Tire stories? One of the small enterprises I owned was an automotive service store specializing in tires and quick oil changes. One of my favorites is about the guy who brought in a flat stock trailer tire and my service guy found a flint arrowhead in it. First thought was ... after all those years, the Original Americans strike back!

We had quite a collection of stuff like that. (...and this is obviously a tread jack) :-*

Orly's lucky this didn't happen to her:

Quote:
I have been afraid of putting air in a tire ever since I saw a tractor tire blow up and throw Newt Hardbine’s father over the top of the Standard Oil sign. I’m not lying. He got stuck up there. About nineteen people congregated during the time it took for Norman Strick to walk up to the Courthouse and blow the whistle for the volunteer fire department. They eventually did come with the ladder and haul him down, and he wasn’t dead but lost his hearing and in many other ways was never the same afterward. They said he overfilled the tire.

Offtopic :
The summer between my junior and senior years of high school, I had a job in the maintenance department of a trucking company where I learned to change the big tires (11 x 22's) used by 18-wheelers. There were two kinds: those with lock rims and those without. The ones with the lock rims were slightly easier to mount and demount but they were potentially more dangerous.

When you filled them back up with air (about 90 PSI, IIRC), they would occasionally blow the lock rim, especially if the rim was not seated just right. For that reason I learned to pump them up with the rim down or, better, against a wall. I did have one blow on me once and it sent me reeling across the garage bay, but without serious injury except to my pride.

Late that summer, a man was killed because he didn't take the instructions seriously and filled up the tire "face up". While I didn't see it happen, it apparently "almost took his head clean off", according to a mechanic who was there.

Thug-ocracy regime of the usurper Obama is celebrating 1 year anniversary of the release of BC forgery. How many corrupt and dirty judges, US attorneys, AGs and congressmen were invited to the party? How many of them will ultimately go to prison?

Obama’s lap dog media, such as Daily Kos is celebrating 1 year anniversary of Obama’s posting on line of the computer forgery, which he claims to be a copy of his BC. They attack decent Americans, who demand removal of Obama from office and his criminal prosecution for use of forged documents. But what are they really celebrating?

snip
So, what are we celebrating? We are celebrating a year anniversary since any minimal dignity was taken away from the American citizens. We are celevbrating a year since corrupt judges agreed to allow forgery and fraud to replace the rule of law in this country, we are celebrating a year since Chicago mob completely took over our Judiciary, Department of Justice and the government and came up with a new Golden Rule: treat every American citizen worse than a dog, spit in his face and demand thank you from him. Congratulations! Happy anniversary!

snip
You can make a real difference by sending to your Attorney General and your Secretary of State and your congressmen a copy of the letter that I sent to the Sec of State of Ca and a copy of my RICO Complaint and exhibits.
Put them on notice that if they do not remove Obama from the ballot and do not file criminal charges against him for use of forged identification papers and elections fraud, you will be joining my RICO case and you will incliude them as additional defendants in RICO action. We have to hold all of them accountable. Please, donate to my campaign by going to RunOrlyRun.com. Please, purchase the DVDs of my trial in GA and presentation in NH and send it to everybody. Every American citizen needs to know that we have a criminal with forged papers in the house. We have to remove him from office. We need to move him from the WH to the big house. We need to make sure all of his accomplices join him t

Congressmen on both sides make dirty deals, they will not respond to a petition unless they are about to lose donations, their seats or their freedom

I do not believe they will respond to a petition. The only thing that might force them to do anything is a threat of losing donations and losing their seats or going to prison as accomplices.
If you write a petition, you have to write something pretty strong for them to take notice. I would suggest that you write that if they do not investigate and demand production of the original documents, we will add them as additional defendants in my RICO action,. this might force them to take notice.”

  http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/?p=50339

So, the plan is to threaten every member of congress with being charged in her RICO action and threaten them all with being sent to prison if they do not take up her cause.

Yep, that’s bound to work. They’ll all be shitting their pants askeered of her if they do that for sure!

