WTF, did she have a dressing room there as well?

A shot with Newt wearing a black dress (if only it was Newt in the dress...) and one with TPaw in a red dress.

Edit: Where is Richard M. Nixon now that we need him.

Newt obviously doesn't recall mandated controls keep prices artificially high. Once controls are removed, prices dramatically spike for several weeks before they crash and burn.
They could limit daily oil futures prices by imposing trading limits. That would be an easier fix. This method works for grain futures, so why not stop speculators before they run up the barrel price? They could also demand? refineries as a patriotic obligation to stop exporting so much fuel like they did last year. OR we could quit paying subsidies to the greedy bastards if they do export.

Ah Nixon. I remember Nixon. I waited in block-long lines for $.99 gas.

"Dirty your hands with Santorum." Now, that's a plan. Who was it that wanted open primaries and why?

The Republican implosion seems to be leading to some interesting changes of perspective. Fox Noise seems to be so invested in making sure that Romney is the nominee that they were calling out Santorum for lying about something the President said earlier today. Fox actually flat-out stated that Santorum was attacking the President for saying that everyone should get a college degree, but that Obama hadn't actually said that.

CNN reports that about one in ten voters in the Republican primary are Democrats. I am afraid that they are voting for Santorum, hoping that he will lead his party into the netherworld this Fall.

I would much rather that Santorum be voted off the stage. It is increasingly clear that that man is dangerous.

I agree tolland. I would prefer that the Republican candidate be the one I am least freaked out over.

I have no idea what that means. If it means that Obama has the election sewed up, that is a delusion.

If you think the great praise-Jesus Hope(Santorum) is a danger to an Obama second-term, you've not been paying attention.

Romney has been declared the winner in MI. Santorum is giving his concession speech now. Jeez he's full of shit. Plain and frothy.

I am very glad that Romney won and hope that he beats Santorum to a pulp in other states.

I may have less faith in the American people than you do, but I may also have more fear of the Republican money, willingness to lie, and spin machine. This is a new era, the Citizens United era.

The "mischief" that Michigan Democratic voters supposedly did in the Republican primary by voting for Santorum was urged by the Santorum campaign itself. This article has the story and full audio of the robo-call that urged voters to do this.

The Atlantic Feb. 28, 2012 Exclusive Full Audio of Santorum Robocall: 'Help Defeat Mitt Romney'

Like many robo-calls, it is misleading: Santorum does not support the "auto bailouts" that saved General Motors and Chrysler.

If this kind of "mischief" happened very often, it indicates that the true support for Santorum among Republican voters in Michigan is less than the primary suggests.
