Yes, it's National Pancake Day!

So go eat pancakes (and support Children's Miracle Network while you're there.

Oh, and don't forget to wish a Happy National Pancake Day to Dr. Orly Taitz!

Dispatches from Birtherstan - 28-29 February 2012

Quote:
In today's dispatches, Dr. Kate is checking under her bed for OCTPAW. The inmates at Birther Report are still fighting over Dr. Orly and have their panties in a knot that Michael Jablonski actually is doing his job. The Pest and eFail unveils a radical new move to drive their readership even lower.

Sunhara v Fuddy gets a pro forma objection. Mario Apuzzo follows his Pro Hac Vice request with legal diarrhea. Meanwhile Obama's Pennsylvania attorney seems to be of the "kickass and chew bubblegum" school of law. The shambling form of Philip Berg gets help from another birther moldy oldie.

Dr. Orly tries to explain away her failures (oh, and wants money too). The federal court in Arizona doesn't seem too impressed with Van Irion. And Joseph Farah tries to hype up Joe Arpaio big birther press conference tomorrow.

Dispatches from Birtherstan - 1 March 2012

Quote:
In today dispatches, well…

Pam Barnett goes into conspiracy land and tries to scrub the racism from "Obama Ballot Challenge". Kerchner hears back about his Pennsylvania Birther Ballot Jihad hearing. And it's an answer that should be familiar to every birtherstani far and wide.

However, Kerchner's most recent fail is overshadowed by the long-awaited, World Nut Daily-scripted Joe Arpaio Birther Cold Case Posse press conference. Where Joe Arpario shows he's no longer playing footsie flirty games with the birthers.

Oh, no, Arpaio has gone way past flirting with the birtherstani and straight into "wearing lace panties on all fours in World Nut Daily's bed, while moaning 'take me now sex bronco' to Corsi and Farah" territory.

Dispatches from Birtherstan - 2 March 2012

Quote:
Today's dispatches are pretty much the continuing fallout from Swiftboat liar Jerome Corsi's Muppet show with Joe Arpaio yesterday. And not only does it look like muppet joe simply vomited forth what Corsi and World Nut Daily had already wrote, but neither of them bothered to factcheck any of their claims with anyone else.

Hopefully Joe Arpaio gave Corsi and Farrah a happy ending after they paid him for the "investigation". Outside of birtherstan, pretty much nobody, including conservatives, are buying Arpaio's claims. Hopefully he's made himself completely toxic as a result.

Also the plaintiffs in the Georgia Birther Ballot Jihad appeal hear a very familiar phrase and word.

Dispatches from Birtherstan - 3-6 March 2012

Quote:
My apologizes for the delay. Part of it was that "Bad Fiction" has been hit hard of late by a spam attack, which forced me to do something I didn't want to do - put the comments on moderation.

And part of it was that, in the wake of Arizona Muppet Show with Arpaio the stooge and Zullo the chicken, the level of rhetoric in birtherstan has taken a real strong turn for the violently ugly and nasty.

The birtherstani masks are starting to slip. Expect things to get worse over the next nine months.

Anyway, we have death threats against the President. Naked racism. The media ignoring Arpaio and the birthers getting seriously bent out of shape about it. Dr. Orly wants gallows for anyone she doesn't like or who dares to tell her no. And wants their families harassed in the process.

Dr. Orly has taken to threatening judicial officials. Lawrence Sellin pops up in a new location, but with the same old sedition. Alaska tells Gordon Epperly to go away. Cody Judy shows us the level of professional concern Dr. Orly shows her clients. Van Irion shows the level of professional research he owes the courts. Carl Swensson tries to threaten his way to success.

We have extra special sedition at Dr. Orly's house o' malware. A poll showing some interesting birther demographics. Michael Zullo shows his true colors, namely yellow. Geir Smith is still crazy, while Ann Barnhardt is simply evil.

Dispatches From Birtherstan - 7-9 March 2012

Quote:
In today's dispatches, the rhetoric from the birthers continues to get ugly and threatening. Especially since it's starting to dawn on them that the Jerome Corsi Arizona Muppet Show isn't going anywhere.

Meanwhile, the birthers continue to try and recycle old and discarded ideas in hopes that they'll work this time. Charles Kerchner is acting the de Vattelist high priest towards Rick Santorum (google it). The Georgia primary comes and goes, Obama was indeed on the ballot, but that's not stopping Van Irion, whom seems to be following the Taitz guide to legal etiquette.

