Imagine what would have happened if one of them had been a Democrat. We're still hearing about "The New Black Panthers" who seem to have been 3 people who appeared in a photograph 4 years ago.

Prosecutors say Roark, 19, served with the four defendants in the 4th Brigade Combat Team of the Army's 3rd Infantry Division and became involved with the militia. Pauley said the group believed it had been betrayed by Roark, who left the Army two days before he was killed, and decided the ex-soldier and his girlfriend needed to be silenced.Burnett testified that on the night of Dec. 4, he and the three other soldiers lured Roark and York to some woods a short distance from the Army post under the guise that they were going target shooting. He said Peden shot Roark's girlfriend in the head while she was trying to get out of her car. Salmon, he said, made Roark get on his knees and shot him twice in the head. Burnett said Aguigui ordered the killings.
That guy wrote a book. It's to be released next month.Right-Wing Resurgence: How a Domestic Terrorist Threat is Being Ignored [Hardcover]Daryl Johnson (Author), Mark Potok (Foreword)
In the first half of 2009, the Department of Homeland Security semi-released a report on the threat of right-wing extremism in the U.S. [link]WorldNetDaily Exclusive: Homeland Security on guard for 'right-wing extremists': Returning U.S. military veterans singled out as particular threats,http://www.wnd.com/2009/04/94803/[/link]. Republicans went into a rage, although the report had been commissioned during the reign of G.W.B.In one of the ominous signs of what was to come, the Obama Administration caved. I have always thought that (a) the report was deadly accurate and (b) this spinelessness only encouraged the Republicans to begin to block everything that they could.

Publication Date: September 16, 2012 | ISBN-10: 1442218967 | ISBN-13: 978-1442218963In 2008 there were 149 militia groups in the United States. In 2009, that number more than tripled to 512, and now there are nearly 600. In Right Wing Resurgence, author Daryl Johnson offers a detailed account of the growth of right wing extremism and militias in the United States and the ever-increasing threat they pose. The author is an acknowledged expert in this area and has been an intelligence analyst working for several federal agencies for nearly 20 years. The book is also a first-hand, insider’s account of the DHS Right Wing Extremism report from the person who wrote it. It is a truthful depiction of the facts, circumstances, and events leading up to the leak of this official intelligence assessment. The leak and its aftermath have had an adverse effect on homeland security. Because of its alleged mishandling of the situation, the Department’s reputation has declined in the intelligence and law enforcement communities and the analytical integrity of the Office of Intelligence and Analysis was undermined. Most importantly, the nation’s security has been compromised during a critical time when a significant domestic terrorist threat is growing. This book is replete with case studies and interviews with leaders which reveal their agendas, how they recruit, and how they operate around the country. It presents a comprehensive account of an ever-growing security concern at a time when this threat is only beginning to be realized, and is still largely ignored in many circles.
In a videotaped interview before he was “separated” from the Army, Aguigui called himself “the nicest cold-blooded murderer you will ever meet,” Pauley said, according to The AP. Aguigui used the Army to recruit militia members who wore distinctive tattoos that resemble an anarchy symbol, the prosecutor said. The group allegedly conspired to bomb an undisclosed hydroelectric dam in Washington and talking about poisoning the state’s apple crop. Wenatchee is the in heart of apple country – one of the state’s earmark crops. Many of the firearms were purchased at High Mountain Hunting, a gun store in Wenatchee, Aguigui’s father, Ed Aguigui, confirmed today when contacted by Hatewatch. “We don’t talk about any of our customers’ purchases,” an employee at the gun store replied when asked about that today.Ed Aguigui told Hatewatch that he had “no clue” as to the location of the land in Washington State that reportedly was purchased by his son and members of his militia group. “I served my country for 20 years and I honor that, take pride in that,” Ed Aguigui said when asked about his son’s alleged antigovernment activities. “I don’t know what my son’s views are, and where they came from.”

The suspect’s grandmother, Gloria Aguigui, of East Wenatchee, Wash., said her large family is from Guam. Annette Aguigui, the suspect’s mother, homeschooled Isaac and his five brothers and sister while their father spent a career as a U.S. Army combat engineer. “When they were little kids, they weren’t even allowed to have guns,” Gloria Aguigui told Hatewatch. “Isaac never got into trouble, and was always helping out. I have no idea what happened.”

How very interesting. I wonder just how politically active his son was and with whom?I'm really not buying the "anarchist" claim anymore.
"Ed Aguigui, an Army vet himself, says his son grew up wearing “the uniform and playing army.” He acknowledged his son was a page at the Republican National Convention in Minneapolis in 2008, and was active politically."

A North Carolina man was arrested yesterday for threatening to kill President Barack Obama in a series of Twitter messages, one of which warned that, “Ima hit president Obama with that Lee Harvey Oswald swag,” The Smoking Gun has learned.Donte Jamar Sims, 21, is charged in a felony criminal complaint accusing him of threatening the president’s life in five tweets published September 3. Sims, pictured in the adjacent mug shot, is locked up in advance of a federal detention hearing scheduled for next Tuesday. In an interview with Secret Service agents yesterday at his Charlotte home, Sims admitted to posting the threats because “he hated President Obama,” according to a U.S. District Court filing. While Sims “asserted he was high on marijuana when he made the threats,” he acknowledged that he “understood what he was doing and that it was wrong,” investigators reported.Sims’s tweets, which were discovered by a Secret Service intelligence specialist, were published over a 15-minute period early Monday morning. One post warned that, “Well Ima Assassinate president Obama this evening !...Gotta get this monkey off my chest while he's in town -_-.” Another message claimed that the Secret Service “is gonna be defenseless once I aim the Assault Rifle at Barack’s Forehead… F* the #DNC.”

I suspect Rudy might even make a video about the parallels between his own plight and this girl from Ohio.

Police investigate Obama supporter's missing sign, ominous message in anonymous letter
On Monday she placed a political sign supporting President Barack Obama on her lawn in the 1400 block of Clover Drive. The next day, the sign was gone.
Silva thought little of it until she opened her mail a few days later.
She found a letter — stamped with no return address — with a picture of a dismembered baby and the words “Obama: pro-death baby killer” marked in all caps across the bottom of the page, Silva and Amarillo police said. ...
Amarillo police Sgt. Brent Barbee said while officers have seen direct or personal threats by mail, he never has run across a case like Silva’s. Prosecutors will review it to determine whether a crime was committed, he said.
"An eastern Kentucky man has been detained by federal authorities after allegedly running through a roadblock while carrying multiple firearms during President Barack Obama’s visit to the Cincinnati region this month.A federal criminal complaint unsealed in Covington on Wednesday says Kerry T. Prater of West Liberty had three weapons and at least 500 rounds of ammunition when he ran through an Erlanger police roadblock on Sept. 17. Obama’s motorcade passed through northern Kentucky that day on the way to Cincinnati. The complaint, written by Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms Agent Ronald Young, says Prater has a lengthy criminal history and had been previously declared mentally ill."
"A Republican nominee for Congress is defending his decision to post a photo of his gun on Facebook along with the message, “Welcome to Tennessee, Mr. Obama.”In a Saturday night Facebook post, Brad Staats attached a photo of his silver and black Colt 1911 semi-automatic pistol along with a message directed at President Barack Obama:“Good Lord, no,” Staats told The Tennessean when asked if he had threatened the commander in chief. “Absolutely not. I’m not one of those that would ever threaten the president. He’s probably got enough of his own stuff to worry about without me.”
Many people in Tennessee keep asking me about my opinion on Second Amendment rights. Apparently Tennesseans are part of that crazy crowd that Obama says “cling to their religion and guns.” Well, then I must be part of that crazy crowd. Here is something that I usually have with me. Welcome to Tennessee Mr. Obama, where we appreciate our 2nd Amendment rights and the Constitution that was wisely given to us by our founding fathers.

