She is getting more brazen. And why not? We keep saying she's finally going to get disbarred/sanctioned/something, but nothing ever happens.

I like the fact that in the second sentence Orly lets everyone that her whole premise is based on 2 fallacies: "Primary documents of attestation and verification of a natural born US citizen status are a Long Form Birth certificate and a Social Security card." There's no real need to continue past that point.

You’re right, and until the officials whom she is targeting with her death and stalking threats finally stand up and take action against her this will continue to escalate and I can’t say I feel any pity for those who refuse to smack her down. Sooner or later either someone is going to get really tired of this shit and take action or some fool birfer is going to do something extremely stupid because of her raving madness and then all hell is going to break loose. I think that is exactly what she wants to happen and if it doesn’t she’ll just keep on pushing until it does. She’s trying to make herself into some sort of political martyr for the cause like a birfer version of Joan of Arc.

This immense self-glorification of hers is way past the point of being certifiable IMO. When people get that far gone it may not be the actions of her stupid FMs that we need to worry about. If she is allowed to continue to escalate her public death threats and calls for stalking, calls for open violence against them will soon follow. She has already made calls to violence multiple times in the past against the government. I would not put it past her as this progresses to ever-greater heights of madness to pursue any means necessary to bring about what she considers the justice she believes she’s entitled to.

She has IMO reached a whole new level of crazy and has become potentially dangerous to those she perceives as “the enemy”.

O'rly seems to be well aware of the boundaries. She is careful to stay inside of the lines of getting officials and Obama supporters arrested and tried for treason before being executed. Notice that is the distinction she made last night in the radio last night. She is aware and clever enough to stay away from threats or calls for extralegal executions though her followers may not get the distinction.

As for actual laws that she could be charged for, I can think of only three: perjury and suborning perjury on a number of occasions
impersonating the president on the Selective Service website
impersonating an employer on E-verify

Anything else? She seems the most sensitive about the Selective Service issue. No, she does not want to talk about that. Doesn't that make you want to talk about it a lot more?
