It is now officially one full week since Pambly has updated any news regarding the Georgia ballot challenge. Any reader to her site would still be completely unaware of either Judge Malihi's recommendation or Secretary Kemp's decision.

There is no coverage at all of the Virginia challenge, let alone its loss.

No, no. You are so wrong. Pam remains forward looking. For instance, she's recruiting plaintiffs for the Indiana ballot challenge.

Oh, wait. Ankeny v. Daniels is binding law in Indiana.

Okay, so there is the Arizona suit to keep Obama off the primary ballot.

Uh, the Arizona Democratic Party is holding caucuses so there is no ballot to challenge.

I see what you mean.

It's not entirely dead. The homepage headlines are out of date, but if you scroll down there are links to more recent pages, mostly 'blog' entries ganked from elsewhere as far as I can tell. There's something from yesterday about why Kemp is super plus ungood.

But wait! Don't start pumping the formaldehyde just yet. The patient stirs!

Al Hendershot is going to make a second attempt in Alabama. All that are needed are an Alabama lawyer and an Alabama Democrat.

On second thought call the coroner.

If so, you can challenge that candidate in court with our Do It Yourself Ballot Challenge Kit. As it develops, it will become a complete set of boilerplate forms with everything needed to:

File a complaint,
Obtain discovery of relevant evidence,
Move for summary judgment, and
Win.

That's right, folks. Even if your "challenge" is baseless, both in fact and law, just use our do it yourself birfer kit and you'll be successful, unlike everyone else to date.

Oh, and send money to our "non-profit" and buy Shaklee from Sammy. It'll help you win... really!

You wouldn't think people would need a kit to be a total idiot and utterly fail. Perhaps there are people out there so pathetic they can't even be delusional failures without help.

Since this could be a boilerplate one size fits all deal, it should be easy to defend against it. You have their playbook and the forms. I guess you could make up a boilerplate defense packet complete with all the relevant information in one resource guide. Somehow 50 copies @ my printer (laser) could make it to all SOS or could make one packet and fax it to any interested parties. Have long distance unlimited time on fax line.
IANAL, so I feel it wouldn't be right to have someone besides a skilled (all of ya) attorney compose the paperwork. Distribution - a telephone call to let them know it is coming (get the secret fax number). Then send the faxes. Two can play at that game. I don't even have to have anything certified or notarized. Got a box of paper in the back and a couple of 4K copy toner packs.

Analysis & Powerful Strategies

Lots of people can do legal research; few are able to analyze the research to the level of depth that Jerry can; even fewer can convert that analysis into powerful, winning strategies like Jerry can. If you mostly need routine legal research, like cite checking and shepardizing, you don't need Jerry. There are many, many, far, far better ordinary paralegals available. On the other hand, if you want somebody who can consistently pull rabbits out of hats, look no further; Jerry's it.

Jerry shouldn't cost you a dime. In most cases, whatever you pay Jerry should be more than offset by what you would have otherwise spent on attorneys fees, and give you a net savings. Is Jerry a Real Lawyertm or not? It would be illegal for him to advertise such services in most places if he is not a member of the bar.

Jerry is not a lawyer. Jerry says that Jerry is a paralegal. Jerry says that some paralegals are more like legal secretaries, but other paralegals are more like gifted attorneys without bar cards. Would you like to guess which kind of paralegal Jerry says that Jerry is? If you guessed that Jerry says that Jerry is more like a gifted attorney without a bar card, then you're starting to figure Jerry out.

He is advertising for business from truckers, some of which may involve tax avoidance. TruckerReport

Is this Scientologist the same Jerry Collette? Whitepages.com says there are seven people named Jerry Collette in the U.S. As we know, some listings may be for the same person.

Those two completions are in 1978 and 1979, from the Celebrity Center in LA, which generally focuses on Hollywood hopefuls. That would be 33 or 34 years ago, making that Jerry Collette probably in his mid-50s or so. While it's possible they're the same person, it is unlikely someone whose sole contact with the cult was that long ago is still a Scientologist.

That is also a very extensive database, containing thousands of names. Name collisions are very likely. A match from that database, with nothing else, is a very weak hit.

The DIY webpage says the new nonprofit will be represented by attorneys. I hope one of them thar legal beagles figures out how the corporation will have standing to bring any election challenge anywhere. Geesh.

As for the brilliant idea to incorporate to insulate themselves from attorneys' fees and other nasty consequences, how do they plan to fund this thing? With their own personal money? And when there is a judgment for costs against the corporation, all of its funds end up in the hands of the defendants or under control of a bankruptcy trustee?

Maybe not. Maybe somebody pierces that corporate veil to discover the morons behind it and all the assets they still have left after 5 years of funding birther nonsense.

Pambly's partner in sedition George Miller has posted the following in response to an email he received from the RNC soliciting donations:

George Miller wrote:
It’s more like the party abandoned us. Until I see some meaningful action in getting “Obama” off the ballot and out of public life forever, no more money to RNC. We have provided you all the proof you need. “Obama,” as he calls himself, has provided no proof that he is even eligible to run for President. Don’t give me that “birth certificate on the Internet” crap. A digital image is acceptable in no court in the land, especially one proven to be a forgery.
