Gary Kreep is his lawyer and he's suing his commanding officer and everyone up the chain of command including the USofA.

Because United States District Courts are always enthusiastic about attempting to issue injunctions against the military for doing its job.

What a pile of epic fail.

Was just talking to my darling DH former Marine now Band Director about this and his comment was "can him" according to him you are taught at boot camp that dissing the Commander in Chief is a no no, period. When he was PR Director for the band in CA, there was a marine dissing Bush the Senior (as VP) the marine was canned, and there was nothing anyone could do to save him (not that anyone tried) , as far as DH is concerned THAT marine deserved what he got and THIS marine deserves what he gets. Period. "You diss the Commander in Chief and your ass is toast" his words. Did I ever mention that I love my DH? :xo

I would hazard a guess that Kreep has absolutely no idea how to adequately serve the USofA, and even if he does a MTD would be granted on the 61st day.

Hmmm, not without a General Court Martial. I would settle for a Bad Conduct Discharge Special...employers love that discharge also.

As long as he is still IN the military the UCMJ applies. I don't think you can really get him for trying to sue, but his career is deader than dead. If he manages to stay in, good chances that he will not be allowed to reenlist. All the Kreep is going to do is cost this POS lots a money, grief, and publicity ensuring that employers are familiar with exactly what kind of disloyal miscreant this man is. He has dishonored the Corps. He had better watch his step very carefully or he'll get the Lakin treatment. Only this guy is enlisted and they will nail hide to a barracks wall.

Like the rest of the posters here, I believe the Federal Court will not interfere with a STRICTLY military matter involving the lawful discipline of this person. Adding the word Marine to any of this seems to be a high crime and misdemeanor.

Edit: thanks for pointing that out...

2 Questions:
1) What are the odds a USDC judge will ask Gary Kreep if he is aware of Orloff v Willoughby?
2) What are the odds Kreep will have a better response than Taitz did to Judge Land?

My guesses are:
1) Good chance the judge will ask
2) Kreep will have more words but the end result will be the same as what Taitz heard

At least Dr. Rhodes got a clue, dumped Orly, and did her duty. Unlike Cook or Lakin.

Jail has a funny way of changing some folk's minds. Unfortunately, not everyone listens ala Mr. Lakin.

On one of the written tests from the EFMB program a typo slipped through speaking of the Geneva Convention where you give your name, rank, serial number, and Martial status instead of Marital Status.

My wife actually managed to fail EFMB twice (she swears she's going to try again when she gets the time, but her enthusiasm dropped off after she got the CMB). She's great when it comes to treating casualties. She kinda sucks when it comes to landnav. When she tried to get the badge in Georgia back in 1999, they almost launched the search party for her. She told me she knew she was in trouble when she came to the hardtop road, 'cause there weren't any on her map.

Limited credit where due, Rhodes never threatened to refuse to deploy. She clearly didn't want to go, and I doubt that her "concerns" about President Obama were the primary driver behind that. When the suit failed, she dumped Orly and got on the plane without further complaint. I doubt that she was the most motivated battalion surgeon ever to grace the Army, but she did manage to stop when she got to the point where she disgraced herself. Unlike Lakin, she didn't drive on to the point where she screwed others.

AFAIK she has been a good little doctor and not given any more trouble. I would make a SWAG that she finished whatever time she had to pay back and went "downtown" or is headed there. There was a light bulb that went off in her head, finally. -xx

I was on-site monitoring an EFMB test at Ft. Benning. They had a couple of medics from the Ranger BN going through. Well everyone from the BDE there and all but one Ranger were disqualified somewhere along the line. So, we had the "Lone Ranger" and the Day Compass course got him. He couldn't find his way out of a paper bag.

Boy my team tried so hard to monitor the testing in HI. The best we ended up with was Ft Rich Alaska (got some nice fishing in) and it went downhill from there - Ft. Lewis (at the time), Ft Riley, KS, Ft Mc Coy, WI, Ft Indiantown Gap, PA, the Rocky Mountain Arsenal (Fitzsimons Hosp test - always listening for those warning horns from the defunct chemical agent factory there) Ft Carson, Fort lost in the woods Missouri, and others...but could never get to Hawaii. We felt we had been in enough armpits to warrant a trip to HI.

Back to your regularly scheduled evisceration of another dummy.

IIRC, she was done with her payback right after her deployment. The Army only paid for her last two years of med school, so she only owed two.

NewsCorpse did an interesting article about how Kreep sat there and was mute while Stein blatantly lied during a CNN interview.

http://www.newscorpse.com/ncWP/?p=6833
Gary isn't going to be an asset to Stein, and he won't find Stein work as a "birther hero" after he gets out of the service...or out of the brig. Stein is toast. Kreep is in this for himself and to promote his cause.
I'm thinking there is RW sugardaddy money funding this legal effort. There are those who think it worthwhile to put a few bucks into any opportunity to use the courts in attempt to smear President Obama. Kreep will try to blame POTUS for this Marine's disgraceful behavior. The only Americans who could swallow that garbage are those who already carry an irrational hatred of Obama.
