She was able to mention the Korematsu case to Judge Nishimura. Why didn't Taitz mention something about the Peacock Throne to Judge Malihi? She clearly blew it. Korematsu clearly worked. Why not something nice about the Shah?

Look, if I were the Great Usurper and I needed to send a personal message to some judge in Atlanta so that he wouldn't ruin my nefarious schemes, I would not send a public figure. You send public figures to be noticed and attract attention. In other words, for political purposes. Apparently in birfer world, nefarious people do not have cadres of diehard loyalists that they keep from the public eye to enforce their will secretly. Instead the Great Usurper sends his public advisers that people notice* walking into coffee shops and make speeches.

The birfers vision of the President is like the worlds worst and corniest Bond villain. He has no sane plan for anything other than some vague desire for world domination/destroy America/implement Marxism. I posted to Democratic Underground off and on during the Bush years and had to stop because so many posters there attributed everthing to a Karl Rove plot. As we have learned, Karl Rove really isn't all that good at the job he is paid to do. He certainly is not Lord Voldemort and capable of controlling the weather.

The birthers are worse. Because they think Obama manipulates world events in his favor - while doing so in the most clumsy way possible. I mean, really who throws a shoe...I mean, who sends the attorney general to intimidate a judge in a public place? Wouldn't a Chicago politician send a union member over to look at the judge's electrical system and say something like, "This is a nice house here...shame if it burned down....."

Not to mention the sheer astounding number of people who would have to "be in on it" to make this all work, starting over 50 years ago without a single leak in that entire time.

Hell, the CDC would have to add an additional mortality category just to keep on top of the number of bodies that would be scattered liberally across the landscape to keep "The Secret".
