I have been contacted and advised that a "very high profile" attorney is willing to provide all the legal action necessary to fight the good fight. I am unable to offer a name at this point but he has sued a US president and won...........doesn't mean he will win the next one but he knows the game plus will bring the publicity to Florida we need to keep Obama's illegal status in the press....leading to his removal or defeat whichever comes first.

There is a sizable $12K fee involved, which will fund the entire Florida State action and I can't handle it all myself.......what I need to know before I commit to being a "plaintiff" in a legal action against the State of Florida, how many out there are willing to put funds toward the attorney expenses? Larry Klayman is right where he's always wanted to be: in the middle of every Democratic scandal ricocheting through Washington.

This week, the controversial legal gadfly who has peppered the Clinton administration with no fewer than 18 lawsuits actually found independent counsel Kenneth W. Starr following his lead. In recent days Starr has issued subpoenas for the sworn depositions of several Pentagon officials taken earlier this month by Klayman.

On some matters, Klayman gets legal standing by representing plaintiffs seeking damages, as with the FBI files suit in which he's working on behalf of Republicans whose files were obtained by the White House. In other suits, Judicial Watch itself is the plaintiff and files suit, as any citizen can, under the Freedom of Information Act -- such as one action seeking information on how participants are selected for Commerce trade missions. So far, none of the cases have been resolved.

Not that Lamberth has given Klayman everything he's requested. The judge blocked Judicial Watch's efforts to depose White House aide Rahm Emanuel, White House press secretary Michael McCurry and others, arguing that Klayman had not proven their relevance to the FBI files suit. And in January, the judge was incensed by a Judicial Watch fund-raising mailer pleading for $100,000 in donations to cover the expense of taking Hillary Clinton's deposition, an event described in the pitch as "imminent and inevitable."

"You're not going to start with her, if you're ever going to get her," fumed Lamberthat a court hearing. "And the notion that I have authorized that she be deposed is poppycock."

In 1992 in California, Klayman lost a patent case on behalf of a distributor of bathroom accessories. His obnoxious behavior got him barred from Judge William Keller's courtroom for life. Klayman has hounded Keller ever since. He appealed the ruling, accusing Keller of being anti-Semitic and anti-Asian (Klayman is Jewish; his client was Taiwanese). After losing his appeal and being scolded by the appeals court judges, he tried to appeal to the Supreme Court. He has not given up yet. It is this matter, he has said, which led him to found Judicial Watch in 1994. The organization supports requiring judges to undergo psychological testing and holding them personally liable for "reckless" rulings. It also advocates removing Keller from the bench.

Recently, Klayman has come into conflict with the current president of Judicial Watch, Tom Fitton. After leaving the organization in 2003 in order to campaign for the Senate, Klayman entrusted Judicial Watch to his deputy, Tom Fitton. Klayman later filed a lawsuit against Fitton, objecting to breach of "various agreements and laws," and reneging on Klayman's severance package after his departure from that legal firm. The substance of the lawsuit is Judicial Watch's allegation that Klayman diverted more than $200,000 in funds from the organization for personal use, said funds relating to expenses and interest formerly shared between Judicial Watch and Klayman's for-profit law firm, Klayman & Associates. This is according to Judicial Watch's most recently-filed IRS Form 990.
