We will have press releases drafted. Release one when you file your case. Then, after the initial hoopla quiets down,

file for summary judgment, with another press release.
We're also working in the court of public opinion. The more press coverage you get, the
harder it will be for the judge to be dishonest the more people get exposed to your batshittery, and the wider the smear.

Complaint
...
Summary:
The complaint has no election code claims. Election code claim procedure varies so much from state to state.
I'm sure that's an excellent approach

Neither the U.S. Constitution, nor any federal statute enacted thereunder, provide for a procedure to assure that Presidents of the United States and candidates for said office meet the Eligibility Requirements.
Hey, morons. Here's the procedure:
- The US Constitution is written to include the Article II requirements for Presidential eligibility
- The Constitution is not kept secret. In fact it is taught to schoolchildren
- Schoolchildren grow up to become voters, and observe the Constitution
- Every one of more than 69 million voters who voted for Obama, and probably most of the more than 59 million voters who voted for McCain, had assured themselves that the candidates met the eligibility requirements. That's more than 100 million Americans who followed a procedure that you say is nowhere "provided for." Where were you?
- If a possibly ineligible candidate is presented to Congress, Congress may dispute the result of the Electoral College (a process spelled out in the Constitution)
- If a possibly ineligible candidate still overcomes these hurdles, he/she may later be removed from office via a process of Impeachment (a process also spelled out in the Constitution)
Edit: It becomes clearer than ever that what these people all really mean is:
Quote:
Neither the U.S. Constitution, nor any federal statute enacted thereunder, provide for a procedure to assure ME that Presidents of the United States and candidates for said office meet the Eligibility Requirements. (And I steadfastly refuse to be assured by ANY CONCEIVABLE MEANS.)

These donations are not tax deductable, but could become so if and after we file for 501(c)(3) status.
Doesn't this imply that a donation made today, while not currently tax deductible, could later be claimed?
I don't think that's how that works
