And to think, he doesn't look a day over 80.

So what's the over/under on whether the stupid motherfucker manages to get arrested for committing a crime between getting released and getting home?

I wonder if the rac'coons have been good to Walt's crib. Last time he came home, his colleagues had ransacked the admiral's quarters so he had to go get arrested again.

Good luck, buddy!

Under 18 hours on committing it, then arrested within an additional 4hrs. He will probably want 8hrs sleep in his own bed (assuming it hasn't been stolen already) plus have a decent meal. After he wakes, it shouldn't take long.

Don't mind them. They're just jealous of you for the Magic Seeing Vision of Hate that enables you to read the hidden clauses of statute restricting grand jury forepersons to only a single two-year term, and forbidding same from being reappointed to multiple consecutive terms.

Happy Birthday.

He might not get that much time. He was just recently arraigned on charges he's already facing. I can't remember when his next hearing is (over which the court has no jurisdiction, of course, so they can't try and convict him again and sentence him again, just like last time).

Oh... wait!! :P

In all the excitement about the Trial of the Century in Atlanta and Donald Trump, the Redeemer, I had forgotten Fredrik Haraldsen and his Encyclopedia of American Loons. Today's subject is Republican politician/sometime judge/possible 2012 candidate for Chief Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court, Roy Moore. His piece on Admiral Fitzgibbons was a while ago, but he seems to be working his way methodically down the alphabet. Richard Moore and Sun Myung Moon also receive his delicate attentions. Because of her position in the alphabet, the "incomparably insane" Orly Taitz has only been mentioned in connection with the "pathologically incompetent" attorney Jonathan Levy. The diagnosis for Levy:
Quote:
Diagnosis: Exasperatingly dense crackpot; seems to have a hard time aligning his worldview with anything resembling reality, but is otherwise probably harmless.

Harmless, except to his client, Orly Taitz.

This makes exactly how many "this is its" or "this is huge" or "they're brunt toast nows" exactly?
I don't have a lot of faith in Walt understanding what anyone tells him and even less in Rondeau understanding and forwarding it properly.

I suppose we'll just have to wait and see how much smoke emits from Monroe County soon. I suspect perhaps a wisp, not a bonfire.

And that still doesn't get Wally off any earlier on this sentence nor negate his being tried and sentenced to more fun times in Monroe County Jail on the charges still pending.

From The Advocate and Democrat,

Author: Michael Thomason
Source: The Monroe County Advocate

MADISONVILLE-A man who firmly believes the Monroe County Grand Jury is one of the most corrupt bodies in the land will now have to face that jury in March.

But not the current one.

Quote:
Monroe County Circuit Court Clerk Marty Cook confirmed Walt Fitzpatrick will face a specially seated grand jury as he has already allegedly seen the names of the people on the current grand jury. Grand jury members, nor their proceedings are open to the public.

Fitzpatrick, 59, Mayes Street, Sweetwater, was charged with tampering with government records in December after he allegedly left the Courthouse with a copy of a listing of the grand jury members.

Jurors were being picked for the next six months Dec. 8, a process that includes picking the grand jury. The grand jury is a body that determines if there is enough evidence in a case for it to move forward in criminal court, but does not decide guilt or innocence. They are used mainly for felony-based cases.

Fitzpatrick has been at odds with the Monroe County Grand Jury ever since a version of that jury decided to not let him indict President Barack Obama for what he termed as treasonous charges, including the thought the president wasn't born in America.

And wouldn't the folks over in Monroe County be interested in knowing that their grand jury list is in Conn.?

I'll bet they would, especially if they were given a link and/or (better yet) screenshot of the post where she says she has it.

Heh heh. Maybe they could get it with a subpoena and a (gulp) commission.

Like Orly has found out (but not learned), State to state stuff if it is a misdemeanor, they ignore it. IRR It seem that it takes a felony especially a violent one before local law pays any attention.

Is receiving stolen property a felony???? In either CN, TN, or the USofA?

I wasn't suggesting they would go after Rondooo -- that's very small potatoes. I was suggesting that they could get the actual files that Walter stole, since they weren't found in his house, because Sharon has published that he sent them to her.

My guess is "you can't prove that I stole the files, and you can't prove what those papers I had in my hand were" will be his defense. And they can prove it if he sent them to Sharon, and they subpoena them from her.
