The writer seems to start from a premise that an investigation by a county official would have some inherent legitimacy, and that WND is subverting this.

Whereas from our point of view we see it as all of a piece, with the only question being how Arpaio can retain for his 'investigation' the bare minimum of apparent lawful legitimacy, without dismaying and betraying the birther faithful, who are on a hair-trigger of anticipation. They will enthuse ONLY over a report that:

1. Does not debunk ANY of birfistan's theories
2. Provides answers to (some of) Corsi/Farah's "questions", but only answers that further disparage the President
3. Provides some new info, however minor; but only if it disparages the President
4. Does not encourage or praise the President in any way, or explicitly hold out any hope of Obama being "exonerated." Arpaio was on thin ice saying he was doing this in the hope of clearing the President, as a favor to him.

That's the bare minimum bottom line. If it fails at #3, birthers bail. If it debunks, or even suggests leaning toward a debunking, of ANY birther theory... birthers bail.

On the other hand, a lot of the above can be covered by a smokescreen of innuendo, further revelations to be announced at a later date, suggestions that major dealings are in play behind the scenes, etc., etc. We've seen all the techniques in the NESARA threads. I bet Arpaio makes at least one reference to having had conferences with administration officials.

In the end... more of the same. As narrowly cast as possible so as to only reach the ears of the faithful and not kick up a MSM storm; no new news; a hint of new news; it's all 'very interesting' and he's 'tremendously grateful to have had the opportunity to respond to patriots in this critical matter' and 'please feel free to come forward with any other ideas you may have.'

hey ... what do you think the odds are that Joe will expand on Corsi's claim that the Kenyan government searched for Obama's birth records, but found that they, and others, had been tampered with? (That was it, right?)

Corsi never could come up with any real documents supporting that claim, as far as I recall, although he promised he would.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio will release his report tomorrow. I ordered it. If there will be any new information, I will submit it to courts as a supplemental brief

I was just thinking maybe our Shurrf was debriefing a few of the extreme GOPers presidential candidates trying to strike a deal: " I will definitely "find" something that will stick to the President at least through the general election. Now if you win the Presidency, all I ask in return for helping the party is for the DOJ investigation to go away." Sound plausible y'all?

With the certified copies of the Georgia transcript, and the sheriff's official law enforcement report - she'll be invincible.

Frogmarching by the weekend.

Prediction: Shruff Joe will amble towards the mic holding up a thick binder. He will state how many long hours his dedicated volunteers worked and how carefully they researched the evidence. But that they were stymied by Obama not cooperating and thus cannot resolve questions related to whether his birth certificate is a fraud or if Obama is a natural born citizen. He will take few if any questions.

That lil ol bit of tar will just stick. It will stick some more when he says: "At the moment our investigation has been thwarted due to the non-cooperation of the President. All I can say for now is that our investigation has hit a roadblock. In order for us to say with certainty the President is an NBC or not using a fraudulent SSN, we will need to see all original certified documents pertaining to our queries. We do not understand why he won't help his case. We're here trying to help him disprove these claims. "

I dunno. I think they're all making too big of a hoo-ha for it to just be, we couldn't find anything cuz he wouldn't tell us.

It's going to be either he is qualified, or something to do with Corsi's Kenyan crap that I mentioned upthread, IMO.

He wants the DOJ off his back. He's probably not beyond fabricating evidence that might seriously injure the President. Hopefully when the DOJ is done, he's charged with and found guilty of abuse of power, he'll get about 20 years to think of all the evil he's done. In the meantime he'll have fun causing trouble. But pride goeth before the fall.

I will respectfully disagree since these are the same folks who celebrate with headlines and breathless articles that a case has been docketed for conferencing for the Supreme Court.
