Emken BLOWS OUT Taitz in leading Dianne Feinstein. Taitz is sucking a very poor 3rd in the Orange County
Register Poll.

Prediction: In the actual election Taitz will finish fifth, behind the incumbent, another Democrat and Emken and Hughes. However, she will extrapolate the percentage of vote she gets to the U.S. population at large, and declare herself as extremely popular. And the election as completely corrupt.

You must be new here :)

She takes these online polls as gospel. When she ran for SOS, she took the poll numbers, crunched them in against the population of the Solar System, and came up with 25 tri-billion people supported her.

That's right, and the other 75 tri-billion people were stolen away from her by a black RINO fraud. (Damn Som'bitch)

That was two years ago and she's still trying to sue himto get a do-over.

No! No! No!
Her Wetness Queen Orly is not suing for a do-over, she wants Dunn removed from the primaries altogether and herself therefor declared the winner of the Secretary Of State sweepstake, pronto, immediatly  And of course she wants her money back also. Too! ](*,)
God Bless!

Feinstein has opened a slim lead over Emken. And both of them are crushing Orly.

Oh, the humanity.

And of course, she's not winning any of THOSE either. Feinstein beats her 12:10 among republicans, and she has a big fat zero from latinos.
Hughes and Emken share the honors for most "right-wing' categories.

My click-finger is much better, thank you

If Taitz freeps a poll, it demonstrates she's a serious candidate.

If other people freep a poll, it demonstrates straw polls are unreliable.

Such is the O'rly. She opens her mouth too soon and eats crow in her quest to remove The Usurper and she opens her mouth too soon and eats crow with this so-called poll.

If you swat a puppy on the nose enough times with a newspaper for shitting on your carpet, it eventually learns. Not so with O'rly.

Great news!!! April 5th professional survey by Pulse reserch shows that Dr. Orly Taitz increased her lead over all of the Republican challenges to Diane Feinstein

Posted on | April 11, 2012 | No Comments

Pulse research senate run April 5th

California Survey of 500 Likely Voters

Conducted April 5, 2012

By Pulse Opinion Research

1* If the election for U.S. Senator from California were held today for whom would you vote?
7% Republican Businessman Al Ramirez
35% Democratic Senator Diane Feinstein
(snip)
11% Republican Doctor, Attorney and Businesswomen Orly Taitz

8% Some other candidate
23% Not sure

NOTE: Margin of Sampling Error, +/- 4.5 percentage points with a 95% level of confidence

while in OC Register survey some paid or unpaid obots or GOP RINO puppetsand operatives could vote multiple times [SO COULD YOUR FLYING MONKEYS, ORLY!] , in this survey voters could vote only once.[/b] This survey shows me increasing the lead over all other GOP candidates. The number of “not sure” voters is going down. For primary I just have to be in top 2 with Diane Feinstein.

Please, make it go viral. we can make it and we can win the primary and advance to the general election

She still doesn't get the difference between statistical polling and an election. ](*,)

I'm not sure about Pulse reserch's methodology, but that used by a similarly named firm is quite familiar from our experiences with Rasmussen:
Quote:
Pulse Opinion Research collects data for its survey research using an automated polling methodology. Automated polling systems use a single, digitally-recorded, voice to conduct the interview while traditional firms rely on phone banks, boiler rooms, and operator-assisted technology.

All survey questions are digitally recorded and fed to a calling program that determines question order, branching options, and other factors. Calls are placed to randomly-selected phone numbers through a process that insures appropriate geographic representation. Typically, calls are placed from 5 pm to 9 pm local time during the week. Saturday calls are made from 11 am to 6 pm local time and Sunday calls from 1 pm to 9 pm local time.

After the calls are completed, the raw data is processed through a weighting program to insure that the sample reflects the overall population in terms of age, race, gender, political party, and other factors. The processing step is required because different segments of the population answer the phone in different ways. For example, women answer the phone more than men, older people are home more and answer more than younger people, and rural residents typically answer the phone more frequently than urban residents.

For surveys of all adults, the population targets are determined by census bureau data.

Weighting cannot make a bad sample good. Representativeness is achieved by sample design, not by mathematical transformation. Wait for the Field Poll to see what is really going on.

Yes, a sample size of 500 (those willing to listen to a pre-recorded message that may well be trying to sell you a cruise, to boot) in a State the size of CA is laughable. As is their reported margin of error.

That's because Pulse licenses its methodology from Rasmussen, and does all of Rasmussen's compilation work:

Wait a minute! Have I been missing out on a chance to win a cruise? I have been getting those 'political opinion poll' recordings and hang up as soon as they talk about the cruise thinking it's one of those too-good-to-be true scams.

I really question the reliability of polls in this age of identity theft and people giving up their land lines and relying on cell phones. What demographic is left that answers the phone and gives an honest opinion.

The cruise calls are a scam. The poll is a cover to get around the no-call list.

Of course they are a scam. But I think it causes people of reasonable intellect to automatically hang up on a pre-recorded call claiming to be a polling organization, therefore limiting the respondent population to old, lonely folks and fools.

From the OC Register:

Quote:
The 14-candidate Republican field to challenge Sen. Dianne Feinstein may be starting to take shape, if the 183 Orange County Republicans polled are an indication.

Autism activist Elizabeth Emken, who's been endorsed by the state GOP, was named by 11.5 percent of Republican respondents – a virtual dead heat with Oceanside businessman Dan Hughes, who backs Herman Cain's 9-9-9 tax plan and has been endorsed by former Assemblyman Chuck DeVore. Hughes was named by 10.9 percent of respondents in the OC Political Pulse poll.
Article Tab: image1-Emken, Hughes, Taitz top GOP Senate hopefuls

Orly Taitz, known for her legal challenges of Barack Obama's birth certificate, came in third at 5.5 percent of Republicans. That means Taitz trailed even Feinstein among GOP voters – 6.6 percent of them named the incumbent.

The remaining 11 Republican candidates shared 17.4 percent of Republicans’ vote – and 46 percent of Republicans said they didn’t know who they’d vote for.

Gee, I thought Orly was the leading candidate? Orly, you need to investigate this ...

Mr. Wisckol

I hope that you will show journalistic impartiality and integrity and publish the results of the “Pulse” (Rasmussen method) poll, which provides methodology, reliable results and is consistent with a poll taken on March 7, which shows me leading all of the GOP candidates and it shows me widening the lead.

Your poll did not provide any information, as to who conducted it, how was it done.

It could have been a political hit job, where skewed results are posted in order to promote certain candidates. As you know I am a dissident and an anti-establishment candidate. If this poll was done by establishment puppets of either party, like Adam Probolski in GOP, than it is worthless. While I am happy that you at least acknowledged that I am in the top 3 among 14 candidates, in reality, according to scientific reliable polling I am leading and increasing the lead

see the poll results attached
Sincerely,

Dr. Orly Taitz

Your one our last hopes. If you actually beat Senator Feinstein, do you realize that you would be endowed with ultimate power to be to raise a written objection to Obama should he win the Joint Session of Congress regarding his eligibility. It would also take one Rep objection, but I think we could actually get one if you could win the Senate position in CA. You are one of last hopes Orly.
