Hmmmm. Correct me if I am wrong. She was turned down once for Pro hac vice, at the lower level. Then she got a letter describing -- what a surprise -- that she had failed to complete the form correctly and should she want to apply would have to do so (i.e., that is apply, not get it necessarily). And part of the application would be including Georgia's very own JUDGE LAND and the SANCTIONS, no?????

Well, if she doesn't get Pro hac vice, she can do what she did in Indiana ... file an appeal as a witness, lol.

is all quite true. The problem here is, they are all based on one single source: Hawaiian Health Department's records.

He seems to acknowledge that Hawaii certifies that all of the birth certificates contain the same data they have on file. Even if David was given a COLB, a LFBC, and access to the files he understands that all of those things will say the same thing.

So...what does he want? Even if he could prove his contention that there are errors riddling the Hawaiian databases, that isn't enough to impugn the data on the birth certificates unless he can at some point provide evidence that the President was born *elsewhere*. Orly likes to say that she just has to show "doubts" but that only matters if you have evidence of some other birth location with evidence great - and reliable - enough that the "doubts" rise to the level of "Therefore this other option must be true".

An easy way out of having to answer probing questions that he has no answer to. He knows that both the COLB and LFBC have been authenticated by the HDOH, and that there is no way to get around that due to FF&CC, so he's just made up his mind that the data on record is false.

Falsehoods unchallenged only fester and grow.