More birthers have lovely sit-down chats with the Secret Service. Dr. Orly comes up with a brand-new money making idea - selling videos of Dr. Orly in hot, steamy courtroom action. World Nut Daily and others are still upset the Corsi-sponsored dog and pony show didn't pan out. Ken Allen loses again, with the court shooting down one of the birthers favorite legal fictions.

Van Irion, Joseph Farah, and Carl Swensson all want their hands milking that $weet $weet Birther$tani ca$h cow. The National Review wants people to ignore their birther antics in the past and focus now on the damage the birthers are causing conservatives. Bed, made, lie. Arpaio's credibility may be circling the drain as a result of letting himself be Corsi's muppet.

Arizona tries to run two new shiny 2012 birther bills. The facts seem to be interfering with Corsi's narrative. One gets an idea that people in Mississippi are a tad annoyed with Dr. Orly. Dean Haskins Hawaiian case with Duncan Sunahara gets the traditional birther reply from the courts, while Dr. Orly tries to ride Haskins coattails. Some evidence that the "Cold Case Posse" may have not bee the most unbiased of "investigators". And the whole "Sovereign Citizen" movement gets scarier.

"Rambo Ike" has become the very first person ever to be blocked from commenting at Bad Fiction.

I'm rather unhappy I had to take that step, but rules are rules.

Dispatches from Birtherstan - 10-12 March 2012

Quote:
In today's dispatches, the media starts to turn over the rock that Stephen Pidgeon lives under. Arpaio shows that he's more than willing to repeat Corsi's lies to another Corsi shill. Rudy continues his trip to crazy town, and Dr.Kate is waiting at the station for him.

World Nut Daily and their "Western Center for 'Journalism'" continue to throw a fit over the media's refusal to take Corsi's Arizona muppet show seriously. Dr. Kate isn't the only birther giving into paranoia, since Dr. Orly is swimming in Lake Bugshit herself. Which goes well with her continued calls for insurrection. Unlicensed Pastoral Therapist Sam Sewell finds a fellow Mensa member who's just as koo-koo for cocoa puffs as he is.

The birtherstani continue to make out with Andrew Breitbart's corpse. Dr. Orly is upset at the California GOP for DARING to endorse someone other than Dr. Orly. Meanwhile she's trying to seduce Arpaio away from Corsi. One of Flordia's congress critters plays flirty birther games. And the South shows it's no home for sane Republicans.

Dispatches from Birtherstan - 13-14 March 2012

Quote:
In today's dispatches, Charles Kerchner tries - another ad! Some evidence of pre-2008 protobirthers. Dr. Orly wants to seduce Rep. Stearns to the birtherstani side of the force.

Berg's undead case gets a motion to dismiss. Dr. Orly pole vaults over the wall of legal sanity. Some birthers are upset at the GOP for not completely boarding the crazy train. The people in the Georgia Birther Ballot jihad are told "no" again, while the SoS for that state certifies the results of the primary.

Some birthers question why they should pay for the Pest and eFail. And Leo Donofrio folds and goes home. Again.

Dispatches from Birtherstan - 15-16 March 2012

Quote:
In today's dispatches, the "patriotic" birthers do love them some Pravda. Riding hard on Berg's reappearance, Chief Editor Korir makes a reappearance. Arizona, once again, guts a completely unrelated bill and sews a birther bill into the skin.

Dr. Orly's former clients are told by the Superior Court of Georgia "No". Van Irion is told by the Superior Court of Georgia "No" and throws a hissy fit. Philip Berg is told by the Pennsylvania courts "No."

Some of the people Joe Arpaio considers good enough for a posse seem to be better suited for the other side of the law. And open racist Hugh McInnish files a birther ballot jihad challenge citing that famous legal journal "World Nut Daily".

Dispatches from Birtherstan - 17-19 March 2012

Quote:
In today's dispatches, Chief Editor Korir discovers the Bomford BC. Convicted forger and felon Lucas Smith is missing, and Amber wants to find him. KKK apologist Mark McGrew writes a love letter for Carl Swensson.

In a choice between Dr. Orly and Not Sure, Not Sure is the GOP choice. Joe Arpaio is upset that the media isn't taking Jerome Corsi or his lies seriously. World Nut Daily's pet pollsters comes up with another unverifiable poll.

Pam Barnett and the California 7 busk the courtroom corners for that sweet, sweet birther bucks. Dr. Orly seems to be following Dr. Kate's lead into paranoid conspiracy land. Renew America can't figure out why the media isn't taking the Corsi and Arpaio muppet show seriously.

