I remember plumbers in sailor suits.

They were real sailors and real plumbers who happened to be in the same division (A Div) as I was.

Meanwhile, back at Roundoo's ...

Quote:
“Walter Needs Our Help”

IN NEED OF SPIRITUAL, MEDICAL AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE by Sharon Rondeau (Apr. 1, 2012) — A person closely involved in several cases brought against Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III by prosecutors in Monroe County, TN has told The Post & Email that the retired Naval Commander is in need of prayer, medical rehabilitation and financial assistance. [...]

Just call the VA, Sharoon. He'll get all the help he can stand.

And y'all please excuse Mizz Roundoo ... just takes her a little longer than most to recognize the obvious.

Is this plea for FitzFilcher behind Rondeau's pay wall?

Unfortunately, yes. I'd love to read this one and possibly get some details. :-k

Rondeau's pay wall was the smartest thing she ever did. She continues to put out her trash. (It must be some form of therapy for her.) But she's protected everyone except a few suckers from all of the drivel.

Her pay wall has certainly lasted longer than Ed Hale's did. I think Ed's subscription plan scheme lasted all of one week.

It is almost like the Pest and Efail disappeared from the Internet. I wonder if they will charge/extradite Rondud? Wally is going down again though.

But the P&E had such a Weekly World News ("My America by Ed Anger") quality to it, it was like reading a comic book and I've been tempted to get the cheap subscription for laughs and the 4 paragraph rule... In the meantime I've been reading Ed (they used to be better):

Quote:
ED ANGER SAYS, “HEALTH CARE MAKES ME SICK!”
By Ed Anger

I finally figured out the whole point of that long stupid meeting the Teleprompter Kid had about health care! It was nothing to do with getting them all to agree on how to turn hospitals into DMVs.

Nope, their plan was to bore half the country to death and give the other half heart attacks, so we’d all be dead anyhow and wouldn’t need doctors!

Boy, that Communist in Chief sure is touchy. A few times, I’m pretty sure I saw the computer parts in his head blowing a fuse! The CIA must be kicking themselves for not buying better parts to build their Obama robot – where did they get them from? Toyota?

Yeah, I told you for years those Japs would get their revenge on us for nuking them, and it is finally happening. Those clever Japs have been putting crappy parts in those dinky cars they send us, so we’ll all die and they can take over America!

Tell me this is a very bad parody.....please....

Ed Anger is not at its peak; it used to mimic the world of nutz more precisely. It's still good enough to persuade some RWNJ's that he is on their side. Colbert is more subtle.

And bear in mind those hits are mostly for the front page. How many of those hits are able to look behind the wall?

Does our 4 paragraph rule apply to behind paywall content? I've seen NY Times & WSJ comment highlighted here... since P&E is in that superb company, is it OK?

I sure would like some of what Sharon's smoking. In what alternete universe is P@E accuracy and reliability superb? I just did a quick check at Reuters and I was able to read the articles for free so at best she is only 66% accurate in the statement she made.

Seems stoopid arguing with Rondoo stoopid but...

AP ain't a newspaper, nor is UPI. They're news feeds. However, both of them have free news online - as does Reuters and the NYT:

http://www.upi.com/Top_News/
http://hosted.ap.org/dynamic/fronts/HOME?SITE=AP
http://www.reuters.com/news
http://www.nytimes.com/pages/todayspape ... tfrontpage

Hell, even the WSJ (a Newscorp--Murdoch--product anymore) has free content:

http://online.wsj.com/article/SB1000142 ... _LeadStory

Rondoo couldn't be an actual honest, ethical journalist if she met Gawd on the Road to Damascus. [-(

Subscribe to the Pest and Efail! No dirty words or pictures here, just constant calls for the violent overthrow of the American government, racist commentary, and professional seditionist editing. As pure as the driven snow!

I didn't see her wording but "circulate" does not necessarily equal "re-print it all anywhere you want." Why let her get into a fight over it?

This is the line I like ...

Quote:
How many actually do deep investigative reporting with source documents on judicial, legislative and executive-branch corruption at all levels?

Anybody here ever recall seeing a "source document" amongst the excretions at the Pee&Eee? Rondodo truly believes the insanity she publishes is somehow based on fact, but she wouldn't recognize a primary source if one jumped up and bit her in the ass.

Sorry, Sharoon, you and/or your "contributors" may have started out with a fact somewhere, but by the time y'all got through with it, this is exactly what it looked like ... :turd:
