There's a reason I don't venture over there too often... So the only obvious explanation is that Hawaii provided a digital file and the White House created a version with Obama's info on it? No, the most obvious is that Dr. Fuddy and Dr. Onaka went to their files, pulled out the book with Obama's document, copied it twice, certified them, put them in an envelope, and handed it to Obama's lawyer. She flew back to DC with it and handed it off to someone in the graphics department who scanned one and posted the image to the web. Someone else photocopied one for the press packet.

This isn't rocket science. Those Freepers are making like it's an ICBM filled with water that you can light with a match. Or something. :roll:
