Yes, there does seem to be a disturbance in the force field emanating from the area of the airport. If I were not laid low from last week's therapeutic poisonings, I would go down and take a look. It would be interesting to see what the Paulistas think of the Birfer Queen horning in on their confab.

In addition to a very long post "responding"* to a statement from the Article2Superpac (in which she says that Gary Wilmott has a JD but never passed the bar exam??), Orly is posting comments rants about the decision by the commission in Indiana. The words "corruption" and "treason" are in play. In addition, Orly is described as the counsel to four Indiana citizens, and either the commission or the state of Hawaii is charged with refusing to provide any evidence that Obama is a natural born citizen. The commission took no account of the fact that Orly "traveled to Hawaii to obtain a certified copy of his ACTUAL birth certificate." One comment notes that Orly presented "documents establishing his muslim name on scholastic documents from two schools he attended," which apparently disqualifies him for the Presidency (wonder what they thought about "Hussein?"). The disappearance of the media from the hearing room before Orly took her seat as counsel is "A perfect example of the 'machine politics' that are in the process of destroying our nation!!!"

* Her response concludes
Quote:
What I am saying, is that if you are supporting my work and donating to my work, you are supporting cases, which have much more meat, than all of the cases promoted by Articles2Superpac and their legal fund, that with me you are donating to the work of a licensed attorney, who has a track record of nearly 4 years of a true devotion and 24/7/265 work for this cause.

Most likely going to be that two members were democratic officials or counsel to the party. BFD, but in her world clearly evidence of bias, corruption, etc., etc., etc. (apologies to the King of Siam).

Loh,

Great report. Thank you so much for braving the crazy in person - and doing so with such style, too! ;;)

On a side note, it was perfectly clear to me that the various sidebars on recusal, and Riordan's actual recusal for the Mike Pence non-event, indicated how well prepared the members were. They had clearly previewed all the cases, understood who would appearing, what the general issues and complaints would be, etc.

At least 3 commissioners had prepared well. Mr King did not seem prepared. He opened the hearing by immediately recommending the paperwork and evidence be added to the record. Or did I imagine that? After that, he sat mute and voted with the rest. I wondered what was going on with him. He reminded me of Clarence Thomas.

I'm sure that she is accusing the staff of the Hyatt Regency San Francisco of hiding the meeting room of the California Republican Assembly Republican Liberty Caucus ??? from her.

Incidentally, for a person who continually bemoans how much money she is spending, would the San Francisco Hyatt Regency have been the natural choice? Maybe, if she believed that the meeting was to be there.

I didn't read Mr King's bio. Not only was he not prepared, he wasn't really up on how to conduct the hearing. He needed constant reminders. At least O'rly won't be spewing the "they accepted my evidence as real in Indiana" garbage, as she said about Georgia. Or will she?

Hey, everyone needs a vacation.

(This construct always annoys me even when it's written "correctly," as it really ought be "24/7/52".)

I may be confused, but I thought it was the clerk who announced the parties and made the statement about admitting their submissions into evidence before Ms.Riordan objected. The 4th commissioner is a young newbie who was recently appointed. He seemed to be in learning the ropes mode from the more experienced panel members. He did take part in discussing some of the other causes that were before the panel.

Just another shameless Taitz fundraising scheme. "I need this much cash, because I have to order these." When many states have indeed already voted and/or decided on the eligibility bullshit, 49 is a specious number.

I do not get it. Her witnesses were found to not have been properly qualified, presenting hearsay at best, and irrelevant arguments about issues that fail to address the eligibility. I might be confused. I still heard a lot of dissonance from the mic. I thought King was speaking.
Before I forget, please Google Karl Swihart if you haven't already. I believe he is a prison system investigator. Found some interesting nuggets.

When she sends the court-certified copies of the material from her GA debacle to the 49 states that are requesting it, I'm sure she won't include the judge's ruling that points out all these things.

Isn't she going to file in Puerto Rico? Guam? American Samoa? Virgin Islands? Our President is running in these elections held in these territories also.
I bet when Mr. Obama mentioned 57 states he probably meant 50 states, 1 Commonwealth and 6 US Territories. That would make sense as there are more than likely 57 voting markets that must be considered.

Want to bet that she will not include ALJ Mahili's decision in what she mails to "49 states?"

=)) =)) =))

A)First, I call bullshit. No other state (at least not anyone who would be hearing challenges/suits) gives a shit about the "file" from GA. Challengers may be so requesting, but not any board/commission officials, ALJs or judges.

B)She thinks that requesting and receiving "certified" copies of the pile of poo from GA will make the information contained in them the trooof.

The only relevant document (if in fact there would be any relevance to any other action) to any tribunal/court from that file would be the decision of ALJ Malihi.

=)) =)) =))

She wants the "court"-certified transcripts because she thinks that will make what is in them NOT hearsay.

More than that -- she'll be sure to include her (proposed) findings of fact and law.

As Ms Riordan said at the IN hearing, those are meaningless, but I'm certain she's hoping that some hurried commission member somewhere will mistake them for the judge's ruling.
