In the earlier article posted by Twana (Article II or bust) JB has it right, and there is no time left to do things any other way now. What must happen, and what I stated previously in a thread, is that ALL CONSTITUTIONAL SHERIFFS, with all of their deputies, must form a large contingent of oath keeper law enforcement officers, (at least 1,000) and backed up by Veterans, and active duty military if possible, to converge on an UN-announced location where obozo and at least some of his cronies will be found, present a judge issued arrest warrant secured by a citizen Grand Jury Indictment co-authored by a state Attorney General, removing all arrested parties to unknown and secure locations in several states where large contingents of law enforcement, Veterans, and State Militia are prepared to resist any form of federal attempts to intervene. Any person, whether legislator, federal agent, US Marshall, Secret Service Agent, or any other must also be arrested and charged with interfering in the lawful duty of a Constitutionally elected law enforcement officer of the people.
Those arrested parties must be kept separate and apart from each other and all others. As each is tried, convicted, and sentenced, they would be immediately incarcerated in a state department of corrections facility for the duration of their sentence, with no parole or shortened sentence possible.
Now, as far as charges, it's already been determined by highly qualified persons that the BC's presented publicly by Barry Obama Soetoro have been fabricated and are now known to be fraudulent and forgeries. It's also known that he did not create them. It's also known that the State Department of Health in Hawaii is complicit in fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud, amongst other charges, as are the two hospitals that at first went along with it. It's also known that Nancy Pelosi and others in the Democratic National Party are complicit in the fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud, misrepresenting facts on official government documents, and other charges. It's also known that the broadcast media has been a participant in the conspiracy surrounding the illegitimacy of the administration, whether by extortion, threats of bodily harm or of official actions to revoke broadcasting permits, or of their own accord, and those known to be responsible for the actions of the media must also be held liable. In that respect, charges under the RICO Act would be appropriate for ALL involved.[...]
