On behalf of Ireland I would like to endorse Orly to run for any elected position on the GOP side. Hwe smile, her class, voice, charisma and fashion sense would be enough to have the majority of voters pulling th lever for the right side. YOu may publish this on your blog Orly, as it is truly from the heart.

Lest we forget ... one of the firstest and most poignant endorsements of La Taitz:

MADISONVILLE-A Monroe County jailer has been fired after he allegedly brought tobacco and methamphetamine to a inmates at the jail.

Monroe County Sheriff's Office Detective and Public Information Officer Jennifer Bledsoe said the incident was looked into on Tuesday and by the end of the day, Corrections Officer Thomas Grande had been fired and arrested.

Detective Doug Brannon filed warrants saying Grande would bring meth into the jail by concealing it in tobacco products and pass it along to inmates in the jail.

Dear Dr Orly, Happy 4th of July to our Patriot Lady Liberty! Blessings to your family and our great nation. Commander Walter Fitzpatrick needs you, he has tried making the citizen arrests and now he’s in real trouble. He won’t use a public defender, he is too smart and proud for that. Can you help him? Helen’s T-Room has a brilliant explanation about everything we’ve been learning from you: http://www.t-room.us/2010/06/smack-down ... al-system/ … Please Dr. Orly, help Commander Fitzpatrick or let us know what we should do please. God Bless.

I can’t help him, I am not licensed in TN and he doesn’t want anybody’s help. He doesn’t want to listen to anybody

Wait what? Since when has not being licensed in a state stopped Orly from trying to practice there?

The only thing I miss with the construction of the Pest and Efail paywall is news about Wally. Here's a teaser:

On April 2, 2012, we contacted the Sweetwater Police Department to inquire as to [...]

Actually being at the residence rather than in jail would most likely help too. Also. ;;)

If they are claiming all of this took place while Walt was in the pokey, those photos of him surrounded by Christmas cacti seem to contradict said claims. Unless they are going to say that was someone else's home. But there wasn't even a whisper that he returned to somewhere other than his own home. Until we saw the PO Box in Athens. The SOB gets a monthly pension check, wtf is he doing with that money? [-(

And for a retired pay grade O-4 LIEUTENANT COMMANDER - he is making a pretty good paycheck. No student loans to worry about, just fines and forfetures.

Edit: $3,179 before taxes plus all on post benefits (medical etc)
If he is not married, it is possible if he is imprisoned on a felony, he might end up with his retired pay suspended for the duration of his stay. Someone has to pay for his room an board at the county can.

I'm sure it didn't help that the newspapers reported on his crimes and his extended stay at the greybar hotel didn't help.  Too bad Walt didn't have any friends to keep an eye on his place. You would think Sharon would have made a trip or two to check it out.

Sharon has to accept some of the blame for Walt's problem; she kept every opportunistic criminal in Tennessee fully informed as to exactly when Frogparker's abode would be unattended for a few days. :-$

I recall when they used to read the obits, then hit the house when everyone was at the funeral

Another teaser by that great legal analyst, Sharon Rondooooooooooooo:

Quote:
What are the Similarities Between the Zimmerman and Fitzpatrick Cases?

DOCUMENTS IN EACH CASE APPEAR TO LACK PROBABLE CAUSE by Sharon Rondeau (Apr. 18, 2012) — Radio show host Rush Limbaugh spent the 20 minutes of his opening monologue today speaking about the charging documents being used to indict George Zimmerman for second-degree murder in the death of Trayvon Martin. Legal experts who have weighed [...]

=D> =D>

Yep, the videotape of Walt purloining the documents, his subsequent public bragging about doing so, and the fact that YOU have possession of said documents, nope no probable cause there Shazza.

No, Wally did his 20. He was given a Court Martial, but was "retained" not sent down like our Blue Falcon. The net result was he was up for the promotion boards, but was passed over due to his CM. If you get passed over so many times, then you have to get out. Wally was lucky that he was able to make his 20. It is a tremendous waste of taxpayer money going from the Federal Tit straight to Wally's mouth (wallet), but some CMs have a "heart" for an Academy Grad. I figure that the only reason IMHO Wally was retained on active duty is he is an Annapolis Grad. I think that if he had been a direct commission or ROTC, the CM board would have ensured he didn't stick around too long.

Wally was supposed to have a status hearing this afternoon on his charges of purloining government records.

Hmmm... was looking to see if I could find some info about this, which I couldn't, but coincidentally a story appeared on knoxnews today about sentencing of Walt's buddy Huff: http://www.knoxnews.com/news/2012/may/0 ... in-monroe/