Philip Berg isn't done yet (what a surprise). And Dr. Orly gets a prize endorsement from someone who's even more crazy and delusional than she is.

Dispatches from Birtherstan - 20-21 March 2012

Quote:
In today's dispatches, the GOP seems unwilling to get the stink of birther off of themselves. Dr. Orly figures the best way to get what she wants is to threaten federal judges, attorneys, political party leaders, media heads, and anyone else she doesn't like.

It's starting to look like 2008 again, as the birthers start to dust off the moldy oldies of birtherdom. Jerome Corsi tries to sit the media down to a dramatic reading of The Postman's Tale. The problem is that nobody outside of World Nut Daily and birtherstan seems willing to accept hearsay evidence as anything other than "yeah, so?"

Dr. Orly can't seem to understand the bromance between Corsi and Arpaio. President Barack O'Bama lakes a wee bit o' the olde potshot against the birthers. And movie producer turned failed PUMA Bettina Viviano makes a reappearance in birtherstan, with more moldy oldies from the 2008 election.

Quote:
In today's dispatches, the GOP continues to play flirty dog-whistle games with the birthers, with predictable results. Swiftboat liar Jerome Corsi plays Illuminati with Alex Jones and lets his racist freak flag fly. Linda Bentley kisses up to Corsi and Arpaio and demands the President provide proof that will satisfy not a court of law or judicial officials, oh no, but satisfy the birthers and teahaddists.

Meanwhile, the Corsi/Arpaio bromance goes on, with signs that they haven't depleted their supply of outright lies and falsehoods yet. Meanwhile, Dr. Orly tries to horn in on the Corsi/Arpaio bromance. Sam Sewell and friends release their Florida Birther Ballot jihad.

President Obama continues to poke fun at the birthers. Comedy Central makes note of the California birther jihaddists. And Free Republic warns the faithful that thou shalt not birther against a Republican.

And in today's dispatches, Van Irion gets told to "do it right this time" in Arizona. Dr. Orly is upset because the Democratic Party of Mississippi wants to know if she's being paid to commit legal malpractice, or is she committing legal malpractice out of her own funds.

Lame Cherry reappears in all their hood-wearing, cross-burning, racist psychopathic glory, much to the delight of Dr. Kate. World Nut Daily asks if the US Military is "purging" birthers, rather than asking "why are all these supposed patriots disobeying legal orders and running afoul of the UCMJ???

Seems that World Nut Daily's pet pollster is a biased clod. Forbes magazine decides they don't want to go birther. Sam Sewell has problems with things like "search engines". Comrade Orly Taitz goes back to her roots in the Soviet Union, and publishes anti-American propaganda in Pravda.

World Nut Daily is upset the media isn't' taking swiftboat liar Jerome Corsi seriously, nor are they paying attention to the Postman's Tale. Dr. Kate shows her fetish for sewage. Walter Fitzpatrick gets called a SovCit. Dr. Orly may get published in English, but she can't spell English. And last but not least, Dr. Orly takes on the role of creepy psycho stalker.

Dispatches from Birtherstan - 27-28 March 2012

Quote:
In today's dispatches, once again the ties that a birther has with their family are shown. Rudy Davis decides to use a local church for his own birtherpoolza. Joe Arpario has an interview with the former Radio Moscow, followed by a Corsi-attended press conference where Arpaio and Carl Seel whined that Seel's birther bill is stuck in committee.

Also, Arpaio and Corsi's response to the claims of "media blackout" is to have no media for their upcoming tea party spew.

We're introduced to JEFF BOSS a democrat and birther WHO TYPES IN ALL CAPS to underscore the serious fact that he's BATGUANO CRAZY. The Western Center for "Journalism" loves them some Lucas Smith. Hugh McInnish gets told no by the Alabama Supreme Court, though one Justice seems to be whistling dixie. Dr. Orly tries to get Joe Arpaio and Mike Zullo out to Mississippi for a command performance. Dean Haskins interviews a British Birther who's Barking Mad.

And the lines are increasingly becoming blurred between Lame Cherry and a a KKK site.

In today's dispatches, Joe Arpaio is told "No, you can't have access to Selective Service Registration form, not yours". Meanwhile Arpaio is upset that the media isn't taking him seriously.

Dr. Orly calls on her cavity creeps to harass Arpaio in hopes of getting him to appear sans Corsi in Mississippi, (which could prove to be more entertaining than previously thought even without Arpaio). Meanwhile in Georgia, Carl Swensson threatens Rep. John Boehner (R - Loompaland)

Lame Cherry has crossed over to being just plain disgusting. And Tracy Fair wants pretty much the entire elections board of her state tossed out for daring to allow that uppity darkie on the ballot.

