My favorite bit of legal reasonong from that pile of poo -

Quote:
Mr. Long proceeded to ask “Surely you are not saying that our President is an illegal alien from Mexico”. It showed, that Mr. Long not only did not use any minimal logical thinking, he did not spend any minimal time to read the case and the evidence submitted with the edition. If he were to do any due diligence, he would know that the evidence shows Obama not to be an illegal alien from Mexico, but one from Kenya and a citizen of Indonesia

At the beginning of the hearing, when petitioner Edward Kessler stated that the petition alleges, that Obama is not eligible due to the fact, that Obama was a foreign national at birth and does not have a valid birth certificate and Social Security number and there is no evidence to believe, that the name he is using is indeed his legal name. At that time commissioner Long asked, where in the Constitution does it state that the President is supposed to have a valid Social Security number. The whole auditorium gasped hearing the question. The question in itself represented such an unprecedented level of corruption of the governmental bureaucrat, that the audience gasped.

He did say that SSN wasn't a condition of eligibility.

It isn't.

I was looking around at the time. People were boggling at Orly's idiocy. Some even snickered.

Orly might have had a point if she'd been speaking before the Grand High Muckymuck Tribunal of Investigationally Ensuring That Nobody Anywhere Ever Did Anything Bad Especially If Orly Taitz Suspects It.

Unfortunately, she was in front of a commission with a fairly narrow charter dictated by law, and, well, doing their exact job is not what most Americans call "corruption."

Insane Moldovan Bitches' Mileage May Vary.

This is may turn out to be the wrong thread for this but we'll have to see how it develops:

Quote:
Very Important! I can’t locate an important witness and tapes. Only a couple of days ago an important leader of GOP was supposed to arrange for me and the witness to meet with Andrew Breitbart and forward the tapes to him. The tapes are very incriminating, relating to elections and bribery

Now what the hell she expects her FM to do to help find this witness and tapes I do not know - she hasn't exactly given them much to go on. There then follows an email exchange between Orly and Bob Kern with an email at the end to Tom Del Becarro who is presumably the "important leader of GOP" refered to.

From one of the Bob Kern emails:

Quote:
Got your email and this is apparently a better email I will look to see what other emails I too can use if something goes haywire with this one. I think for protection that we need to go live feed, such as media someone that will be willing to listen. We need to open the eyes of the people fior they are closed because they wish to only see the good and we all know that there is good and evil in the world. It’s my job as a Representative of the 7th District of Indiana’s Congressional Districtto protect the United States Constitution as well as the American people that I so represent and that more so I owe God the Lord Jesus Christ to protect his people from harms way. O am hoping that I am not coming acreoss as a nut by saying what I say. It’s something that I believe I have always known that there is something special about mebecause I can see things before they happen. I take this as a gift from the highest and most amazing God the Lord Jesus

From Orly's reply:

Quote:
I might be able to bring this to the forefront.
It will help a lot, if you would find the tape

So far this is all at

  http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/?p=32538

Now clearly there's parts of the conversation missing but another post of Orly's is

Quote:
I need someone to go to the circuit court in Indianapolis and copy the whole case of election challenge against candidate for Congress Bob Kern

Now I've come across Bob Kern aka Bob Hidalgo before - he was before the IN election commission in 2010 (transcript here. Kern starts about page 30) He's not representative for the 7th district, he's a convicted felon who was paroled (he may be off probation by now). I don't know what his gripe would be - they left him on the ballot. But it seems he was a nominee in 1998 - maybe he was removed then - the Democratic leadership certainly didn' want him. More on him here and here

Oh and he's a cross-dresser too.

Edit: to add:

no, there was a court challenge after this man won the Democrat primary. The recount commission removed him and he had to go to court to get reinstated

Prolly something to do with the Election Commission's 1998 ruling on the ballot challenge against Bob "Bobby Scott Hidalgo" Kern, a convicted felon who was a candidate for United States Representative in the Sixth Congressional District. Notice who sent Orly the email that seems disconnected to her post about being unable to locate a very important witness -- none other than Kern, who styles himself as "Paralegal, Criminal Offenders' Rights Advocate & Frequent Candidate." Betcha the "very important witness" is attorney Stephen Laudig, who challenged Kern in 1998. This is the "Shocking evidence of corruption and bias by the members of the IN elections commission" -- if only Orly can find the tape that shows the male who was in the hearing room on that fateful day in March 1998 who looks like an employee of an Indianapolis law firm that made contributions to Hillary's campaign ... .

Look guys.....I'm kinda busy today and haven't time to go searching so excuse me if this is incorrect or maybe me having a senior moment...but I seem to recall someone in the forum using the name Bobby Hidalgo to decscribe the fat guy who shouted then got up and stormed out of the Election Commission hearing before the Security guys came to throw him out.

Sorry if this turns out a wild goose chase but I definitely remember something vaguely like that name, if not it :-?

Actually I found it quicker than I thought. Yes it was him.

I thought I saw him talking to Orly after "her" challenge finished as she left the front table so maybe he snuck back in after the recess.

How is any of this skullduggery Orly is trying to gin up relevant, in any way, to the complete lack of merit in her challenge ?

More BS. Her strategy for advancing her 'cases' seems to be to ignore the law and procedures of the court/agency where she is filing a p[lea.
Instead, she is gathering around her some extremely low quality, unstable individuals and is urging them o help her to disrupt hearings, and to stalk and smear and (hopefully) intimidate public officials.
This could spin out of control if Orly and her FM's go too far.
Orly will end up being banished to the 2 dimensional space prison for the criminally insane that was revealed to us in Superman II. [-X
Obama brought that with him from his home planet, and he ain't afraid to use it.

If she practices dentistry the same way she practices law, and I suspect that she does to a certain extent, would use her as your dentist for even the biggest dental emergency of your life? I wouldn't.

What I heard was the reason Orly got into "law" was to defend herself from multiple suits filed against her for dental malpractice. Makes my teeth itch just to think about it. Of course, those suits were brought by traitors and corrupt muslims. They are attracted to her like dung flies are to that thing on her head.
Observing her ability to mangle every single aspect of her legal activities, now - right down to the atomic level - makes me wonder how those defenses turned out.....she probly made it far far worse. Lotsa screeching.
Will the legal profession ever be the same ?
