OMG, these bozos are attempting to skip the Georgia Supremes and appeal the GA Superior Court's decision directly to the U.S. Supreme Court. That's because this is a matter of such dire national importance, dontcha know.

Well, I might be stretching to identify this as a direct SCOTUS appeal. Depending on which header you rely upon, it could also be construed as an appeal to the "U.S. Court for the 11th Circuit" (WTF?). And in developing the background, they refer to prior proceedings before the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Hey, one court's as good as another, right?

Oh what a tangled web we weave when we cut & paste shit to deceive.

As to whether this needs another topic, I dunno. To follow our format, I suppose so. OTOH, it obviously won't go anywhere. This'll get bounced just about as fast as SCOTUS can bounce something. I only hope it lasts long enough for Danny Bickel to collect some filing fees from Punch & Judy.
