WaPo: TSA agent charged with stealing $5K from NYC passenger in latest agency theft allegation:
Quote:
A Transportation Security Administration agent stole $5,000 in cash from a passenger’s jacket as he was going through security at John F. Kennedy International Airport, authorities said Thursday, the latest in a string of thefts that has embarrassed the agency.

[...]

The cases are part of a series of recent theft allegations against TSA employees:

[...]

—On Jan. 10, former TSA agent Paul Yashou pleaded guilty to stealing a $15,000 watch from a passenger’s belongings at Los Angeles International Airport in May. He is awaiting sentencing.

[...]

— In December, police charged a TSA screener at New York’s LaGuardia Airport with lifting a laptop after a Detroit-bound passenger left it behind at the security station.

No word yet on Taitz's missing laptop.

I have 2 mass mailers. They seem to be crashing. I had a tech in the office yesterday, everything seemed to work, but as he left the office, I got the same message “access denied” on one and another is crashing. Bottom line I have hard time sending mass mailers. I tried instant contact also, but they cancelled the account (maybe some directive from the big brother). Any ideas?

People retire. It's a big country, so a lotta people retire every month. Buffoon Taitz wouldn't understand economic data if it were simple.

Re: Referral to the Attorney General of Louisiana evidence of lack of eligibility of Barack Obama

I am in receipt of a letter from Ms. Marchiafava, stating that Secretary of State of LA Tom Schedler will be forwarding to the Attorney General of LA multiple challenges to the eligibility of Mr. Obama. Please, see attached evidence, exhibits and sworn witness testimony showing Barack Hussein Obama using a computer generated forgery, claiming it to be a copy of his long form birth certificate, sworn testimony of a senior deportation officer, licensed investigator and a number of other experts in their field, showing Obama using a stolen Connecticut Social Security number [XXX-XX-XXXX], which was issued to another individual, resident of CT. For the record, Obama was never a resident of CT.

Not only Obama cannot be legitimately on the ballot, he needs to be criminally prosecuted for elections fraud, Social Security fraud, uttering of forged identification papers, wire fraud and obstruction of justice.

I am, also, requesting this information to be forwarded to the state, county and federal grand juries in the state f LA. I will be willing and able to fly to LA and testify before the Secretary of State, Attorney General and grand juries.

What in God's name is that awful thing? It looks like she started with a pink tank top, then someone spun her around on a bar stool while waving around a roll of black duct tape. Does she pick her clothes out of a Goodwill clothes dumpster after poor people are done rejecting the worst of the worst?

What I find shocking is she probably actually pays money for this stuff.

Louisiana law sez:

Quote:
Standing to object to candidacy

A. A registered voter may bring an action objecting to the candidacy of a person who qualified as a candidate in a primary election for an office for which the plaintiff is qualified to vote.

B. A registered voter may present evidence that a candidate has illegally qualified for elective office. The evidence may be presented to the respective parish district attorney, who shall determine whether or not the evidence presented establishes grounds for objecting to such candidacy and if the district attorney makes such a determination he shall file an action objecting to candidacy within the time limitation provided in R.S. 18:493.

Louisiana law also sez:

Quote:
Candidates; procedure for qualifying

A. Candidates for presidential nominee shall qualify in accordance with procedures established by the party.
