Thanks so much for taking the time to check on the filings in this case.

So far the consensus is WAY beyond.

This is what I love so much about her. :xo

All the lawyers (and recovering lawyers :P ) who were on the board this morning have been following her for years. They're all familiar with litigation. They all know the possibilities. I haven't practiced for a dozen years, but I stumble along the best I can.

I don't know. I was actually a little let down. Why wasn't this an ex parte emergency motion? Is deusurpationing the country really so unimportant as to only merit a mere "Emergency Motion"?? And what happened to "urgent"? Have the /s/ twins finally ended their affair with him? Is poor "urgent" on the rebound now? If so, someone should tell Van Irion to move fast, while he still has the chance.

She needs to amend it to a Super Duper Emergency Motion. She should also include the legal and factual basis for the motion, that is, a copy of the Globe article. And proof of the national importance of its subject: that is, a DVD copy of Jack and Jill.

:D Yup. Might just provide the jump-start needed to get that sanctions/vexlit motion back on track.

Why on earth is she even tacking Ms. Nagamine on to that senders list? Afaik HI isn't a party to the MS ballot challenge, and I can't for the life me think of a reason why Ms. Nagamine needs to know about this deposition?

Unless of course, Orly is now working from that amended pile o' poo she sent over the weekend, listing 277 (or there abouts) new defendants.. :-

Thank you, kingfish. It's great to have operatives all over this great nation.

Poor Judge Coleman probably doesn't have law clerks, being retired and all. Am I right? He has to read all this crap himself. Which will be a good new education for him, late in life. Still, the man is ill and I wouldn't wish Orly on any judge, ill or not.

It will be good to find out if any or all of this stuff is filed. Especially the amended complaint that she doesn't have leave to file. A clerk's office on the ball would "lodge" it instead of filing it. Where I come from, anyway. Most clerk's offices are highly professional, in point of fact. I've seen several foreigners on Fogbow express their opinion that the more videos they watch, the more impressed they are with America's judges. The clerks do great work too, behind the scenes.

And it will be great to find out what Judge Coleman does when he's absorbed all the batshittery and had a chance to recover his health and gets that first indication to us how he's feeling about the whole shebang. That's what I'm waiting for now. Will he reschedule the hearing? Will he bail by granting instant dismissal? Will he be intrigued enough to want the Chaleria in his courtroom?

Inquiring minds want to know. -xx

To rub her face in it.

She hasn't forgotten nor forgiven Jill Nagamine for humiliating her in court and scaring the crap out of her with the promised vexatious litigant motion. Jill is at least Public Enemy No. 4 or 5 behind Obama himself, Fogbow, the Teppernator ... :-

I think she's sending all this crap to Jill Nagamine, just to let her know that she's happily and vexatiously litigating in other states and getting along swimmingly, so fuck you bitch.

It's a woman thing. I don't even pretend to understand it. =;

Orly, please don't forget to mention that your 2 witnesses are award winning producers! "Jack and Jill" won a record number of Razzie awards -- “Jack and Jill” swept all 10 categories -- first time ever that anyone has managed to accomplished that feat. Surely that is worthy of mention in your next amended emergeny urgent action brief.

What are the chances of another judge being assigned to the case? How long can a case like this be delayed when the judge is unavailable?

I'm pretty sure the judge got out of the hospital last week and the postponement was a just-in-case thing. I suspect it won't be long until things are back on track.

Thanks, kingfish.

Also a request. Would you please put the link to your blog in your signature line or at that little icon by your avatar so I can pop over to see what's happening there as well?

thanks.

Hope lunch is good.

Thanks for the update. He's going to need his strength to sort through O'rly's prolific pleadings.

On the other hand, it's well known that laughter is the best medicine, so it's possible that Orly might help his recovery.

IMO He will need some industrial strength Vicodin, Maalox, and Excedrin.

I'm not sure the manic laughter of despair is what is meant by that :-

And maybe some antibotics. In his weaken state, he might have problems handling, doG only knows, all the different germs that are affecting Orly's Yahoo.

He'll certainly need a strong anti-Orly-dote.

I posted this on ORYR, in response to another Haskins attack against Orly:

Haskins, you pathetic pile of living garbage; you finally admit it: You are praying for Obozo to win!

Instead of your constant crying, why don’t you FIRE Orly and hire a “More Competent Lawyer”?

Considering all the money that you ripped of with your bogus “Birther Summit”, you should be able to afford the best of the best.

Piffle, you get the feeling that all these young'uns aren't familar with the original song? My father used to sing it around the house which is how I know what the original lyrics are and the joke behind them. I do like how you adapted it, it was so apropos to take a nonsense song and apply it to a nonsense person like Orly and her "plaintiffs." You do have a way with words that I enjoy.