In today's dispatches, a press conference in Arizona, no press allowed,. However the teahaddists at the said conference seem willing to place Joe Arpaio in a position where he supersedes pesky things like the Constitution.

Dr. Kate tells the Lame Cherry-loving floaters back in her cesspool all about Arpaio's latest mound of Corsi droppings and Mike Zullo's latest from the Maricopa County Cold Case Posse (Maricopa CCCP). Disgruntled PUMA Bettina Viviano is once again all over birtherstan. And Walter Fitzpatrick is in trouble. Again.

In today's dispatches, Dr. Orly gets the coveted felon endorsement. Disgruntled PUMA Bettina Viviano's claims get traction at World Nut Daily, Corsi's cabin boy Joe Arpaio, and at a site called "Godfather Politics" that really really REALLY needs to be on the top of the Secret Service's watch list.

Though the sedition, hatred, and death threats at Godfather Politics didn't stop a Fox News Anchor from thinking it was just peachy keen to share on Twitter. And it looks like Joe Arpaio decided to go full metal birther as a way to explain away the fact that his office was jerking the Department of Justice around.

Dr. Orly is in creepy obsessive stalker mode (well, moreso than usual), with a particular hatred towards Philip Berg and anyone who dares force her to act like a real attorney rather than a nitrous-addled chinese crested dog. Dr. Kate is currently listening to the waters of Lake Conspiracy.

The PUMAs are starting to get dusted off by their friends in the far right. We have Obama as the result of an Illuminati breeding programme. The Georgia Supreme Court tells the birtherstani involved that that state's birther ballot jihad a very familiar word. Lawrence Sellin surfaces at Margaret Hemenway's old haunt. And the drums of sedition and treason grow ever louder in birtherstan.

Thank you for your patience, but I needed a few days away from my listening post near the borders of birtherstan. Family is far more important to me than these seditious self-important nut balls are.

Anyway, in today's dispatches, we have the usual GOP flirts at birthers, followed by the usual GOP trying to get the stink of birther off. Godfather Politics is fast becoming a complete and utter cesspool. Dr. Orly is upset that Corsi and friends are daring to go after the birther bucks she wants to go after.

Dr. Orly's buddy David Earl-Graef has a mad at Sen. John McCain, has does Dr. Kate and Dr. Orly. The Western Center for "Journalism" has an odd idea of "breaking news". Dr. Orly plans to show up for Rudy's down-south birtherpollza. Charles Kerchner has an odd idea about civilian control of the military.

Dr. Orly passes on Leah Lax's latest brainfart. Joe Arpaio seems to be noticing that the GOP isn't flocking to his birtherism like they do everything else. Carl Swennson posts an anti-semitic video.

And then, there's Lame Cherry. Gods help us all.

Dispatches from Birtherstan - 10-13 April 2012

Quote:
In today's dispatches, at least one claim that Obama is currently under arrest, (one supposes for the crime of "Presidenting While Black"). Certain members of Joe Arpaio's legal team now share a distinction with CEL3 - namely disbarrment. Rumours fly that the Maricopa CCCP is rehashing the Trowbridge claims.

The DoJ is getting annoyed with Arpaio. Neal Turner shows a racist and mean-spirited streak. Mario Apuzzo and Nicholas Purpura are told by the State of New Jersey the word "No". The State of Georgia tells Dr. Orly's sock puppet "No." The US District Court in Tennessee tells Van Irion "No." Charles Kerchner throws a tantrum over the word "No".

The Western Center for "Journalism" unleashes birther flying monkeys to harass elected officials. We have some birtherism from across the pond. Arizona teahaddists and Dr. Orly are upset that their unconstitutional petition is being ignored by that state's GOP leadership.

One of World Nut Daily and Western Center for "Journalism" sugar daddies is discovered. The California GOP may be trying to figure out how to keep from getting Taitz splattered all over them. One of Rick Santorum's sugar daddies makes an assassination joke. And Birther Report gets more and more vile.

I'm on vacation this week, so things are a bit delayed.

Anyway, in today's dispatches, the little birtherpoolza that Rudy "Lonestar1776" is putting together is shaping up to be just chock full o' seditionist nuts. Including the pastor of Rudy's church. Dr. Orly decides to start subpoenaing people for her Mississippi Birther Ballot Jihad, and THEN ask for permission from the judge. Which she's annoyed with already for not playing stepin' fetch it sufficiently for Dr. Orly's liking.

