Since primaries are going fast, ask for injunction to counting any votes for Obama, not only injunction to placement on the ballot

Wouldn't that be two separate actions (suit) asking about 2 elections that have different rules?

This is not a new idea for the Chaleria. She asked for a stay of the certification of votes in her run against Dunn. That was extremely effective...

Taitz' new call for violence:

Quote:
If this does not happen, after 4 years of witnessing this dirt, corruption and treason, people will be so disgusted they will be ready to revolt. We will either have a an ObamaForgeryGate or Watergate2 or we will have an American Spring, which will exceed the Arab spring. A lot of people are watching this corruption and treason by our bureaucrats and media thugs and are getting extremely angry, they are getting livid.

Didn't Orly learned the terms res judicata and collateral estoppel in her first year class of Civ Pro? If she had she would know that once a case is decided on its merits in one state with the same party and the same cause of action that any further attempts to RELITIGATE the same issues against the same party is barred by Res Judicata and Collateral Estoppel.

"There is little to be added to the doctrine of res judicata as developed in the case law of this Court. A final judgment on the merits of an action precludes the parties or their privies from relitigating issues that were or could have been raised in that action. Commissioner v. Sunnen, 333 U. S. 591, 597 (1948); Cromwell v. County of Sac, 94 U. S. 351, 352-353 (1877). Nor are the res judicata consequences of a final, unappealed judgment on the merits altered by the fact that the judgment may have been wrong or rested on a legal principle subsequently overruled in another case. Angel v. Bullington, 330 U. S. 183, 187 (1947); Chicot County Drainage District v. Baxter State Bank, 308 U. S. 371 (1940); Wilson's Executor v. Deen, 121 U. S. 525, 534 (1887)."Federated Department Stores, Inc. v. Moitie, 452 US 394 , 398 (1981)

Pretty soon, O'rly, Berg, Kreep, and the other birfer lawyers will have lost so many cases in so many jurisdictions that it will be easier and faster to dismiss them as soon as they are filed just by citing their copy cat cases with their copycat pleadings.

The more cases they lose, the more likely they will become financially as well as morally bankrupt. Haven't some of these crack civil rights lawyers recently filed for bankruptcy? We've heard of The Peter Principle. Taitz may eventually distill it to the Orly Principle.

Go for whatever expenses are justified by Obama's Attorney/State Attorney Office etc

Money is the only thing keeping this train wreck on the road.

There is no publicly available proof that Orly Taitz ever took a class in Civil Procedure.

How much of a connection is there between Orly and Tom Del Beccaro? Did we know about this? Was he humoring her? Is he birther-sympathetic?

Geesh, the guy died and all Orly can think about is that she didn't get the opportunity to annoy the crap out of him first.

If it weren't for the independent confirmation of the man's death, I might suspect that he faked it after hearing that Orly Taitz was hot on his trail.

No surprise, Orly still doesn't understand the difference between the International Criminal Bar and the International Criminal Court.

I just wanted to say, God Bless Mr. Breitbard.
He had done alot for the American people, wheth they realize it or not. Conspiracy? Maybe… Considering Sheriff Joe is releasing very importand info. TODAY… I read about Mr. Breitbard and see he had a video of Obama in College… Then I think back to Lt.Quarrel Harris Jr. and HIS sudden death after seeing Obamas passport… Shot in the back of his head while sitting in front of his church.
Conspiracy??? Scum of the Earth…
Keep your powder dry people.

It is highly unlikely we will ever know the cause of death, not true cause.I read a listing on one of the conservative web sites that he was about to release info on obama. If that is true the info must have pretty damning. At this point no telling what caused his death. If i was aperson on the line about obama i would be very careful where i went and where i bought food.Never trust the gov.

Ya know...Billy Hayes the pitchman for all kinds of cheap stuff died of a heart attack brought on by Cocaine abuse. He had chronic heart disease, yet he looked like a million bucks on the commercials.

Ya wouldn't think....eh????

Just one of many stories.

And we all know about Mr. Nelson Rockefeller and his heart. But at least he died in the saddle. A case of coming and going at the same time.

I certainly would not assume that Breitbart died as a result of substance abuse. But I'm definitely curious as to what the tox screen will show. I started wondering about that after his CPAC performance.
