So how many bites at the apple do these folks get before one of the Justices is allowed to bitch-slap them?

And I mean physically, because it seems that's all they'd understand.

A COURT WITHOUT SHAME: THE SUPREME COURT BETRAYS THE CONSTITUTION (PART 1)

The Purple One wrote:

As we stated above on February 21st , we once again received a notice without explanation: “The petition for rehearing is denied”. I called the Court and asked if Sotomayor or Kagan participated. The answer was: “It was denied; we’re not required to tell you anything.” Keep in mind that both these two jurists (one an affirmative action activist and member of La Raza, the other a direct advocate for the legislation), are going to sit in judgment on the constitutionality of the Health-care legislation. God help the United States. By refusing to obey the United States Code, these two judges show that they are unqualified and have little or no respect for our laws. Sadly the other justices, will hear oral argument based upon inadequate and limited briefings on the most dangerous piece of legislation ever written by Congress.

...snip a bit...

Now I ask what all Americans should be asking: if the “We the People” brief Case No. 11-7275 contained 19 well-supported violations of the United States Constitution and 4 statutory laws, how does the Supreme Court protect the freedom and rights of the American people by refusing to address these constitutional challenges without explanation? And, by that refusal, does not this Court leave the American people without recourse?
...

I haven't yet read part 2
Edit: ETA: part 2 is just repeating their "counts". There is this tidbit near the end:

I pray that, after reading the above, each of you pass this on to everyone on your e-mail list, and forward it to the Editors of your papers. And most importantly, flood the Supreme Court in writing and by phone every day from now until March 26. Demand an explanation from Chief Justice Roberts, of why the Court failed in and refused to fulfill its sworn fiduciary duty and address the “We the People’s” Petition.

Cause that's worked so well for birfers in the past

If I had a time machine, I think at least one stop I'd make would be to pop in on the Founding Fathers and explain to them just how obnoxiously that "We the People" phrase is going to become - and how it will generally be abused by people who actually hate the US and are trying to turn us into a theocracy. (Then I'd have to go find the people who originally owned the Watergate Hotel and convince them to give it a different name that can't be easily tagged onto the end of every scandal name....)

Seriously that "-Gate" bs got old in the 1980s. Why are people still doing it?

And ya, "we the people" is goddam annoying at this stage. Its probably the only bot of the constitution these idiots even remember as its in big letters.
