I JUST ADDRESSED CA GOP BOARD AND I WAS TOLD TO GET BACK ON THE LINE FOR THEIR DECISION

I addressed CA GOP board. I was not told in advance that I will have an opportunity to address the board before their endorsement. I got a call 5 minutes before the meeting. Also, I was not told that I will have an opportunity to address the board in person. It appears that the other 3 leading candidates actually were there and appeared in person, while I addressed on the phone, which is a disadvantage. My guess that the CA GOP will endorse the establishment pick Washington Lobbyist Elizabeth Emken or Al Ramirez, who happened to be Hispanic and they are hoping for another Marco Rubio, even though Ramirez got only 2% of the vote the last time around when he ran for the US Senate against Barbara Boxer. It is interesting that in his 5 minutes speech al Ramirez stated that other candidates stick their nose, where it doesn’t belong. I believe, that he referred to me and meant that my nose does not belong in investigation of Obama’s birth certificate. The guy is a real constitutionalist, isn’t he?

The board decided to discus candidates in private and vote in private, so I will not know the answer for a while.

I wonder if Dr. Orly will sue Al Ramirez if he gets the endorsement and Dr. Orly doesn't.

Sorry Ken. Under the US Constitution Jesus isn't an NBC. Knowing how he refused to usurp Herod and Caesar, he tends to be more law-abiding than you birthers do. You recall I'm sure "Render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's. And that which is God's to God." Hmmm he even approved of separating religion from state. I think you'd be mighty disappointed if he comes back soon. You might even recrucify him.

I seriously doubt that Orly is fluent in Spanish, although she might think she is. Several weeks ago, she did an interview with a radio station in Bogota, Colombia The interview was conducted in English with the Colombian interviewer translating after she finished talking. It was very awkward.

I had the impression that the radio station was probably told she could speak Spanish and then, when they tried to converse with her in Spanish, all she could say was, "The pencil is yellow" and "Where is the bathroom?" so they decided to talk to her in English and translate to Spanish.

Like Sarah Palin, Taitz has supreme confidence in what she perceives to be her competence. For someone as stoopid and narcissistic as Taitz, and with a law license, that's a dangerous combination. it would be even worse if she were a doc . . .

Oh, wait! :yikes:

It has to be in Sacto, filed tomorrow and the SoS served -- she would be the respondent. The CDP would never do it. It would look like David and Goliath.

Anyhow, the legal folks on TFB have me convinced now that it could be not just a losing battle, Orly could potentially get a "I won" out of it from her screwy perspective, simply by not losing. And you know how she is, I mean this insane woman is selling tapes of her most embarrassing moments and thinks they are flattering! Who know what she would do it one word we wanted to strike were kept in. I, too, am very disappointed, but because I am not a lawyer, I defer to those here who are, especially because I am prone to what my friends call Lucy moments, jumping in before thinking and ending up in a proverbial vat of grapes to stomp so to speak.

I don't see it on any news site yet, and Orly doesn't seemed to have acknowledged it yet. So, do you think anyone has warned Emken that she is likely to be sued at least once and maybe twice, before the election is done, and that win or lose in the primary or the final election, the suit will go on for years?

I predict it will go on until January 20, 2017 when the next Democrat is inaugurated.

Yeah, she should go back to the Soviet Union where there's less corruption and she'd feel more at home informing on her neighbours to the KGB.