Pfffft, and I thought it was unethical for a lawyer to threaten people like that. Shows what I know!

Toldja so. Flavor of the week. Orly has decided that the very threat of her pathetic travesty of a RICO suit (it's a travesty of a mockery of a sham of a mockery of a travesty of two mockeries of a sham) accomplished the following:

  • Scared the crap out of the MS AG so he panicked and tried to yank the MS Ballot Challenge out from under the MS Supreme Court, a mistake that could only be fueled by abject fear and may cost him thousands of dollars, and,

  • Scared the crap out of the judge in Tennessee who's got the Von Aryan/"It's Du-may" case, so he ... well, he issued a ruling against the birthers, but still, he must have been terrified by Orly's RICO.

So now that she found this week's magic bullet, she's shootin' it all over the damn place ... :-

So the header of this post would lead you to think that the post is about her being pissed at WND backing Shurif Joe and the posse who won’t come to her rescue, at least that was my first thought.

from an author of a news letter Linda Klein, who is shocked by behavior of Farah and Corsi (people, who claim to be leading eligibility movement, but stabbed me in the back in order to silence the issue, when it really matters)

Hi Orly…
I saw the article that World Net Daily wrote as well…that’s why in my next email, I have your article where you are in the lead. I am shocked that Farah is supporting your competitor!

  http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/?p=50352

But the message isn’t about “silencing the eligibility movement” it’s about a WND article referring to who being supported and who is in the lead, (I didn’t see the article and there was no link) which I assume means WND is not on her campaign bandwagon.

Looking at her response I don’t think that what this message actually said even registered. She is totally eaten up with getting Shurif Joe and the posse to come riding into court and save her day and they won’t do it. She has been trying for 4 years to get just one law enforcement official to go after Obama, finally she found one that “substantiated” everything she has ever said, and then he just blew her and her case(s) off. They get the money from the books and ride off into the sunset leaving her screeching panicky ass to fend for herself. It seems her one and only “official” champion has apparently told her to stuff it in her Yahoo!

This is fucking killing her. I think she truly believes that is she gets their testimony “under oath” (I know, never happen) that she will finally win and gain fame and fortune as the great savior of this country that she believes herself to be. Her name will go down in the history books for all time and she’ll probably have towns and buildings named after her. The victory that she would probably sell her soul for is being dangled right in front of her nose but purposely being kept just out of reach and there is noting she can do to change it.

Kind of like being stuck a living nightmare don’t ya think?

Couldn’t happen to a more deserving person.

I dunno, MsDaisy. Any time she uses the words "eligibility movement" and "silence the issue" in the same sentence, she's really bitching about birtherism. She's right, too. If WingNutDaily doesn't feature her accomplishments and her penetrating legal insight in each birther article they write, they are obviously trying to "silence the issue."

I think she did mean that. I think "silence the issue" meant "not printing news about me me me me me me". :-k

I suppose I need an expert legal (or perhaps psychiatric) opinion here.

Orly sez all over her blog (using her flavor of the week/month) that if the SoSs and AGs and congressfolks don't do what she sez and take Obama off the ballot she going to add them to here (and least for now) nonexistent RICO action (presumably in MS).

Kinda like this...

Quote:
Response from Orly to the talk show host Mark Gillar
“we sent hundreds of petitions to them, they clearly made a deal not to challenge Obama
I do not believe they will respond to a petition. The only thing that might force them to do anything is a threat of losing donations and losing their seats or going to prison as accomplices.

Obviously they are not askeered of her writing some stupid letter and making really stupid demands on them, so Obama will remain on all the ballots.

If she adds them to her (nonexistent at this time) RICO action in MS, it's kinda like her asking for all her stays of actions... Obama will still be on the ballot, and while she's screwing around with some RICO action (assuming of course she ever has one... I know. I know. just speaking hypothetically here) Obama gets re-elected. ;;)

Well played, Orly. Well played. :-bd
