We bought the hard copy book and I just finally read it (having previously only read excerpts and looked at some of the videos). It's great.

Two things stand out for me:

  1. The debunking that Woodman does in each chapter falls into two broad categories:
    1. The phenomenon or anomaly can be observed to exist as reported, but can't mean, or very likely doesn't mean, what the birther theorist claims.
    2. The phenomenon or anomaly reported cannot be observed.
That ANY theory falls into this latter category would be discouraging, and a red flag that the theorist has a political agenda that doesn't respect honesty. But there are more than several. The two most striking are "the type doesn't follow the curve of the form" (it most surely does, plain as day), and Corsi's reference to a 1955 article that, he says, tells how registration numbers were handled and assigned for birth certificates (the article cited not only doesn't support the specific theory about sequential numbering by the registrar, it doesn't mention registration numbers at all).
  2. Because the CCP 'investigation' didn't introduce anything new, Woodman's book stands untouched as a complete debunking of the whole affair.

I find it amusing that Corsi's book "Where's the Birth Certificate" was instantly made irrelevant by Obama's press conference; yet Corsi's* Arizona press conference did nothing to make "Is Barack Obama's Birth Certificate a FRAUD?" irrelevant.

*I won't dignify the proceedings by referring to them as Arpaio's press conference. Not that that would confer any dignity anyway.

Birtherism is Disproven

With this post John says he is retiring from Birther debunking since there is nothing left to debunk.

Quote:
I can publicly state at this time that I consider the two big claims of “birtherism” — first, that Barack Obama was born somewhere other than Hawaii, and secondly, that it takes two citizen parents to make a “natural born citizen” — to be disproven.

For a detailed summary of my conclusions regarding these and related issues, see my “Bottom Line Conclusions” Post.

That post also contains references to a variety of other resources. The book that this site was created to support, to my own understanding, is almost comprehensive in demonstrating that there’s nothing to the forgery theories. My comments at this page over at “Squeeky Fromm’s” blog address a couple of other points brought up by Arpaio’s posse which they claim prove their points. They do not.

I also commend Mr. Frank Arduini’s work, and “NBC”s work, on the forgery claims issue.

Birtherism has always been disproven. And unproven.

But the birther zombies will keep popping up and lumbering towards us in increasing numbers and need to be swatted away constantly, lest they ravage the countryside unchecked.

Mr. Woodman's debunking effort is recognized, but it's short-sighted just to declare the issue "over."

Ooh I forgot about this thread. I put this photo in the hijack this thread thread but it goes here.

The poster is real. It's an ad for O'Connells pub in Limerick. I just thought that it would make a good photo.

He made some seriously important contributions to the debunking of birtherism. My understanding is that the Birther Museum, currently being built beneath the National Mall between 12th and 14th Sts., will feature him in a special wing dedicated to the LFBC. The wing also includes a cheap holographic forgery of a 3D birth certificate, which was constructed but never put into play by Usurper HQ, in case Mr. Woodman's book had not been so effective. Because Mr. Woodman was so successful in maintaining the subterfuge and propaganda, he'll always have a special place in the Hall of NWO Heroes Who Stabbed America In The Back.

Great photo, Suranis. Who's the Irish guy with the big ears?

Holographic 3D forgery? Is the seal visibly embossed or double-fake debossed? May I touch the 3D image as proof =))

I don't think there is a dedicated Paul Irey thread so I picked this one. John Woodman tipped me off that Paul Irey and Doug Vogt placed a new ad in the Moonie Times. Here is a link:

It appears to be more of the same BS,

John Woodman has officially closed up shop. Well, he is done blogging and closed his blog to comments anyway.

Quote:
Comments are now closed, and my involvement with this issue is officially, 100% at an end.

This blog is now an archive of information. Together with the book I wrote and published on the Obama birth certificate forgery theories, titled Is Barack Obama’s Birth Certificate a Fraud? A Computer Guy Examines the Evidence for Forgery, it represents one of the largest and most accessible guides available to the claims of the birther movement, including an evaluation of, as far as I am aware, every significant birther claim made up to the present date. This site will remain for quite a while as a source of reference information; the domain is paid up for 6 or 7 more years.

http://www.obamabirthbook.com/http:/www ... mment-7393

While not many folks here would agree with John politics I think all anti-birthers owe him a debt of gratitude for the research he undertook and for publishing the best debunking book written on the conspiracy theories about the LFBC. It is ironic and gratifying that a conservative would put this much time into blowing up myths about a President he says he does not particularly like.

He'll have his own exhibit at the Smithsonian Museum of the Birthers, now nearing completion in the secret tunnel beneath the Nationable Mall. ;;)

Will there be a wax figures show too, also? Depicting their leaders as they show up all nearly alone at their usurpathons ?

I wanna' see Orly screeching "Let Me Feeeneesh!", Corsi's face turning puce, and Pasture Manning in all his spittle-flecked raving glory!

Well I can honestly say that I got much better value for money from my Kindle copy of John Woodman's book than I did from Pamela Barnett's "book".

And I didn't pay anything for that.

And I still have buyers remorse.
