TW, why don't you find out for us.

Merooni is still promising the video, "as soon as we can process it in the next couple of days."
I guess that means after she edits out all the parts she doesn't want people to see. Because, what's to process? She sez they were permitted to speak for 30 minutes. Yeah? Then put it up.

On Wednesday, I learned quite a bit about why Illinois has problems with elections.
There is a lot of news that happened in that 30 minutes we were permitted to speak and the 30 minutes that followed. I guess what really stunned me is realizing just what a dark hole elections in Illinois really are. This is not a statement founded in naïveté, but one made from a staffing perspective. My background in executive search and consulting has provided me the opportunity to study the structure of a variety of businesses. I see in the Illinois State Board of Elections a stagnant cesspool of uninspired and sluggish actors. It is much worse then I realized.
Just put up the 30 minutes. How hard is that?
I hope someone in the Illinois State Board of Elections sees that she believes them to be "a stagnant cesspool of uninspired and sluggish actors".
Sharon is taking a cue from Obly on 'How To Win Friends and Influence People'.
And howz that working out for Merooni?

But the good news is we spent yesterday, and will continue today, following up. The Board (Chairman William McGuffage) sent us to the Attorney General. They graciously took the calls and promptly informed us they do not have any jurisdiction. (RE: Mary Bacaro: Public Integrity Unit) There are several agencies with inter-lapping jurisdictions and responsibilities. Ms. Bacaro referred us to others...
We are also working with the Mayor's office and were promised prompt follow-up.
Everyone tells us to go back to the Chicago Board of Elections. Lance Gough has promised to schedule us to speak to the Board, but he does not follow through. On Wednesday, James Allen (Communications Director for the CBOE) instructed me to attend the Chicago Board of Elections meeting on Tuesday. He stated we could speak during the public session.
