I think that is #4 in the Birfer playbook. What is funny is that the phrase in the Constitution is "Offenses against the Law of Nations" and the title of Book 4 Chapter 5 of Blackstone's Commentaries is "Of Offenses against the Law of Nations". I think Epectitus pointed that out on RC Radio a few weeks ago.

I’ve got plenty of time before I need to serve Obama, so I am waiting it out to see if any more good evidence arises and may even amend it again…
