Okay... there are some New Docket Entries.

I'm sure these will prove to be interesting.... the dates certainly are.

The last docket posted was an entry on 12/4, a Motion for Preliminary Injunction. Up to that point there is no proof of service, no answer, no motion to dismiss anything and no court rulings on anything. (of course, there's a reason for that, there had been no service, and certainly no service of the named defendant, as they are a non-existent entity).

Now...

Quote:
01/23/2012 10 AMENDED COMPLAINT 2nd Amd. Complaint against All Defendants, filed by Liberty Legal Foundation. (Attachments: # 1 Summons DNC Summons)(Irion, Van) (Entered: 01/23/2012)

01/23/2012 11 SUMMONS Returned Executed by Liberty Legal Foundation. National Democratic Party of the USA Incorporated served on 12/12/2011. (Attachments: # 1 Affidavit Decl. Irion Proof of Service, # 2 Exhibit Certified Mail Return Reciept)(Irion, Van) (Entered: 01/23/2012)

01/23/2012 12 MOTION for Default Judgment as to National Democratic Party of the USA by Liberty Legal Foundation. (Attachments: # 1 Affidavit Decl. Irion)(Irion, Van) (Entered: 01/23/2012)

Second Amended? Well, yeah, they filed an Amended Complaint on 12/4, same day they filed the Motion for Preliminary Injunction.

links shortly

Not one thing in the above pleadings changes my opinion expressed earlier. This docket shows nothing more than documents intended to appeal to PayPal pushes... Berg-like, IMO. I can be talked down, but just sayin'.

PACER shows no other cases filed in any federal court.

Wouldn't the 2nd ammended motion restart the clock and delay the proper filing of a motion for default?

Why? It's an old lawyer's trick. You sue someone for $100. They get the suit and decide it isn't worth defending so they don't reply. A lousy C-note? BFD. Then you slip in an amended complaint asking for $1 million and simultaneously file a motion for default.

What's unfair about that? /snark

Eggzakly.

Plus, IIRC, he did not initially sue the DNC, rather a nonexistent party, the National Democratic Party of the USA or something like that.

In one of the filings above he did slip in the DNC as a party, as I remember from when they were downloaded.

And you aren't getting any defaults anywhere either... well, unless it's against some nonexistent entity, which is meaningless.

Makes them sound like morons every time I see a Republic Senator on tv saying that. My theory is, much like Newt's directives in the 80's (call them names like "despicable" and "traitors"), at some point a missive went out to the gop'ers to make sure they call the Dem's the Democrat Party, because they loathe the idea that the Dem's are "Democratic". Enjoy sounding like 3rd graders out there, assholes! :-bd

John Dumett
searched for a way
to render his name a household word.
It took Sharon Rondeau to polish the turd.

Sharon Rondeau has a new article about John Dummett, but nobody will ever see it since its behind her paywall. It got me curious so I browsed his Facebook page. In case you were wondering, he is NOT a birther. In fact, he has threatened to sue both the Los Angeles Times and California SoS Bowen for calling him a birther.

So what is he? He's not only a moron and a hatriot; he seems to be quite a narcissist as well. Here are some quotes from Facebook posts from the past couple of weeks:

Quote:
My strategy will work folks. This is why there have been so many ballot challenge casess croping up all over the place. At first birther attorney Orly Taitz called my cases a waste of time but what does she do. She promptly went out and used my strategy to file a couple of cases and still does not have the decency to give me the credit I deserve for figuring out a strategy to right our ship of State
.
I wonder if Orly knows that Dummett is taking credit for her lawsuits. :-k

Quote:
I have the fraud cornered and I smell victory and it was a common ordinary patriot with no political experience who will have saved the republic.

I think he actually believes this.

Quote:
I cant tell you how many death threats I have had. The FBI has been to my work twice and if I thought people would not think I was some sort of kook I would post a picture of a Black Chopper flying over and over my home. There was a story that just came out about Bill Clinton was going to come out and tell the truth about Obama but a friend of his was killed and then he was told would his daughter to be next. I know I have a target on my back and I am on Obama's radar screen but nothing but death will keep me from my task.

:yankyank:

Quote:
The strategy that I am the architect of by going after the DNC and Secretary of State in each of the States is going to expose the greatest fraud to ever be perpetrated upon the people of the United States, is going to finally nail that imposter.

Moron. Narcissist. Hatriot.

And here's his fireside chat. He looks and dresses like a mentally disabled grocery boy from a 70s sitcom and he has the demeanor of an inarticulate douchebag--which is exactly what I expected.

I left a comment on his YouTube to the effect that his strategy has resulted in three court decisions already that President Obama's father's citizenship is irrelevant and John can be proud of creating a body of Obot law. ;;)

I wonder what hole in Dummett's strategery allowed [US President] Barack Obama already to have won enough Democratic Party delegates to lock up the party's nomination?

Sounds like Mr. Dummettay didn't actually think this strategery through.

That's OK. Dummett is still registered as a Republican candidate with the FEC. I'm sure that, come the convention, the delegates will realize the error of their ways and make John the Republican nominee for president. It's just a hop skip and a jump from there to winning the election in November. I'm sure that John is up to the task of being the leader of the free world. After all, he was a Webelos leader over 30 years ago. If that doesn't prepare one to be President of the USA, I don't know what does. It's not like he was a community leader or something.

John Dummett seems to think his cases in Tennessee and Arizona are going swimmingly and the birtherstani should all bow down to him (oh, and send him money)

Beginning of the End of the Illegal Election of 2008

Quote:
"On December 5th I met with Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his cold case posse lead investigator Mike Zullo. In that meeting for an hour and forty five minutes we met discussing what I was doing and what the Sheriff's office was doing. Later that evening I had a speech to give to the Arizona Tea Party. The Arizona Sentinal covered the story. Unannounced Sheriff Joe Arpaio showed up to that meeting and spoke as well. The next day I filed suit in Arizona against the DNC in person."

That would be your "dine and dash" stunt that the judge ruled was inadequate service, right?

Quote:
"Every single case I have is active and has not been dismissed. Today my attorney Van Irions got in touch with me to tell me that the party defendants in Arizona were in default so we applied for a default judgement. The liberal judge there gave the defendants more time to answer our charges."

Maybe because you and your attorney filed a case against the wrong defendants to try and get a default judgement, (not to mention failing to achieve proper service), and were caught out by it.

Quote:
"We now have a chance for justice and you can owe it all to a common ordinary patriot who lives in a small mountain town in the heart of the Motherlode in California. I don't mean to sound crass but credit is due to the people who thought of the idea to finally get the people of this nation justice and to right the wrongs done to our Constitution. "

He's so modest, isn't he??

Quote:
"I hope that you will all join to make sure these two organizations get the needed funds to file cases in your State."

"$o $end your Birther Buck$ to me, not that crazy Moldovian dentist….."

How could the Dummett Dummay not know that the judge ordered Van Irion to Show Cause?

How could the Dummay not know Van Irion served the wrong party, or tried to scam the judge?
