Sometimes I used to think that the segregationists have lost save for a few radical diehards. I am less convinced of that today, seeing that the unconstitutionality of the 14th Amendment is again being claimed.

I just spoke to Sheriff Mack and was advised that PayPal has frozen that portion of the funds donated through PayPal ($40,000+) for the Constitutional Sheriff's Conference. PayPal has refused to release the funds and have stated that they may refund the donations to the donors. They have cited no violation of law or online regulation. They inquired if CSPOA.org was a 501C(3) and excused their actions on fear that the IRS would fine them. Apparently someone opposing sheriffs learning they are not alone in their desire to live up to their oaths of office is involved.

Fast forward a few weeks to the time when I obtained a recorded call of the RuSA “Integration and Immigration” committee where four people discussed how they would prevent ANY persons of ANY faith other than theirs (fanatical Evangelical Christian), from being Americans…. Some trick if you can pull it off. I played the call and shared some related history on a Sunday blog talk radio show. Two or three weeks later another recorded call made its way into my hands. This one was a Republic Round Table Call for December 8th, 2011. On this call Turner rants and raves in his juvenile fashion about how the state of Texas (the whole state and all its elected officials), had rebelled and sent him a letter declaring their unanimous refusal to “obey his laws” and therefore were kicked out of the Republic and it was irrefutable, permanent and not reversible. In truth the “letter” Turner claimed he had, was a complete fabrication. There had been no letter making such claims or statements. Instead there had been demands for truth from the Texas Jural Assembly! It took less than a day for Turner’s sycophants to infiltrate the conference calls with other states to share the procedures for duplicating what Pennsylvania had done. In fact the first recorded call was used to twist the intent and name me as a leader of a group in opposition to the so called “Republic” in an article on the official “kiss up” newsletter site. Turner then made completely false statements to his followers on another “Round Table” call and claimed the states involved had sent documents to the Hague which had been rejected and returned because “he is recognized” as the real President and his Republic as the true government of this nation. Now I won’t even go into how ridiculous that is because for any clear thinking adult, I don’t need to and because I need no defense.

What I will say is this. There is no group. There are no leaders. There is no organization and there have been no documents sent across the pond from any state except Pennsylvania. These idiots will not be privy to when they are and will have no control or influence as to the result. It’s simple folks, all it takes is for the people to unite in the right way and I will share no more details on that at this time. The time for details will come shortly and Turner can spin all the lies he likes, nothing will change it.

We the People created something to protect us against a Federal government gone wild.
That something is called a County Sheriff. A County Sheriff can tell Federal agents to get out of town before sun down. A Sheriff can tell armed Federal agents to leave their guns at the saloon. A Sheriff can arrest Federal agents and the only thing that agent can do is shut up or draw his pistol.
That is just the way it is.

Report from Gaston County [North Carolina] Commissioners meeting tonight: Not sure what I was expecting...maybe balloons and champagne flutes for all, choirs and bands, the heavens full of shooting stars. Well, you all know me, I like visual impact and lots of celebrations for good events. Even so, our great commissioners passed, unanimously, the anti-Agenda 21 resolution for Gaston County as part of their consent agenda this evening. There were no dramatics. No arguments against it. The deed is done. The Gaston County Resolution against Agenda 21 is heading to the NC State House for recording.

The Chairman of the Commission told me afterwards that he has heard from several other county commissions in the state who are interested in looking into doing this same thing for their counties. So all in all, a very good, albeit quiet, passing of one very important statement. I want to remind my friends on this issue that this is just one step. The hard work of weeding Sustainable Development and Smart Growth, AKA Agenda 21 out of our lives is just beginning. Don't give up! Cheers to all of you!