Ed Hale should stick to making up stories about bigfoot. Ann Barnhardt puts on a show that should borrow some props from a Gallagher concert. Van Irion finally manages to make proper service, and gets called out for his little tricks. Dr. Kate is projecting, (and still thinks that Lame Cherry is just peachy keen A-OK.)

World Nut Daily breathlessly reports that Rush Limbaugh can't seem to figure out his phone. Dr. Orly is upset that World Nut Daily isn't breathlessly reporting her usual loads of dingo droppings. Ted Nugent is insane. Larry Klayman wants his $hare of Birther$tani Buck$, and Dr. Orly goes "not $o fa$t". And Joe Arpaio is in increasingly hot water.

I'm back from my break, and yes, the birthers are still a few dozen french fries short of a happy meal.

Anyway, in today's dispatches, from behind the paywall, professional seditionist Sharon Rondeau wonders why the country's sheriffs aren't willing to get the stink of birther on themselves. It seems that being monitored by the US Senate Sergeant at Arms' office is a cause for celebration in birtherstan. Some classy death threats at the fake examiner.

John Dummett thinks things are going well for him (and send money). Larry Klayman comes up with a brand new idea (read tired and stale, oh yeah and send money). Dr. Orly doesn't much care for Larry Klayman (and send money)

WND reports on birthers harassing congressional officials. Sam Sewell discovers what happens when you throw a press conference and nobody shows up. Pat Boone makes made-up headlines at WND again

And last but not least, Charles Dyer, aka "July4Patriot", is found guilty by a jury.

Dispatches From Birtherstan - 24-25 April 2012

Quote:
In today's dispatches, motions filed against Dr. Orly's Indiana Birther Ballot Jihad. Robert Quinn has a mad at the Orly-proof Sen. Marco Rubio, Sen. Rubio has a police now. Snopes points out (again) that the birthers are a) lying and b) stealing from each other.

Dr. Orly has a mad that a California Republican group would DARE to endorse anyone but her, thereby giving up the all important "bat guano crazy dentist" demographic. Dr. Kate recommends her besets buddy in the whole wide world, insane racist Lame Cherry. Joseph Farah and his pornstar mustache has a fool-proof plan to defeat Obama, based upon the brand-new novel strategy of "send your money to World Nut Daily".

Larry Klayman claims to have discovery, reality goes "oh that's nice". Swiftboat liar Jerome Corsi is starting to notice a critical lack of attention being given to his boy toy Joe Arpaio. The Mississippi Supreme Court takes Dr. Orly's birther ballot jihad in that state and tells the US District Court "tag, you're it!" John Dummet (pronounced "dim-bulb") tries to peddle his birther street cred and chops.

Anti-Semitic Internet Outhouse Andy Martin returns to birtherstan to announce his next Hawaiian vacation. Tony Perkins comes out of his mothers basement to shower birtherism all over the place. Lawrence Sellin is settlin' into his new home at Family Security Matters. And Gary Stein does a Lakin all over his USMC career.

Oh, and I respond to a persistant troll.

Dr. Orly throws a tantrum about her Mississippi Birther Ballot Jihad getting moved to federal court. Dr. Kate warns the GOP that it better be Ron Paul or else!

World Nut Daily floats another idea to part the birthers from their money. They also try and spin Van Irion's smack down in Tennessee into a victory parade. Both the Mississippi Democratic Party and the Mississippi Secretary of State give their opinion about the pile of legal taitz Dr. Orly filed. Meanwhile, Dr. Orly threatens California state officials, and gets all paranoid and melodramatic.

Happy weekend people.

Dispatches from Birtherstan - 28 April-2 May 2012

Quote:
In today's dispatches, Dr. Orly tries the patience of the State of Hawaii (not to mention the State of Reality). Once again, President Obama pokes fun at the birthers, once again the birthers fall for it. Old news is sent around again. Rudy's got a mad at the IRS, while Dr. Orly has a mad at Jerome Corsi.

Dr. Orly gets all death threaty again. Lax, Roth, and MacLeran are all told "you DO know your attorney can't represent you in Mississippi, right?? James Manning is off his meds again. Fox News pisses off the birtherstani by insisting on the real definition of "Natural Born Citizen" rather than the de Vattelist version.

In a new low in desperation, Dr. Orly manages to screw up a sock puppet. Miki Booth shows there's no level too low for her or her followers. Missouri deals with their own birther bill. SPLC comments on the Taitz/Corsi feud. "Lena" tries to spin her outing. Dr. Orly is thin-skinned, and suffers Yet Another Legal Loss.
