The Marxist Barack Obama Sr. came to America and married Ms. Stanley Dunham, who he met in Russian class. Frank Marshall Davis, an editor of a Communist newspaper in Chicago with a damning FBI dossier, was a close friend to Ms. Dunham's father and later a mentor to his grandson, Barack Obama Jr., referred to affectionately as "Frank" in Dreams from my Father.

Yes because the only reason one would ever take a Russian class is because one was taking orders from Moscow. One wouldn't do such a thing out of interest or necessity. Heck, one would never wish to learn anything about the Soviet Union or anything related to any of its republics. That couldn't possibly be useful at all in the Cold War. No, all you need to know is that "Communism is bad" and USA #1 because it was that attitude and not a carefully constructed strategy of containment using an understanding of the Soviet leadership and its objectives that ensured the free world won.

The man, good ol’ what’s his name, was certainly the type of American patriot Sam Patti would like, because he’d retired from the Air Force and threatened to slap the #$%# out of me.
This after he reached the assumption (my guess is well before he reached the door of the Daily News,) that I was not a believer in the birther movement but one of them left wing liberal types.
“I bet you’re a damn Democrat,” he said, somehow managing to keep his hands steady enough to turn over the sacred document he wanted me to publish for the world to see.
I took the official, hot-off–the-Internet Obama birth certificate, managed to duck any slaps directed my way and started to slink back up to my newsroom cubby hole.
“You better put that in the paper,” he screeched. “Or I’m gonna bring the whole Tea Party to your parking lot.”
Fine.

So I went to the editor and, appealing to his left wing liberal sensibilities, I managed to convince him that he didn’t want to anything to do with publishing the Obama birth certificate I’d secured (my plan is to sell it to Romney).
Then I went across the street to the Dollar Store and I bought up every little plastic kettle I could find and as many little cups and saucers as I could get my hands on. I even got hold of a couple of cute tables and chairs and a plastic table cloth or two. I’ve set them all up in the parking lot of the Daily News.
I’m waiting for my buddy to come back, you see …
and am hoping he brings Alice and the rest of the Wonderland crew with him.

Arizona GOP Senate Candidate Expresses Doubt About Obama’s Citizenship

Businessman Wil Cardon, a Republican running for Senate in Arizona, wouldn’t say whether he thinks President Obama is a citizen of the U.S., the Arizona Republic newspaper reports. Cardon said he thinks that people running for office “ought to prove” their citizenship, but:

When asked if he was satisfied that Obama had met those qualifications, Cardon sidestepped the question.

“I haven’t been in the middle of that inspection,” Cardon said. “I’m running my own race right now, not worrying about Obama’s race.”

@Kelloggie Yes, he is. He was born on U.S. soil in 1971 making him a "natural born citizen" by US legal standards and is over age 35.

@LadyFyreAZ Because Obama was not born in the US nor was he born to two US citizens. Rubio was born ON US soil and therefore eligible

The Good News: Rubio's Eligible

Conservatives are right to be deeply committed to constitutionalism and to test all government actions against the plumb line of that great charter of liberty. We would never dismiss concerns about the constitutionality of legislation or the eligibility of persons to hold office under that Constitution the way former Speaker Nancy Pelosi dismissed objections to the legitimacy of ObamaCare. The former Speaker looked incredulously at her questioner and said: "Are you serious?" Happily, such disdain for constitutional concerns is one reason why she is the former Speaker of the House.

Don't worry, dear readers -- be happy. The good news for us is that Sen. Marco Rubio is eligible to be elected president in 2012. And so are Bobby Jindal and Nikki Haley. There's been a lot of attention devoted to the original meaning of "natural born citizen of the United States," the governing phrase from Art. II, Sec. 1 of the Constitution. Happily, The Heritage Guide to the Constitution resolves this question for us.

Clearly, says this respected source, what the Founders sought to avoid was foreign intrigue, or intriguers, becoming president. Wise Founders. (Too bad they didn't also say "Marxists need not apply.")[...]

Now, consider Marco Rubio. His parents were resident aliens when he was born in 1971, seeking and soon to receive their status as naturalized U.S. citizens. Under the Fourteenth Amendment, "all persons born...in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the states wherein they reside." This "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" clause shows why Rubio is -- and, very likely, why children of illegal aliens are not -- a "natural born citizen of the United States."
