Yeh Sarah, Barack will get right back to you on that. :-bd

(CNN) –In an interview with CNN on Tuesday, Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin did not shoot down the idea of accepting a proposal to run for president should the Republican presidential race lead to an open convention in August.

"Anything is possible. I don't close any doors that perhaps would be open out there, so, no, I wouldn't close that door," Palin said after casting her vote in Alaska's Republican caucuses. "My plan is to be at that convention."

snip.....

She added that the ideal Republican nominee would be able to "bust through" what she called "Orwellian-Obama rhetoric and pandering."

Pressed on whether she would consider running for office in the future, Palin said she would "seriously consider" whatever she could do to help the country and "put things back on the right track."

snip.....

Yeah, Palin is willing to accept the GOP nomination at a brokered convention. See the video at the link.

Ann Coulter smacks Palin about this:

The GOP Has A Problem With Charlatans Like Sarah Palin

Quote:
Conservative author Ann Coulter on Monday night lamented that “charlatans” like Sarah Palin managed to remain prominent voices within the conservative movement, according to The Shark Tank.

At a Lincoln Day Dinner event in Florida, she was asked about the possibility of a brokered Republican convention.

“One of the ones promoting that is Sarah Palin, who has suggested herself as the choice,” Coulter replied. “I think as long as it’s between us girls, I’ve been observing something about her. I don’t think it’s likely to happen. I don’t know what these people are cheering for.”

Palin told CNN she was open to running for president if Republican frontrunner Mitt Romney can’t obtain enough delegates to get the nomination.

snip.....

“And just a more corporate problem is I think our party and particularly our movement, the conservative movement, does have more of a problem with con men and charlatans than the Democratic Party,” Coulter continued. “I mean, the incentives seem to be set up to allow people, as long as you have a band of a few million fanatical followers, you can make money. The Democrats have managed to figure out how not to do that.”

Video at the link.

Wow; Ann Coulter smacks Palin quite hard! =D> =D> =D>

Palin's Trig story shifts again. Prepare to adjust your volume from the screech. I think she's almost got Orly beat in the screech dept.

Palin wants to be the nominee, she just doesn't want to do the work to get the nomination.

That is exactly what I have been saying for a month or two now. She doesn't want to do the work or go through the media gauntlet, she just wants to be crowned.

Looks like Sarah thinks she's living under an entirely different political system than the rest of us.

Well she was the VP candidate last time. In Pugspeak does that mean the Presidency is now Her Turn? I mean she did some work sabotaging the election last time, so why not let her continue to fuck it up beyond all recognition (FUBAR).

Well half-term governors always get moved to the front of the line don't they?

I mean she obviously needs a job besides just grifting, doesn't she?

Maybe Palin believes she can repeat the winning strategy that Fred Thompson used in 2008.

That video gave me sea sickness!

Palin is an idiot to remind people that she went into labor in Texas and then flew to Alaska to give birth to a premie after already having had 4 children. While many think TrigTruthers are nutz (I don't), I have yet to find one person who isn't mortified that she tried the Baptist abortion method.

But hey, it's all in God's hands! Never mind free will and all that.

I loathe this woman.

Well said, my friend. How very, very true.

Rather than running for 12-18 months like most, she wants a 60 day campaign. I wonder if she is lining up staff "just in case" she needs them in Aug.

It's cheaper. She doesn't have to use her own money or any money from donors until 60 days before the election. That will save so much grift money that she can afford to lose. And...in a losing cause comes all that cash from RWNJs that don't have any sense.

Ahaha this is rich:

Quote:
If only Sarah Palin had run ...

It didn't have to be this way. If Sarah Palin had entered the contest, I'd hypothesize two alternative realities. One, she'd have the nomination sewn up by now. Two, she'd be running even in the polls with the president.

...

She's also more disciplined than Santorum.

Oh man, does that guy have projections.

I wonder if he also got that little thrill up his leg when Palin winked at the camera. "Only two gaffes" ... because they only let her be interviewed twice during the campaign.

Or maybe he just hasn't been paying attention. He's overlooked her targeting Gabby Giffords, and her "it's all about MEEEEE!" when Giffords was shot. And Game Change. And her little bus vacation (and he thinks she's disciplined???).

Sheesh ....

Palin to co-host 'Today' show as ratings battle heats up

Published April 01, 2012

| NewsCore

Sarah Palin will guest co-host NBC's "Today" show on Tuesday, signaling a new intensity in the morning show ratings war.

In a statement posted on its website, "Today" promised that the former Alaska governor and vice presidential candidate will "reveal a different side of her than you've seen before."

The announcement comes after it was revealed that former "Today" host Katie Couric will fill in for Robin Roberts as co-host of ABC's rival morning show, "Good Morning America" this week.

Your hat is safe. However, NBC has a problem: Sarah Palin thinks it is true.
