Miki Booth has already kicked Haskins to the curb and said she won't attend. She's become a stanch skank supporter of Dr. Orly.

Dean Haskins: what the hell are you doing to put on the Birther Summit?

The Birther Summit will be canceled. Deano will claim "forces beyond his control" (aka weather) as the official reason. It doesn't matter if the high temperature is 25* after heavy snow or 45* with sunny skies and light wind.

Haskins meanwhile will be busy getting ready for his Final Four weekend party with his bud(s).

Just went visitin' over at the web site. The "members" link -- where he listed everyone that was involved, still comes up with an error.

Whatsa matta Deano? People jumping ship?

They may as well, since the ship is never going to leave the dock.

In the latest post of the 28th jbjd says this:

Quote:
A ballot challenge will not succeed where the Petitioner mistakes the forum (referring to the Executive session as a Judicial proceeding); or where he misstates the law (the court in Minor v. Happersett does not limit a definition of NBC to citizens with 2 citizen parents). It won’t succeed where Petitioner or his associates, colleagues, and attorneys have filed multiple challenges; or have a history of failure at such challenges; or a history of bizarre conduct in public; or have earned a reputation as kooks. (Give up, if your lawyer puts herself on the stand.)

This goes mainly against Dr. Taitz, but against the other two as well.

I must say that, having read jbjd a few times in the recent past, that the posts/opinions have certainly changed from 2-3 years ago. Either that or someone was posting as a jbjd imposter for a long time.

IIRC the legal opinions posted by jbjd in the past were certainly off the mark. While I've not seen any legal analysis from jbjd lately, the above certainly shows good sense.

Wasn't it jbjd who boasted about telling her substitute class about all the questions surrounding Obama, and they (young kids IIRC, elementary school) allegedly concluded "all on their own" that of course he wasn't eligible?

something like that.

True or not, I always thought that put jbjd in the kook camp; and not the good kind.

It's kind of creepy that some of the really-out-there birthers seem to have successfully adjusted their meds. Sven? jbjd? Deano? Squeaks? There's a disturbance in the force. Fortunately there's always KBOA. ](*,) ](*,) ](*,)

Actually, in my non-lawyerly way, I've always thought that jbjd is about the best the birthers have, procedurally speaking. If not for the inconvenient fact that the president is a natural born citizen, I believe that she would have the best chance of successfully proving that he isn't.

With all the copies of her book Miki needs to sell just to break even, you think she'd willing attend the Summit since it's one of the very few places that will attract the kind of folks who are gullible enough to waste $28 on her dreek.

Edit: Miki's book is now for sale at Amazon. If you have a Kindle and are a member of Amazon Prime, you can read it for free. You can also read a free sample.

How many books would she have to sell to pay for her attendance at the dumbit? I think she's probably better off financially staying home...

That's a good point. I think before she split with Deano, I suspect that she would consider the trip well worth the cost even if she didn't sell a single book. After all, she did travel to Hawaii with Dean just to hopefully get some more dirt and photo ops that she can use against President Obama. Now that Deano is her enemy ... I'm sure that Orly will be willing to help Miki sell that hundreds of books she needs to sell so she can break even on her $10,000 investment. (I didn't realize that vanity presses charged so much.)

When was this break-up announced? I'm sad, because I thought those two crazy kids really had a chance.

When Dean finally started telling all the little birthers in birtherstan that the Nitrous Queen had no clothes, Miki threw a hissy and publicly denounced him and his birtherpoolza. publicly kowtowing before the Naked Nitrous Queen, telling all of her wondrous garb, and basically giving praise thanks unto as the Grand High Priestess of the First Temple of Orly.

Didn't I read (somewhere on the Fogbow...) that Dean and Miki had made up some after Dean showed her what Orly had said about him?

Yes. They have made up. There was an exchange posted on Orly's World Facebook page several days ago about it.

It's possible they were meant for each other, but you must remember that there is a Mrs. Haskins as far as I'm aware.

I never meant to imply that they were romantically involved--just that they are friends again.

That weeklong trip to Hawaii together implied they were romantically involved....

They're birthers.

They could quite easily screw up a week long romance in Hawaii somehow. I'm certain that's well within their breadth of ability.

So maybe they didn't quite pull it off. I'm glad for Mrs. Haskins. That poor dear, how she must suffer! :-({|=

Yeah, nothing says "romance" like camping out in front of government offices with a cardboard cutout.
