She actually has a hilarious price structure. But no, it's only $24 a YEAR for the basic "you get to read the articles".

For $36 a year, you get to leave comments and get twice-daily emails

For $50 a year, you get all that, a Sunday Editor's Note from Rondoodoo, and an RSS feed

For $100 a year, you get all that and membership in the “Inner Circle Club,” a once-a-month telephone conference featuring a guest active in the Patriot movement.

For $600 a year, you get all that and the Blogger’s Special, the subscriber can re post an unlimited number of articles from The Post & Email on a blog following the guidelines provided in our “copyright” section

Such a deal, huh?

Foogie - I think she gets a total of $25 a month from all of her paying subscribers. Although I may be overstating that by 200-300%. I suspect that most of her fans are for free.

My wild guess is that for $600 she would even sell off her P&E blog :P

From the P&E

Quote:
Walter Fitzpatrick Free…for Now

INDICTMENT ON GOVERNMENT RECORDS HANDED DOWN BY TAINTED GRAND JURY by Sharon Rondeau (Mar. 26, 2012) — The Post & Email can confirm that a hearing for Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III regarding “tampering with government records” concluded at approximately 11:30 a.m. today without incident. An indictment on the charge produced by a special grand jury [...]

So Walt's been indicted... again. :P

Yeah, had to be a tainted grand jury. No real, legal grand jury would have indicted anyone with a video of the crime. ](*,)

The good thing about Rondeau's paywall is that we get the news from her with only a minimum of the bullshit propaganda.

Can anyone get the indictment itself? Is Admiral Dauntless and Unafraid still posting at his seditionist site?

I don't think so. He was indicted in January and according to an earlier P&E extract he had "a motion hearing" today.

Edit: Gotta admit I am confused by the Advocate article headlined "Walter Fitzpatrick Indicted" but that says he would face a grand jury today. http://monroe.xtn.net/story/23822

It is indeed confusing. IIRC his grand jury was postponed as he had the names and personal info of the sitting grand jury from the docs he stole and sent to Rondeau. She published some or all of them.

They were planning to appoint a special grand jury due to the above, so the grand jury could have met today to view the video of him committing the crime, and perhaps the evidence he mailed it to Sharon. :P

I think the headline was in error. Otherwise the article doesn't make any sense.

I think he was indicted recently. And as a repeat customer I think he's going to bee spending time in prison rather than in jail.

CAN PeEMail(Rondeau) be implicated and indicted as well?

Under the Pentagon Papers case she's safe. Sadly. Since she's not a real journalist, her pathetic blog is not a real newspaper, and the purloined documents don't constitute anything newsworthy. As much as I'd like to see her jailed, her real punishment is living with her small, nasty, hateful, friendless self.

When you go to the link, the top of the article has today's date in bold letters. Below it says "originally posted 1/25". My point was I thought perhaps the reason you were confused is that you thought it was a recent article.

Actually, under the Pentagon Papers, she need not worry about a prior restraint on her publication of the information - or probably a prosecution for publication. That case does not, however, protect her from potential prosecution for receiving stolen goods or some similar action.

I never looked at the A&D article. I was speaking only of Rondeau's latest. Her use of the word "hearing," based on her lack of knowledge of anything legal, could mean there was some sort of hearing or is could have meant the grand jury met and indicted. I have no idea.

Based on the language in her title about a rigged (or whatever word she used) I took it to mean the grand jury met yesterday... admittedly, I dunno. :-?

Okay... now I (and you) do know what took place.

From the Monroe County Clerk...

Quote:
On January 17, 2012 Mr. Fitzpatrick was bound over to the Monroe County Grand Jury on the charge of Tampering with Government Records and was told to appear in Criminal Court on March 26, 2012. Mr. Fitzpatrick appeared on Monday, March 26, 2012 and was arraigned (advised by the court of what he was charged with, given a copy of the indictment and stated he would represent himself). The court is to notify the proper person that it will be necessary for another judge to be appointed to hear Mr. Fitzpatrick’s case and he is to return to court on April 30, 2012 to determine who that Judge will be. A Special Grand Jury was convened on March 13, 2012 to hear his case.

Thus Endeth the Mystery