Man Charged for Tweeting Threats to ObamaIn June, the Secret Service received an anonymous tip that a Birmingham, Ala., man named Jarvis Britton, 25, was making threats against President Obama via Twitter. The first tweet, posted on June 28, read ”Free speech? Really? Let’s test this! Let’s kill the president!” and was followed by another: ”I’m going to finish this, if they get me, they get me! #ohwell. I think we could get the president with cyanide. #MakeItSlow.” The next day, as if his message wasn’t clear enough, Britton allegedly posted, ”Barack Obama, I wish you were DEAD!”After the June rash of Tweets, the Secret Service told Britton that threatening the president is a big deal and to cut it out, but didn’t take any legal action against him. The USSS Internet Threat Desk kept an eye on him, and on September 14, they let the Secret Service know that he allegedly tweeted ”Let’s kill the president. F.E.A.R.”Once again alerted to Britton’s tweets, the Secret Service had had enough. Now Britton is in Federal custody, accused of ”knowingly and willfully” threatening to take the president’s life.

They said today in court they are willing to supervise Britton while he is on bond.Judge Putnam says he will make a decision by 3 p.m. Thursday on whether or not Britton can be released from the Jefferson County jail into the custody of his brother and his brother's girlfriend.Several of Jarvis Britton's family members were with him in court today. At least one family member had planned to speak in a news conference prior to the court hearing today, but decided against it. The family had no comment on the case.Britton is still being held in custody of the Jefferson County jail.

An affidavit from Special Agent Phillip Holly of the Secret Service reports that a telephone report was made June 30 from an anonymous citizen that Britton was using his computer to make threats on Obama’s life.
A California man's Halloween yard decoration earned him a meeting with the Secret Service earlier this week.In an interview with the Press-Enterprise, Eddie Million of Moreno Valley admitted that his addition of an effigy of President Barack Obama with a noose around its neck was a low point in his attempt to turn his house into a "spooky" scene for a Halloween party.“I started thinking how bad it looked, and I took it down immediately,” Million told reporters after being questioned by Secret Service agents on Tuesday. “If I had it to do all over again, I absolutely wouldn’t have done it. It was not meant to offend anybody. It was just supposed to be a decoration.”The episode was initially touched off by complaints from neighbors, which eventually led to local media reports and a visit from police at the beginning of the week. Million said the Secret Service interviewed him and asked for his information, but took no further action.
"Authorities say that several neighbors in the Rocky Mountain resort community’s Burlington Ranch area called to report the message painted in red -- not on a sign -- but on the front of a home under construction. The Aspen Times reported that Mulcahy, a local artist who the newspaper described as “well-known in local circles for his written, verbal and artistic attacks on government and big business,” contacted police insisting he was not the culprit.Mulcahy, a self-described tea party member who has offered his support for vice presidential candidate Paul D. Ryan on his Facebook page, later painted over the message, police said. But the artist still got a visit from concerned officials. Police Officer Terry Leitch told the Aspen paper that the Secret Service agent “kind of stressed the point how people's perceptions of that [the anti-Obama message] would be.”
I don't think it needs much explanation.
"An Iraq war veteran is explaining his controversial front yard Halloween display. It depicts the death of President Barack Obama"
And yes, he won a visit from the Secret Service:[link]Secret Service investigates Boone County 'hanging Obama' display,http://www.wthr.com/story/19956914/secret-service-investigates-boone-county-hanging-obama-display[/link]
"The man who put it up did not want to go on camera, but he did talk to us about the meaning and his motive."I am a disabled vet. I lost my eye in Iraq fighting for these freedoms. I should be able to express them," he said. This former soldier did not want his face shown, but the face he put on the dummy hanging from a noose in his front yard has his neighbors concerned. It's a Halloween mask of President Barack Obama."I won't be voting for Obama. I guess you can say by him being out there hanging, it is time to get rid of him," said the man, who added that he won't be voting for Mitt Romney, either."
"The former National Guardsman, who did not wish to give his name, lives at the intersection of State Roads 47 and 39. His display contains a makeshift man hanging by noose wearing a mask of President Barack Obama. The former soldier tells Eyewitness News that they questioned him about the display. He says that after questioning him agents do not see him as a threat to the safety and life of the president at this time. He also claims that the agents agreed that it is his First Amendment right to have the display. When asked if he planned to continue displaying the president hanging by rope from his neck, the Iraq War veteran says he is thinking about taking it down because he is "mentally exhausted listening to people" who disagree with his display."
