness to die for his cause. He wants to watch out or he will get called out on this and have to make the big decision.
I reckon I know which way he will go. Rudy is full of himself and I reckon he needs some sort of help ( which he wont seek or get).
