Secondly, I never asked anyone to sign on to my case. I emailed my original petition to every Tea Party group in MD to get the word out and to ask for support in helping me find an attorney. I got an email back from the VP of the Allegheny Tea Party. We talked for a few days on the issue and after reading my petition she ASKED ME, to please add her name to my petition and you can email her and ask her yourself! She even sent me the money to serve them all!

And lastly, I have a (D) woman in MD running against Obama who EMAILED ME in all CAPS and extremely excited that I filed and practically begging to be added, but it was right after I amended my petition, so we are waiting for the defendants to reply before making our next step!

THEN, just a couple days ago, John Dummett EMAILED ME and said that he and Ed Noonan want to get involved and they will find my an attorney!

The only REPLY I am waiting on is from my defendants, you peabrain, not from the attorneys. And if you think you are so right, go ahead and email Gary Kreep at the USJF and ask him if he did not email ME, and ask me if I wanted help with my case!

Then call Van Irion and ask him if I contacted him about my case and he will tell you no! He was asked by Dummett as far as I know, to get involved or Dummett told me that he wanted to get Van on the case!



At the moment I have NO attorneys on the case, I have two that asked ME if they could get involved and want to support my case financially! I explained to them where the case is and that I just amended my complaint and am just waiting on an answer from the defendants. I told them sure that I would love their help and that they can go ahead and try to find us an attorney in MD, which is what they were asking us if they could do.
