Dr. Orly tries to explain away her failures (oh, and wants money too). The federal court in Arizona doesn't seem too impressed with Van Irion. And Joseph Farah tries to hype up Joe Arpaio big birther press conference tomorrow.

Pam Barnett goes into conspiracy land and tries to scrub the racism from "Obama Ballot Challenge". Kerchner hears back about his Pennsylvania Birther Ballot Jihad hearing. And it's an answer that should be familiar to every birtherstani far and wide.

However, Kerchner's most recent fail is overshadowed by the long-awaited, World Nut Daily-scripted Joe Arpaio Birther Cold Case Posse press conference. Where Joe Arpario shows he's no longer playing footsie flirty games with the birthers.

Oh, no, Arpaio has gone way past flirting with the birtherstani and straight into "wearing lace panties on all fours in World Nut Daily's bed, while moaning 'take me now sex bronco' to Corsi and Farah" territory.

Today's dispatches are pretty much the continuing fallout from Swiftboat liar Jerome Corsi's Muppet show with Joe Arpaio yesterday. And not only does it look like muppet joe simply vomited forth what Corsi and World Nut Daily had already wrote, but neither of them bothered to factcheck any of their claims with anyone else.

Hopefully Joe Arpaio gave Corsi and Farrah a happy ending after they paid him for the "investigation". Outside of birtherstan, pretty much nobody, including conservatives, are buying Arpaio's claims. Hopefully he's made himself completely toxic as a result.

Also the plaintiffs in the Georgia Birther Ballot Jihad appeal hear a very familiar phrase and word.

My apologizes for the delay. Part of it was that "Bad Fiction" has been hit hard of late by a spam attack, which forced me to do something I didn't want to do - put the comments on moderation.

And part of it was that, in the wake of Arizona Muppet Show with Arpaio the stooge and Zullo the chicken, the level of rhetoric in birtherstan has taken a real strong turn for the violently ugly and nasty.

The birtherstani masks are starting to slip. Expect things to get worse over the next nine months.

Anyway, we have death threats against the President. Naked racism. The media ignoring Arpaio and the birthers getting seriously bent out of shape about it. Dr. Orly wants gallows for anyone she doesn't like or who dares to tell her no. And wants their families harassed in the process.

Dr. Orly has taken to threatening judicial officials. Lawrence Sellin pops up in a new location, but with the same old sedition. Alaska tells Gordon Epperly to go away. Cody Judy shows us the level of professional concern Dr. Orly shows her clients. Van Irion shows the level of professional research he owes the courts. Carl Swensson tries to threaten his way to success.

We have extra special sedition at Dr. Orly's house o' malware. A poll showing some interesting birther demographics. Michael Zullo shows his true colors, namely yellow. Geir Smith is still crazy, while Ann Barnhardt is simply evil.

In today's dispatches, the rhetoric from the birthers continues to get ugly and threatening. Especially since it's starting to dawn on them that the Jerome Corsi Arizona Muppet Show isn't going anywhere.

Meanwhile, the birthers continue to try and recycle old and discarded ideas in hopes that they'll work this time. Charles Kerchner is acting the de Vattelist high priest towards Rick Santorum (google it). The Georgia primary comes and goes, Obama was indeed on the ballot, but that's not stopping Van Irion, whom seems to be following the Taitz guide to legal etiquette.

More birthers have lovely sit-down chats with the Secret Service. Dr. Orly comes up with a brand-new money making idea - selling videos of Dr. Orly in hot, steamy courtroom action. World Nut Daily and others are still upset the Corsi-sponsored dog and pony show didn't pan out. Ken Allen loses again, with the court shooting down one of the birthers favorite legal fictions.

Van Irion, Joseph Farah, and Carl Swensson all want their hands milking that $weet $weet Birther$tani ca$h cow. The National Review wants people to ignore their birther antics in the past and focus now on the damage the birthers are causing conservatives. Bed, made, lie. Arpaio's credibility may be circling the drain as a result of letting himself be Corsi's muppet.

Arizona tries to run two new shiny 2012 birther bills. The facts seem to be interfering with Corsi's narrative. One gets an idea that people in Mississippi are a tad annoyed with Dr. Orly. Dean Haskins Hawaiian case with Duncan Sunahara gets the traditional birther reply from the courts, while Dr. Orly tries to ride Haskins coattails. Some evidence that the "Cold Case Posse" may have not bee the most unbiased of "investigators". And the whole "Sovereign Citizen" movement gets scarier.

In today's dispatches, the media starts to turn over the rock that Stephen Pidgeon lives under. Arpaio shows that he's more than willing to repeat Corsi's lies to another Corsi shill. Rudy continues his trip to crazy town, and Dr.Kate is waiting at the station for him.

World Nut Daily and their "Western Center for 'Journalism'" continue to throw a fit over the media's refusal to take Corsi's Arizona muppet show seriously. Dr. Kate isn't the only birther giving into paranoia, since Dr. Orly is swimming in Lake Bugshit herself. Which goes well with her continued calls for insurrection. The birtherstani continue to make out with Andrew Breitbart's corpse. Dr. Orly is upset at the California GOP for DARING to endorse someone other than Dr. Orly. Meanwhile she's trying to seduce Arpaio away from Corsi. One of Flordia's congress critters plays flirty birther games. And the South shows it's no home for sane Republicans.

In today's dispatches, Charles Kerchner tries - another ad! Some evidence of pre-2008 protobirthers. Dr. Orly wants to seduce Rep. Stearns to the birtherstani side of the force.

Berg's undead case gets a motion to dismiss. Dr. Orly pole vaults over the wall of legal sanity. Some birthers are upset at the GOP for not completely boarding the crazy train. The people in the Georgia Birther Ballot jihad are told "no" again, while the SoS for that state certifies the results of the primary.

Some birthers question why they should pay for the Pest and eFail. And Leo Donofrio folds and goes home. Again.

Pam Barnett and the California 7 busk the courtroom corners for that sweet, sweet birther bucks. Dr. Orly seems to be following Dr. Kate's lead into paranoid conspiracy land. Renew America can't figure out why the media isn't taking the Corsi and Arpaio muppet show seriously.

President Obama continues to poke fun at the birthers. Comedy Central makes note of the California birther jihaddists. And Free Republic warns the faithful that thou shalt not birther against a Republican.

And in today's dispatches, Van Irion gets told to "do it right this time" in Arizona. Dr. Orly is upset because the Democratic Party of Mississippi wants to know if she's being paid to commit legal malpractice, or is she committing legal malpractice out of her own funds.

Though the sedition, hatred, and death threats at Godfather Politics didn't stop a Fox News Anchor from thinking it was just peachy keen to share on Twitter. And it looks like Joe Arpaio decided to go full metal birther as a way to explain away the fact that his office was jerking the Department of Justice around.

Dr. Orly is in creepy obsessive stalker mode (well, moreso than usual), with a particular hatred towards Philip Berg and anyone who dares force her to act like a real attorney rather than a nitrous-addled chinese crested dog. Dr. Kate is currently listening to the waters of Lake Conspiracy.
