It looks like the election challenge still exists and the RICO filing was severed and sent to Federal Court.

Without a ruling from the Federal Court, I doubt that the cases were severed. At the moment the removal order relates to RICO and the election challenge as Orly is arguing eligibility requirements.

Federal dockets always list where the state court case came from if there was a removal to federal court.

Nothing's been severed.

Someone previously noted there is no jurist on the Mississippi Supreme Court named Jesse Dickenson. I thought I might add that according to the State of Mississippi Judiciary, the Chief Justice is William L Waller Jr.

Darrell Issa.....jeez....he has almost as much authority and power as a county sheriff. Why has Issa not held some of his famous witch hunt hearings into this dire emergency that birthers have been combating for more than 3 long years ?

What a complete mess. Does anyone even remember what she filed about? There has been so much crap filed by her, as a non-lawyer it has become almost too impossible to follow.

How can the Courts allow her to go on like this, playing at law without the foundation of law, with only a bare knowledge that is warped and twisted, yet passing judgement from on high at those who practice and who follow the rules. When is someone going to stop her? Hasn't the state of Mississippi spent enough resources on this nonsense to actually treat it as what Orly loves -- an Emergency -- and shut her up and shut her down? Her insults against Coleman alone merit sanctions. Who the hell does she think she is? I'm am sickened as the perversion of the system that she perpetrates every time she opens her mouth -- or computer keyboard seems to escalate daily.

Good. I agree with Mr. Begley's no nonsense and formal, civil approach. Politely advise Orly's sockpuppet plaintiffs that they are being used, that they are Required by law to share in all that transpires, good or bad. He is letting them know they won't get out free or easily if they decide to crawl inside Orly's nuthouse of frivolous harassment.
They would be wise to read up on what happened to other people who were used by Orly, this way.
None of them have won any prizes or gained anything positive.
